Hey yall, if your looking for a warm welcoming PCP doctor this is the doctor you want.. For my first time walking in the door to the time I left I was very HAPPY!!! ALL The staff was nice friendly and so down to earth. Very nice clean office and the doctor n staff is amazing. Hopefully will continue to stay that way. Been looking but finally found a doctor that was nice and listened. Definitely recommend in going to see Dr. A 5 ****STARS

This team is very caring, honest and also a joy to see. I feel right at home everytime I walk through the doors. Dr. A is always understanding and honest even when I dont wanna hear it. He is very easy to talk too and very caring. I love Brittany, I could say so much about her. We have had so many heart to heart talks. She is so caring and all and all a wonderful soul. They are a great team here and I would and have recommended them to anyone!!!

Dr. Avitabile and his staff were absolutely top-notch! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was a bit nervous moving to a new city and establishing a new primary care physician. Dr. A spent over an hour carefully reviewing my medical history. Its clear that he truly cares about the well-being of his patients. Im so glad hes my new doctor! The facility has lots of parking, and its bright, modern, and not crowded.

So thankful for such a professional and kind team at this office. From setting the appointment to the nurse and nurse practitioner they were all very caring and competent. They came out to the parking lot several times and made us feel they were happy to do it. Dr Avitable and his team are all first rate!

Dr A is great! No complaints at all! Also, best phlebotomist ever works there!! Have had blood drawn every time Im in and have never once felt it.

The staff is always friendly and if they say they will call you back they actually do! I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen for scheduled appointments. The doctor is awesome!

I am a new patient with high blood pressure. Everyone has been so nice! I was worried about seeing a new Dr while covid is around, but they have been fantastic!

If you want to know how it feels to be treated at the VA, then go to Dr. Avitabile. Being a DO I was expecting comprehensive and holistic care. It was non-comprehensive, and brief, with no sense of patient care. During my time at the practice I felt as if Dr. A never listened to my medical needs, and did not present any plan of care. Wait times are excessive. Office staff is helpful and courtesy though. Being a disabled Veteran and having constant trouble with getting proper care at the VA for years I decided to use my private insurance to pay for my own care. I had not gotten a physical in years and wanted to get one from Dr. A. My physical consisted of him listening to my chest and heart only. After requesting my charted exam, there were was an evident anomaly. As the exam stated that there was were multiple additional checks done like having a soft and non tender abdomen, normal lymphadenopathy check, Motor and neurological tests, oral cavity, ear canal etc. None of those checks were done during the supposed physical , but it was yet billed for. When I confronted and asked for an explanation about why my chart was falsified at the office, nurses line and Healow messaging, I never received and answer, or ownership for this possible unethical act. It could have been a simple mistake, but the lack of communication and avoidance seems incriminating. Because of my experience I was compelled me to write this review, and have already sought care elsewhere.

Dr. Avitabile has been my doctor ever since I moved to Chattanooga in 2001. He and his staff are simply the best! Thank goodness he is young so I dont have to worry about finding another doctor when Dr. A retires.

My first visit with Dr. A was great. He listened, spent time with me, treated me like an equal human and gave me some things to research as I like to make my own decisions regarding my options in being and remaining healthy. He informed me of the medical steps to take at my age in keeping my body working efficiently and I look forward to using him as my primary physician. Everyone is so nice and friendly! They have an amazing way of keeping it very professional but also making you feel like family! Dr. A always spends so much time! He doesn’t make you feel rushed or dismiss anything! I actually started worrying I was holding him up and he took a seat and kept listening and discussing a plan of care! I have been going to him for about a year and a half now and even though I did make an appointment for about a year he still except me back and he’s one of the best doctors I’ve been to

I’m an 18 year old male with severe, long term adhd. And I got the care that I needed but at the end of the day I felt like my adhd wasn’t the focus of the visit. When I come in for a doctors visit I’d like the investigation to be aimed towards getting my mental health on track, my last visit felt like an interrogation on wether or not I really have adhd and wether or not I’m trying to just get pills

It was just my first visit, but I already can tell, that the doctor and staff is going to be more helpful in treating my health. The Doctor himself called me at home when he got my blood work back to tell me, about something that I need to do until my next visit and test my blood again. This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Everything from pre-visit (forms to fill, notifications, reminders, etc) to post visit. I came to Dr. Avitabile by chance. I did not have a primary care physician and I just chose one because after struggling to find someone who was taking on new patients I was ready to see anyone. Don’t let that fool you into thinking he is a second rate doctor. He is not. Dr. Avitabile is first rate! He is very personable which sometimes with doctors is rare. He seems to care which is nice and he saw me very quickly. He also seems to know what he is doing which I’m sure is all anyone really wants in a doctor. Everything else just makes the visit pleasant. Highly recommend.

This doctor or wanna be doctor and his staff should not be allowed to serve patients any longer. I was a new patient and have never been treated with such disrespect ever in my life. They prescribed me a new medicine that needed a PA and when it got approved they would not do anything about it. I t was like they purposely didnt want me to have it. Then when I called to check a couple of times both girls in the office were rude, hateful, and spiteful. The worst is when the Doctor A calls me up on the phone and threatens to beat me up ( putting it nicely ) and calls me every name in the book, I mean he literally loses his mind at this point. Then he or his staff calls the pharmacy and cancels my RX. Horrible horrible horrible patient care, would never recommend going to this back alley street wanna be doctor!!!!!! This isnt worthy of even 1 star, it should have negative stars
