Been going here for a while and ii LOVE it 🥰 ii went to a different dr and was told that she wasn’t going to do anything for me after having a allergic reaction to a unknown food item but then ii came here and found the answers to my problems and good thing ii did cause dr. raschal & staff were WONDERFUL and very helpful ‼️🥳💕

You will not find more thorough, detailed and compassionate care anywhere else. Dr. Raschal takes extensive time to talk with you about your concerns and provides you with a wealth of education relative to your condition. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling validated, confident and hopeful. I only wish I had gone to Covenant sooner.

Dr. Rascal has seen my daughter since she was 6 months and she is now 9. I wouldn’t trust her with anyone else. She is very caring, thorough, and makes sure you understand what is going on and how to handle it. There is so much more I could say! This doctors is unlike many others. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and pleasant. This was our first visit and everyone was so kind to us. Anytime you go to the doctor and need help, it can be overwhelming. They made everything easy to understand. The doctor allowed me to ask loads of questions and not once did she seem annoyed or put off. I felt heard, cared for, and not rushed. It was a great experience!

I started going to see Dr. Raschal at 12 years old for my allergies. Thats when I started my allergy shots. I am now 35. Dr. Raschal has made a huge impact on my life!As well as my mothers, where further research was needed into why she was having an allergic reaction to her Hep C treatment. My mother contracted Hep C when I was born through a blood transfusion. Symptoms didnt show up until my mom was in stage 3 liver failure. Dr. Raschal was the one whom helped figure out my mothers problem with the Interferon treatments, that no other local Dr. Could figure out. At stage 4 liver failure, my Mom needed a miracle. And Dr. Raschal helped figure it out!❤ It was the persevatives my mothers body was rejecting. A treatment plan was worked out and my Mom has lived 20+ years Hep C free.Dr. Raschals covenant with God working through her daily to improve and quite possibly save sooo very many lives, is an amazing blessing to sooo many people!I love this place. Its a place of healing and love!

This office is a breath of fresh air and Dr. Susan Raschal is amazing!!! She really knows her craft and she is incredibly sweet. The nurses were really nice and were always there to check in on me. They were able to figure out what was causing my allergic reaction, unlike the other allergist I tried at Chattanooga Allergy Clinic. Dr. Raschal will definitely be my new allergist going forward!

I’ve been coming here since I was young and they have always taken care of me! They are the best of the best!!

If we could, we would give this facility 50 stars! I could tell that the doctor, nurses, and other staff were there because they had a passion for helping people and not just because it’s their job. We were referred to Covenant Allergy & Asthma Care by my son’s pediatrician. He’s 4 years old. We had the best experience with them from start to finish. I’m even referring to every single phone call we ever made to them, because even the phone calls with the staff were completely thorough and friendly and exceptional weeks before the appointment even. We felt welcome and met a smiling face as soon as we walked in the door. I believe that ilene was the name of the receptionist that treated us so great! This was definitely not one of those facilities where you walk in and walk back out because the doctor did a quick checkup and sent you on your way...... this facility worked with us and took their time with everything and actually cared about us and showed us in more ways than one. Dr. Raschal was one of the best doctors that I have ever brought my son to and I couldn’t be any more thankful that she was the one that I was referred to. She actually took the time to get to know me and my fiancé and my son and took the time to get to know our situation. She was very thorough in explaining everything to us completely and even showed us details using handheld models of the lungs. She took the time to make the best care plan possible for him and even prayed with us before we left. She was kind, she was understanding, she was thorough, she was experienced, and all around amazing in ever way! She also made my son feel comfortable and she even played a little golf with him in the room with the kid toys that were in there. She was fantastic and I wound bring my son to her again. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend taking your child to Dr. Raschal. Her, the facility, and the staff are amazing and I was so satisfied with my appointment yesterday that I wanted to give them the review that they deserved!
