I’m a huge Whole Foods fan! This particular location is definitely not the largest but has a great variety, beautiful produce, it is always clean and the team there are always helpful and genuinely kind. I travel about an hour to do my shopping here, because it’s always such a great experience with good quality food!

I picked up 3 lbs of raw salmon at this location yesterday. The fish was fresh and the service in the seafood department was friendly and efficient. When I asked a question, the fishmonger who helped me responded thoughtfully, and now I know a little more about salmon. If youre going to buy salmon, I recommend that you make this Whole Foods location your first stop. You will be pleased. I will not be buying raw salmon anywhere else. Thank you!

Great store but hard to find at night. Area was dark and there was no visable sign coming into the parking area.

I have always loved whole foods and this isnt an exception. The only complaint I have is how small it is compared to the ones I use to shop at in Florida. Also, the parking lot is an absolute atrocity here. The place as a whole is too busy and in my opinion. Whole foods should be in a lot of their own or w/much less activity. I get that they are in with the whole natural/holistic setting of/with the other stores. Yet the parking makes one dread pulling in to shop. Meaning money may go elsewhere with many others. Ive spoken with several other customers that seem frustrated when trying to park. Just a thought. Either way, doesnt stop me or anyone else from swinging by when we just have to, in order to get what many other stores dont carry or have.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! We Made a Reservation for a Special Cut of Meat for a Weekend Event - And The Manager of the Meat Department Was Incredible- He took the time to ask me Details - about Whether we planned to Smoke or Grill or Oven cook this Meat- And We were Smoking it and MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE ON HOW IT WAS TO BE CUT AND DIAMOND SCORED ( 5LB PORK BELLY) - Also Bentley in the Cheese/ Olive 🫒Department went ABOVE AND BEYOND Helping myself and My Mother in Law in Explaining all the different Olives and Cheese types.. I do not eat Olives- However, My Mother in Law Loves Them - and Wanted Several kinds with Spicy Varieties - It was Fantastic! MY OVERALL REVIEW IS OF THE HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!! Came in From Alabama- and Definitely Will Travel Back!!!

Good selection and everyone was very nice (that I did talk to). Fresh fruits and veggies. Nut selection is AMAZING! HUGE selection of health bars. Really nice cuts of meats. Bakery part has a really nice selection of everything from muffins to cookies and cakes. A lot of vegan and allergy friendly options!!

Very acceptable. I wouldn’t say the quality of the food is exactly superior to any other supermarket, but they sure do price it like you just bought the cream of the crop. In reality, you’re paying for very average and at best above average groceries with the premium of it coming from the great and powerful Whole Foods Market. I mean, the store is pleasant and there’s a nice diversity of options, but it’s really not THAT great compared to any other standard grocery store.

There was a time when this location served appetizing, healthy, unique foods. That time is not now. I have never experienced such unappetizing bland foods in my life. I mainly frequent this store for the alternative drink options and will find myself wanting a bit of a snack. I wander around their prepared foods endlessly trying to find something halfway appetizing looking. I ultimately resort for something meh looking, and sure enough; it tastes like literally nothing. What happened Whole Foods Chattanooga?

Whole Foods feels like home. Love love love their deli, thats my #1 lunch spot for a healthy bite! My sandwich was top notch! Kudos to the staff! I can taste the caring in every bite. Not thrown together. A literal work of art and so delicious! The yummy eats from whole foods deli can sustain me for 2 meals! Give the body what it wants and it responds well...

I was in Whole Foods shopping today. When we get in line to check out, their system crashes. Alex and crew were awesome and accommodating allowing customers to leave (keeping all their items safe in a walk in freezer) and come back at their convenience once the issue was resolved, or hang out and get a free drink on them. Super great customer service!

So very overpriced. I mean I understand the quality is there but most lower middle class working families cant afford to shop here. Such a shame that hard working folks that dont pull down 75000 a year cant have the opportunity to buy good stuff here every week.

We went here to pick up some gluten-free bread, and they had several different varieties! As usual whole foods delivers. Definitely recommended!

Kinda pricy but a good selection of keto-friendly items.

The store is fine but EV spots are not reserved or if so it is not enforced so good luck finding an open spot, and that Blink system is god awful. Guest charging doesn’t work, being a member requires a card, the code supplied doesn’t work, you do not pay for what you charge you have to “add funds” to your account. In the end there is no EV spot and if there is it doesn’t work.

People are very nice there, the chicken from the deli is like Chewing rubber!

My favorite grocery store, all food is fresh, dont have to read all of the labels because all food is organic.

Whole foods is my favorite grocery store. They always have healthy and delicious components for my meals. They have the best produce, and their meat section is not bad either! I love their deli foods, pizzas, sandwiches, and awesome desserts. Try the Creme brulee!

The produce and dairy quality has significantly downgraded. And no, I am not referring to the restock situation with Covid. Fruits go bad a day or two after they are delivered (I have used Prime grocery delivery) . Same with vegetables and same with dairy too. Besides, Whole foods is a place where you can find exotic fruits. Most times the exotic fruits are not in stock. Herbs are not fresh. What exactly they are charging so much for??? Watermelon that I was sent for example was the worst I have eaten in months. And I paid so much money for it! Strawberries are awful in quality.Can someone help explain exactly why I am paying for overpriced food that goes bad in a day?????

Very friendly staff and clean store. Some of the staff are holdovers from the old Greenlife (miss you!). I have been very pleased since the pandemic with the excellent quality and handling of having my groceries delivered and the stocking of items as best they can. Great place to find hard to find ingredients and healthy options for vegans.

