The hours posted on the website are not correct. The staff Ive worked with have been great.

Dr. Deversa is a true gem! He is one of those rare doctors that actually takes the time to listen to you instead of rushing you and talking at you. He truly tries to understand what is going on and isnt afraid to learn and do further research rather than pretending to possibly know everything about everything, which is impossible, as some physicians do! He explains everything very thoroughly and doesnt mind answering my million questions! In addition to being very intelligent and competent, he is also such a kind and compassionate doctor...just an all around awesome human being! I feel super fortunate that me and my family have such an incredible family physician. Erlanger is very lucky to have such a thorough and hard working physician representing them! We wouldnt trade Dr. Deversa for anything!

Front desk runs the practice. They decide who you see and when you see them. Too ready to kick you out of their practice without seeking the whole story first. We were patients since about 1998 and many times was unable to see a doctor but could always see an NP despite being established patients for many years. If you want to see someone else besides a physician this may be a good fit for you. Would give administrative portions a minus five stars. The care, was sufficient...2 stars overall.

Leslie Turner, NP is one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring care givers Ive ever encountered! Shes not to proud to admit when she is unsure of something to let you know but WILL research to find the answer! Hands down the best of the best!!!!

Dr Blake is organized has a system set to review, evaluation and recommended treatment with follow up. She makes sure all preventative care is done. Hard to get an appointment.

Dr. Tedstrom has been an excellent doctor for my daughter who has serious medical issues. She and her nurse respond quickly to all of our requests.

The staff and the physicians are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Blake is caring and supportive, she is the primary care physician for both of my parents and myself. She along with her entire staff strive to get it know their patients. I would recomend them to anyone looking for a Dr. if they are in your HMO llist of physicians.
