The same older Lady works every night I go in with the same nosey questions on whether I had some other item in my hands at some point other then what Im buying. Basically, insinuating that I was holding it then she isnt seeing me buy it, and so shes telling me Im a lying theif, but feels she can say things to people BC she is old. Super rude and judgemental every time I Have to waste money in that bad energy filled/ over priced trap. Do not go here if at all possible.

Everything is well organized and easy to find.

Don’t bother using this pharmacy. Prescriptions are never done on time. Pharmacy staff is the absolute worst. Who tells a diabetic that they’ll just have to wait for their insulin order to be filled because other people need insulin too? Every single time I go in to get a refill it’s an argument from them on why they can’t get my prescription filled on time. I’m not one to write reviews but this place deserved it.

This Walgreens is great. Every time I submit a prescription, it is always ready early. They are very helpful and efficient.

Looks nice and clean. Good service. Driveway entry can be dangerous if cars are turning in and cars behind them forcing them to pull in really close.

I really shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes in line for my prescription everytime I stop by to pick up.

Whitney was very insightful and knowledgeable about the products and took time out of her day to walk me around the store to show me multiple different products i desired . She rocks and so does this store ! (If I spelt her name wrong she can correct me on an email )

A wonderful place. They have taken care of me for many years!! During this time they also get items from the store for me as I drive through. The people who get towed ........Read the signs. You are warned!!!!

Im actually writing this while being on hold for the pharmacy for over five minutes. Ive been trying to reach a pharmacist for three days on the phone regarding a prescription. The wait music skips and I never got taken off of hold. When I went in a few days ago to pickup photos I had printed, I had to wait in the regular cashier line for five minutes, and then they said they would send someone over to photo to help me. Another five minutes later three staff all walk out of the backroom together and someone finally realizes I am there and helps me. They are ALWAYS understaffed. Will avoid this location at all costs.

Love my neighborhood Walgreens! Ive always had quick, great service, and I do use them for my pharmacy. They also have an exclusive parking lot, which is very nice for downtown North Shore!

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for years.Just started using this Walgreens because I moved to Chattanooga TN from Cleveland.All The staff in the pharmacy will go above and beyond for you. The pharmacy phone system is broken. Theres no longer an option to leave a voicemail with the pharmacy, so during busy hours when the pharmacist is occupied and unable to directly answer the phone, it is not possible to call in a prescription for my patients. Excellent example of taking a system that was working perfectly fine and ruining it just for the sake of change.

I didnt receive all the items that I bought in my bag when I left. I returned and tried to explain it a manager. I believe her name was Jessica Morgan. She refused to give me a refund, even though the cashier forgot to put the missing products in my bag. She yelled at me and implied I was a liar. She wouldnt talk to me. I continued to try to explain it to her, but instead she called in for my car to get towed. I managed to leave before the tow truck came. I came to dispute $20 worth of merchandise I did not receive and was threatened with being towed. I felt so helpless, because of Walgreens incompetent management. I left a message with the main office in Chattanooga, but was never contacted about the incident. As of 12/21/2012 the issue was never resolved and Walgreens has lost a customer due to the actions of the manager. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

I cant say anything negative. I can say everything is Positive+!!New Edit 7/2019Several months ago Pharmacy Manager and other main pharmacist (retired) and Andrew (mgr, now at 24hr East Ridge store) theres been several pharmacy Staff quit and getting back on their feet per say. Give them a chance and be patient. They really want to help you with friendly and efficient service. Just be aware of the situation and give extra time. Wouldnt hurt to follow up with your request before showing up and/or etc.Im sure Andrew was moved to make the East Ridge store as successful as I have seen him do at Market Street. Sometimes I think he should go back. Close friends of mine are having some of the same issues with ER store.

We are all a slave to this terrible pharmacy. The location is convenient so everyone goes. Yet the customer service is terrible in the pharmacy. They will lie to you, tell you whatever, and keep you waiting for nothing. Everything is a hassle when dealing with the pharmacy. I’d almost switch lives with John Bobbet to rid the world of the pharmacy employees at this location...

My Mom comes to this store alot. She always says how good they are to her. If my Mom is happy and they are good to her. I am happy.