We were served three very burnt and old pieces of pizza , the whole bottom was burnt . The three pieces was all the pizza they had left they didnt offer to make a fresh one I would have waited but they still served it to us . There sushi was good according to my nice who had the sushi instead of the pizza.

This place has really gone downhill, since Amazon acquired them. The staff are rude, and ignorant of most of what they have.

The Whole Foods Chattanooga staff is doing a fantastic job of running the store during these strange pandemic times. They are friendly, efficient and working very hard to follow best-practice protocols that keep customers and staff members safe. I would give them all hugs, but we dont do that right now. Well-done!

Thanksgiving disappointment. I ordered a pre-cooked turkey, truffle mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and rolls for Thanksgiving dinner. I picked up my order early to avoid any rush and was so disappointed when I returned home and opened the box. The box was missing one order of mashed potatoes and the portion sizes are shockingly small. The mashed potatoes I received are supposed to feed 4 people, yet the container is shallow and half the size of a normal sheet of paper (5x7 in). If you plan to use Whole Foods for catering purposes, increase your order size if you want to have enough food and definitely check your order for accuracy before you leave the store.

***see update below***Love this store: Natural Ingredients, Non-GMO, no fillers or artificial coloring. I still read labels, but only for health ingredients/vitamins. It is a bit pricy, but I think it depends on the item. Other health food stores have higher prices, just depends on what you need. I love the variety of cheeses, fruit, and I love the cooked fish on the food bar. Depends on the day you go, but they do have a yummy variety of grilled fish. The fresh vegetables are of great quality. Parking is tough to find at times.*** update since Amazon owns these stores now, I will not be shopping there anymore****

I was able to find what I wanted and at the deli they give me two suggestions of meat to purchase so I ended up buying it and I enjoyed both of them so the GPS unit was easy good directions to find the the store parking was great

I cant say enough good things about this Whole Foods. They go above and beyond for people. I have a few stories... all good... One day I forgot my backpack, and they found it and kept it safe for me for a couple of hours until I could return. Another time, my Jeep had broken down, and they allowed me to park it there without any hassle. They also helped me try and jump it (to no avail). The manager that I spoke with is outstanding, Ive basically lived here for months with the great food, and great service. 5/5 Will return when I return.

I really enjoy this Whole Foods. From the hot bar, pizza, fresh seafood, fresh produce, and milk. Yes, prices are a little higher, but I think they offer a great value. I also enjoy the prime deals, gives me reason to renew my prime account. I appreciate the associates and the culture/ environment at this Whole Foods. From the live music, to associates greeting me, and asking if I need anything. Fresh departments are especially helpful, whole foods associates never mind stopping to help package my seafood, salads or breads. Thank you.

Wonderful store, prices are expensive relative to the rest of the town but that’s to be expected of Whole Foods and the quality of products. My only complaint is some staff are not very friendly, but by no means rude just kinda distant. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Great selection of healthy foods, store is kept clean and is intuitively designed with shoppers in mind (especially during covid 19). Only downside is that some items can get pretty pricey.

Very rude staff, no signage any where that is card only. Will not be back. Need to post signs for people who are not from area, or dont have a a store near them to know this information. Dont have to worry , wont be back after getting told by staff, because we didnt have card, about the product you sure you dont want it, theyre just going to throw them away wouldnt have been an issue if had sign up so could get card from car.

Jeff Bezos is the literal most evil man on the entire planet, but Whole Foods is undeniably convenient for getting foodstuffs a grade above conventional grocery stores. The crew at our location is wonderful and they have a good selection.

A very nice grocery place with broad diversity of food products . They have a dairy bar with ample to choose from and loads of organic food.

This Whole Foods is a little unique. They lack a lot of the features of a normal Whole Foods, such as an espresso machine. Convenient location, but just don’t be surprised that it’s less full featured than normal.

Great place to get superior produce and other health products.

Not sure why this Whole Foods does not offer plates at the hot bar. They are creating an unnecessary amount of recycling by not offering plates or reusable silverware, and only offering recyclable containers. The first rule of recycling is reduce. Other Whole Foods use washable plates and so should you!

If anyone had told me twenty years ago that I’d really enjoy lunch in a grocery store someday.... :)Certainly enjoyed having lunch with my daughter at the Whole Foods in Chattanooga’s North Shore shopping district. Not our first trip to a Whole Foods, but was wowed by the sheer variety of the salad bar and hot bar selections at this location. Had trouble deciding so wound up making a lovely spinach salad & added a side of deliciously spicy vindaloo chicken. Friendly employees here & such a great place to have a fresh healthy meal and do some people watching.

We stopped in to grab food, since we were travelling from FL & visiting family in the area. First off, the deli sandwiches & salad selection is the best out of any Whole Foods I have ever visited. One of the few in the south that has a gluten-free bread option when ordering a deli sandwich!!!! Employees were super friendly & helpful! We ended up coming back a couple days later with family to show them the amazing service & delicious foods! Keep up the awesome customer service skills & even better got, cold, deli food selection!! I will definitely be stopping in if I ever need to travel north!

I love Whole Foods! We mostly come for the cold and hot bar to grab lunch or takeout for home. They have everything from a salad bar, pizza, ice cream, made to order sandwiches, hot and cold side dishes, entree meats, desserts, etc. Its fairly inexpensive, and they have a nice place to sit at a table and eat thats removed from the shopping part of the store.

Probably the nicest grocery store in all of Chattanooga. Excellent selection, the raw foods are amazing. They literally have like 20+ different kinds of rice. One of the employees gave me a raw fig, it was so delicious, Ive never had a raw fig before. They even have a peanut and almond butter machine where you put in raw peanuts and it grinds them up into Peanut butter for you. Great store.
