Staff are amazing, they made our exam experience go as easy as possible.

Its not the best place to be. They allowed people to go before you even though you come in before them, and they place you where they want you to be. You already feel insecure about been there, the least they could do is allow you to feel comfortable.

The employees interrupted me during my exam that I paid for to tell me to pull my mask over my nose. I get it cause of Covid stuff but I was in the middle of my test and focused on it and they had it as hot as an oven in there. I couldn’t breathe so of course I was going to pull my mask below my nose.. also note there was no one in front of my other than a computer and no one beside me because people had to be spaced out. I’ll never be going back there and I hope they never interrupt anyone else’s exam.

This place is trash drove 2.5 hours to get here and they didn’t have internet so I couldn’t take the test. It’s 2020 how do you not have internet?

Easy professional very helpful

Great facility. Maps initially led me to the parking lot of another building Located inside the Franklin Building would have made it easier to find.
