I have been a patient of Dr. Bordash for years but he suddenly skipped town and did not even turn off his phone at the office. Dont bother calling as he is no longer open. He is at a new office in Cleveland and they will not even return your phone calls. He did not even to bother to notify his patients he was closing his office. Great way to treat those who supported your practice Dr. Bordash!

Shutting down with NO notice to your patients!? VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of professionalism from Dr. Bordash and his private clinic previously located inside Hamilton Place Mall. I have been trying to call since December to get an appointment and have left several voicemails on their (still working) business line. Finally today, I spoke with a gentleman working within LensCrafters (next door to Dr. Bordash) and was told the clinic closed in October of 2020 and Dr. Michael Bordash moved to practice in Cleveland at Pearle Vision, taking all his records with him. I have been a patient of Dr. Bordash for more than 10 years and never had a complaint until now. I was NOT notified of his practice closing or his relocation. And information on my medical records being moved was not provided either. Every website still displays that Bordash Family Eye Center is open and operating. With no mention of Michael Bordash moving to another county. Very bad business!

Shame on you Dr. Bordash for leaving your patients hanging out to dry. I have been a loyal patent for 22 years and no one calls me back regarding contact lenses or an examination. 😡

I had an issue with some billing errors so I called and spoke to Paige about it. She was very pleasant and helpful. She got all the issues straightened out and called me back to tell me it was taken care of. 5 stars for Paige. Keep up the good work.

I always have a great experience with the staff and Dr. Bordash. Love the ease of LensCrafters being right next door as well. I have been using them both for 8 years.

Love this office. They have taken care of our family of 6 for many years and we greatly appreciate their help.

Love Dr. Bordash he always takes time and pride in his patients. Ive used him for several years. If I have concerns or issues he always addresses them with care.

I called ahead to make sure of my cost. $10 co-pay. I filled out paperwork while talking to LensCrafters about lenses for another daughter & I was also taking care of a toddler. Afterwards I went back to doctors side. No one talked to me about anything at all. I kept asking how much longer. Moved from room to room & no one knew what was really going on. Receptionist talked to co-workers about her divorce & how she can get divorced for $1 if she puts her ex in jail. All while my teenage daughter could hear. I never talked with the desk. They didnt need me even when I tried. Then I go to check out & $70. I was very upset. Already there 2 hours now the outrageous cost I could not afford. I am a family of 6 & will never be back.

Very disappointing I scheduled an eye exam to get contacts however the person scheduling was rude and when I came in for my appointment its was just a new patient, they did the contact exam and charged me, then even though I had the appointment and he was holding my contacts right there due to their problems he said they were unable to show me how to use them and to reschedule for the next day...again the lady upfront was short and rude and im waiting 2 weeks after my appointment to get taught how to use my contacts and couldnt even order.

Dr. Bordash and his staff are awesome!!!