Ive been shopping here 4 years since I first came to UTC for college. Always friendly staff, especially Phillip Johnson. I swear he lives there but hes always in a good mood even at midnight and 6am. Thanks walgreens for being convenient and inexpensive

I arrived to Chattanooga early to run the Riverwalk with my son. I had my morning coffee on the way to town. As every coffee drinker knows, nature was calling, but I didnt have many options being that it was 6am on a Sunday morning. This store opens at 6am. They told me the bathrooms dont open until 9am. FYI that pile by the back door was not left by Lassie.

My daughter was discharged from children’s emergency in the evening recently she was in a great deal of pain and discomfort.I waited for over 30 minuets to see a pharmacy staff member who then informed that it was too late for the pharmacist to fill my order. I explained my daughter’s circumstance to the pharmacist and he said that he had too many orders to fill before close which was still 40 minuets away. While waiting I watched a drive through customer hand in a paper script and have it filled. We had to drive to the Hwy 153 CVS. We got home at 1 am a negative 10 would be too high for Walgreens

Worst service. Visiting the area and they could not have been more unhelpful. I recommend going to CVS or go without because thats how bad it was.

Easy access to downtown and everything youd need if you forgot to pack something for vacation.

Ive had three different doctors phone in three separate prescriptions directly to the Walgreens Pharmacy at North Market Street. All three times, the pharmacy claimed they did not receive the script and it had to be resent. Take my advice and use the Publix pharmacy a block away instead of Walgreens.

Typical Walgreens pharmacy. Why females cant drive? Im a pro women in every aspect but I have to say that 90% of females are really bad at driving in every aspect. Id say 90% of white people dont know the art of driving.

I could only post if I highlight a star you do not deserve a star. Shame on yoy walgreens! I want to say how disappointed I am in the Walgreens employees. The 2 females walgreens had working on July 3rd are possible the worst I have ever seen. Yes I was one of the people that got towed that evening. Yes that was on me I went into your store bought 30.00 worth of food and drinks for me and my babies and I left my car there. My problem with this whole thing is how your employees treated the people that got towed. I ask one of girls the name of the tow company she laughed and said go read the sign if I could read, I then went to the sign, it did not have a a number or name of the tow company so I went back to get told her there was no name or number and I really needed to get my babies home so if she could give the number thats went it all went south. She told me if I was any type good parent I wouldnt have got my car towed. I then told her in nasty language she had no right to say that. the so called city police dept threated to place me under arrest in front of my babies. I told him all I wanted was the phone number. The nasty girl working for you gave the number. But it was the wrong towing company. It is very disappointing to see what kind of people you have employed there. There was 2 younger males one had a phone appeared to be taking video or photos your female employee goes running up to them saying please please get this out on Facebook Twitter YouTube. I have to say that is the crazy thing I have ever seen in my life. For your employees to be yelling that you teach you all to come to my store and think you can park here has another thing coming. Wow is all I can say on that. i could go on and on about what I seen and what my poor babies seen but I am not.

Bad customer service. I have gone to the pharmacy at this walgreens a few times. The first time I went I told them I was going to wait in the store and pick it up. They said they would let me know when its ready, about 45 minutes. So I waited patiently for almost an hour, and then when I went to the counter they told me they didnt have the medicine in stock so they hadnt filled it. They knew I was waiting and never told me. On other visits they are usually slow too. I would go somewhere else if possible.

Great store and service, customers can be crazy

Sat at the drive thru for 30 minutes watching the girls play around and skip customers. When the dumby FINALLY got to me, she was STILL playing with her hair. I literally watched 5 cars (which came up AFTER me) be processed through. Ill be calling corporate too.

Pharmacy is so efficient i spend less than 5 minutes in line

I was not feeling well and I needed some digital storage. They had Nyquil, headache powders, Red Bull, flash drives and rubber gloves. Oh, and a sale on Valentines candy.

Worst Walgreens I have EVER been to!! And I go to Walgreens at least weekly!! Horrible customer service!!! Very negative people!!! I just moved here and to see people act like this was very disheartening!!

Go to Costco, Walmart, or Sams Club, you dont have to be a member and its 80-90% cheaper than Walgreens prices.
