This place is amazing in many ways. The aesthetic is on point, there’s plenty of choices for us vegan and gluten-free folks and the food is delicious. BUT everything is served in disposables. Plastic utensils, plastic food containers (even for in house eating), paper cups… They don’t even use recyclable plastic and have no bins for anything that is recyclable. It’s such a disconnect for a company that seems so conscious socially and health wise. When we engaged in a conversation with the staff about it it was clear that they simply don’t care about the environmental impact this choice has. It’s so sad because I will not be back because of it. So if you’re environmentally conscious stay away from this place!!!

Got the Complete Protein smoothie. Very creamy and didn’t taste like the usual protein shake at all. The staff are excellent and super friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

I was listening to Harry Styles on accident, so I think that subliminally forced me to pick the Watermelon Bliss. I loved it! It tasted like strawberries ~ oN a SuMmEr EvEnInG! The place had a healthy vibe & I left with that watermelon sugar high. So juicy. So fresh. So clean, clean. One hundy.

The Local Juicery is my go to smoothie place in town! The frothy monkey and living green are my favorite smoothies. They have tons of vegan options, kombucha on tap and in cans in the grab-n-go cooler. They carry local goods like coffee, soaps, granola and chocolate. The staff are always friendly. I visit often and am never disappointed! If youre in Chattanooga and looking for something fresh and healthy, this is the place to go!

I’ve been coming to The Local for about 4.5 years now and I love it!! I am a regular here. Definitely my favorite açaí bowl in town, but I also love their smoothies, green bowl, and banana chocolate chip muffins 🤤 While the owners have changed since I started coming here, the excellent customer service has not! Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and if you ever have any issues (basically never), they are quick to please! Definitely check them out!!

The staff is very pleasant, and the atmosphere is really nice. However, I waited over half an hour for one thing and it was a real let down. They werent very busy, and three people who ordered after me were served before me. I was hopeful trying them, but didnt enjoy what I had.

The local juicery and kitchen seems to be very trending in popular show them what you like Chattanooga so that they can be an upcoming and thriving business. Im not saying theyre not already a business but Im saying theres room for improvement and its not because of a negative opinion about them expansion expansion

The kindest people and great tasting juice/smoothies! We are considering moving to the area and stopped in right when they were closing and they were nice enough to let us order before locking up.On our way out they pointed us to some nice neighborhoods to check out. Overall lovely experience and we hope to be back if we move to town!!

Atmosphere was great. 1 min till open and she specified that. Didnt like the fruit bowl and she wasnt very friendly. I was trying to ask questions because my 1st getting a bowl. Wasnt as tastey and very soupy.

She’s so helpful and gives the best recommendations whenever I can’t decide what I’m feeling that day. I always know whatever she makes is going to be amazing!

This is by far my favorite place to eat. Every time I go, I get a peanut butter açaí bowl and avocado toast. I love it because it comes in a “for here” bowl, and it is a really good portion size. They put so much time and effort into the things that they make and it is always so consistent. The employees are really nice as well. I love this place!

Very disappointing. Stopped in to get a “fresh” juice at a “juice bar”. None of it is fresh. They said they won’t make anything on the menu other than a smoothie because it is all pre bottled. We ended up leaving because I refuse to pay for an expensive pre bottled item which I could just go buy from Whole Foods.Very disappointing for a what could be amazing local establishment.Do better!

Learned how to make my own bowls after wanting to try something different from the menu without so many additional charges. Wonderful service staff, location, and feel inside the store.

I think this place has a very aesthetically pleasing environment, good staff, and decent food. The smoothies here are phenomenal, but the bowls are alright. It seems like the bowls are a little bland with flavorful ingredients on top. The staff was very nice and made it an overall good experience. I’d give it another try and boost the rating if the bowls were a little better.

YALLL! Yesterday I did my first juice cleanse. I was very intimidated, but the amazing crew at The Local had me! They went above and beyond to make sure I was educated and even followed up today to see how I was feeling and how it went. I will definitely be doing one a month. It was way easier than anticipated. If you’ve been wanting to do a juice cleanse, take this as a sign to go for it! 💓

Such a beautiful juice bar with an awesome smoothie menu (Vitamin B Nice with peanut butter is my fave) and acai bowls and even delicious hearty salads! They also make the BEST matcha latte Ive ever tasted. They also do the most delicious pancakes Ive ever tasted on the weekends! All organic, vegan, and GF! I cant get enough of this place!

