This is the worse hospice company. If you want bed sores, patients who never get bathed, supplies always on back order (before the pandemic), staff unprofessional always out and never coming by to do their job then this is the hospice company for your loved one. They will lie and say it will get better but after over 18 months it doesnt. Fire them and move on or just move on.

When mom came home from the hospital Hearth was to assist with her care. In the beginning staff was beyond wonderful. As time went on all went down hill . 1st nurse Melissa was awesome . She left the company. Her spot filled by Carly .As long as I bathed, changed, and did all of moms care all was happy. The staff wouldnt show up, but yet put into Medicare they did. Carly volunteered to work once a day 7 days. Lol that lasted one week. She threw a tantrum not being able to place catheter. No medical reason. See Carly has never placed One and needed to use mom to practice. One nurse came in and told us she empties her car weekly with home supplies . Carly put some nasty tape on my moms Bed sore . We dropped them. The company that supplies moms bed and other machines , showed up. They came to pick up moms equipment . Stated Carly called and told them we no longer needed. Really?? , immaturity at its best. My mom is still alive! Be cautious on any one taking care of your loved ones. They have tried numerous times to give mom drugs. We have pics and proof. It is evident in the level of care provided and compassion demonstrated that these folks choose to work as Hospice caregivers instead of in hospital, nursing home or other settings. Caring for and providing comfort to people and their families at the end of life in the privacy and comfort of their homes is apparently their passion as well as their profession. Highly recommend.

All of the employees are incredible and compassionate caregivers that continually go above and beyond everyday. It is apparent they truly care about their patients and put them first. I highly recommend Hearth to anyone seeking hospice care.

They cared for my mom .They did a great job. All were very friendly.When mom passed, there was no rush.I layed in bed with her even helped clean her up.

Staff was so rude to my love one.

Hearth Hospice has excellent staff who provide exceptional care. I love that Hearth is locally owned and I would highly recommend Hearth to anyone.
