Nastiest ER I’ve seen. Urine all over the floor of the ONLY bathroom I was able to use. Was made to wait in the main waiting room sitting in a hard chair. I have an L4/L5 herniated disc and was at the ER due to additional trauma to the affected area. They had no beds or even comfortable area to sit where I could prop my legs up to alleviate the pain. Tried to push meds on me that I didn’t want after I refused them 2 times already. Dried urine and dried blood under chairs in main waiting area. This place is disgusting and the staff are rude. I will be filing a formal complaint with names of the staff. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!!

If I could rate it a 0- I would. I told them about my pain and they said they’d have to call my surgeon to see if she wants them to take some scans. I told them I needed to find out what the pain was- doctor seemed frustrated as did nurse and they stormed out saying, “we can look further into it “ and left. I waited a total of 7 hours with an I.V. In my arm and was told they do that to all patients- yeah right. 7 hours to be told, sorry we don’t know. Extremely rude & I was the only person in the waiting room for hours. Never go here. EVER.

I paid my bill in full and still receive bills a year later asking for the entire amount of what I paid. Great job Parkridge. My attorney will be in contact. 😃

I found Parkridge to be an exceptional hospital filled with efficient and caring people. I was there for surgery and from cleanliness to qualified care givers to be above any hospital I have been in I would definitely recommend it to anyone facing surgery. Brenda Fugate

Worst hospital ever. My mother was a patient at Parkridge and her night care was the worst. They let her lay in urine and would not come to take her to the bathroom till it was to late. The nurses forgot to turn the bed alarm on one night and she fell in the bathroom. 2 days later when her shoulder was hurting worst from the fall we ask for xrays that took forever for the doctor to approve and 4 more hours to get done after he approved it. She had dirty linen all over her room that wasnt getting cleaned. One nurse even changed her diaper and put the used diaper on her bed table on top of her spoons and napkins while she finished cleaning her up. I pray she never has to go threw anything like this again. And i will never send her to this hospital again also.

Cracked my fingernail in half, was bloody and still attached. Had to wait just for one rude nurse to tell me she couldn’t do anything, touched it like it wasn’t extremely painful.Still being charged for them doing NOTHING.Just went to urgent care and they GLADLY numbed my finger. They were just as appalled as I was parkridge turned me away.

Came to this hospital was told by the charge nurse Shannon my symptoms were B.S all the while thats what I went in for I have two college degrees from ucla one in nursing and one in early childhood education. Turns out a had MRSA that spread and could have killed me Im working on sueing this hospital now. Not only was her tact and bedside manner off she accused me of being a drug addict which I am most definitely not I go to pain manegment, they do a 10 panel drug test and pill count every visit. DO NOT GO HERR IF YOURE ANYTHING BUT WHITE. Im not from Chattanooga however I feel like if this is your healthcare system then Afro Latinas or black people are doomed I ended up going to Hixson memorial way better go there
