I was placed on hold after the phone rang for a solid 2-3 minutes. Then someone picked up the call and then just hung up the phone without saying a word.

The front office staff is both incompetent and rude! I completely agree with the other reviews here. Tina in the front office is absolutely horrible to deal with - does not return calls or follow up on requests - and when you attempt to follow up she is rude and consistently says I am very busy over here you know -- the phones are ringing off the hook.... ext. with no excuse for taking weeks if not months to to do things. Doctors may be good, but I left this practice because dealing with appointments, requests, or insurance was a NIGHTMARE with this staff.

I had good faith in this doctor to be seen with him tomorrow and he denies me care Due to having been with other 2 neurologist That wouldnt help me but I guess hes the same way And I was told that he would be the one to help me by another doctor that had faith in him Well I guess Ill let the other doctor know that hes not what she expected as well

My husband has been going here since end of Jan. Its been 6 months. Hes in severe pain and been out of work. They keep giving him appointments and when we show up they do nothing. Keep handing him off to other Dr in building. When we call all we can do is leave messages and never get answers. This place is a home. Someone could die before getting anywhere here.

I would give a negative 5 star of possible. They left a VM on my phone confirming my 1:30 apt. I get there at 1. They then tell me my appt was at 10:30 and wont see me. The front desk lady was very rude and just kept saying I can reschedule you There would be no reason to rewchreschif she did her job correctly in the first place.