Solid smoothie and açaí bowls by California standard, and the service is always better than the other place across the street. These guys seem like they actually care about the business while the other place just wanna shut down and go home.

Pleasantly surprised by the huge selection of stuff with it being a cute little place! I got the coffee monkey smoothie (delicious and great texture) the 80% chocolate bar with cacao nibs from belle chocolate (another local business) some Sumatran bagged coffee to take home that smells incredible and a bottled blue milk for later that I’m excited to try! All in all great place to try and they have tons of vegan snacks which is the cherry on top🍒

The Local Juicery + Kitchen is fantastic!!The team working there are incredibly kind and attentive. I’ve ordered two cleanses from them now and each time I’ve gotten texts and calls from them, checking in to see how I was doing. They offered tips and pointers on doing a cleanse for the first time, and I had a great experience!The juices themselves were delicious! I have a juicer at home and still have yet to make something that compares to their juices.Doing these cleanses has improved my quality of life immensely! I do cleanses with the intention of breaking cravings, supplementing weight loss, and fighting my chronic migraines. Cravings felt impossible to get rid of, but Local Juicery’s cleanses helped me break both my sugar cravings and caffeine dependency! As of my first cleanse, I’ve lost a total of 20 pounds! Yes, people say it’s only water weight, but as a supplementation to weight loss, I’ve kept the weight off each time I’ve done a cleanse with clean eating and exercise. The biggest thing for me would have to be the migraines. After my first cleanse I went from having 15 episodes a month to 7 or less.I will continue to purchase from Local Juicery and look to them as I continue my health journey.

First visit ever and it was delightful! My brother is a frequent customer and I had to run some errands with him . He said that he had to show me this Place! He knows the products they serve and he had a favorite which was pineapple, mango, pear and a tad of ginger frozen and blended as we watched. He pointed out that restaurant quality was 100 on the health card posted this was one kool place. The assortment of juices is unique and very interesting. Beet juice I was tempted to bring some home. They serve snacks and toasted artisan / avacado with pecans or walnuts. Kombuchuas and iced coffees. Such a feast . Sidewalk dining area. Very friendly service. I will be back!

Me and my friend got a couple of bowls only to find out that they charge $11 for a very small to go bowl. It’s not what it used to be. The server said that was by the previous owner when I showed her the photo of their original bowls. Disappointed with the prize and size of it.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and made to feel welcome. The owner was there training a new employee and was so kind in answering all of my questions about what they had to offer. In addition to fresh squeezed juices and breakfast bowls they had some vegan and gluten-free pastries, chia pudding, squeeze and bottle juices and stuff like kombucha on tap! Quiet relaxing atmosphere, great music, awesome location. Well definitely be back!

This place is awesome. With a great location, a really friendly staff, and nothing but goodness inside, you need to check it out. I have tried 4 juices now and each of them tasted fresh, were absolutely delicious and creatively made. My favorite is the beet juice, but if you like a little spice in your life, they have a few spicy options available which I loved. Although I have only been in 3 times now, i have met the owner and several members of the staff. They all really know their stuff and seem to love what they do. I will definitely be adding this place to one of my favorite lunch spots moving forward.

I ordered a smoothie bowl after carefully reading the ingredients. Nothing suggested anything about nuts being in the granola. I quickly had an allergic reaction and when I asked what was in it, the girls working didn’t even know. I saw another review about this happening to someone else and I don’t why something hasn’t been done about this.

One of my favorite spots in Chattanooga, every smoothie is absolutely delicious!!! The living Green is my go to, but the pink energy is a close second. As somebody who is plant-based, it is hard sometimes to find something quick to grab and go but Local Juice always has something tasty for me in their cooler!

Service made the difference. This $47 stop for 2 muffins, a sandwich and 2 smoothies was not worth the bad mood spreading like a contagious virus. Her slamming things around and short answers caused other patrons to also leave frustrated.I have allergies and she didn’t know what was in anything and acted frustrated with my questions. If I were the owner I’d send this girl looking for a new job.
