Amazing staff. So friendly and kind. I specifically noticed how professional they were in treating those without insurance equally and without judgement. This was the best dental visit Ive experienced in my adult life. Also props to the hygienist who cleaned my teeth for not flossing my gums into my brains. She was so thorough but also gentle. Im usually experiencing a panic attack over going to the dentist, however, the Dental Partners of East Ridge was surprisingly different. Cassie, the dental tech is so genuine and personable; she helps a patient feel comfortable and reassured. The dentists do really great work, and this is the #1 best dental office that I have been too, and I have been to several over the past 10 years. Had my first visit with Dr. Lu yesterday and it was a very optimistic appointment! Cassie was so sweet while doing my x-rays. She knew it wasnt comfortable, so she tried her best to make it quick. I have terrible genetics when it comes to my teeth and I have had traumatizing experiences with the dentist, so I am always very hesitant. But Dr. Lu and Cassie made me feel like there are options to help make my smile beautiful again! Michelle was also great. Not only was she super helpful while setting up the appointment, she also pushed my 9mo. old around in her stroller while I was getting x-rays. Everyone there made the appointment much easier than I was anticipating. Im actually looking forward to going back and starting the work that needs to be done!

I had a wonderful experience here as a new patient. Kim was so informative and kind. She made me feel comfortable at every step in the process. Dr. Lu was also great and very nice. I’m thankful to have found a new dentist office and will be recommending them to others!

Dr Crisman was/is a gem as always! He is the best and takes excellent care of me...I couldnt ask for a better dental caregiver. However, the management company who now runs this practice is making more poor decisions. Theyve now 9/9/2021 visit) placed an office member in the lobby with an open cubical (no door/no closed walls) right next to the patients who are waiting to be seen. We can hear everything shes saying and shes handling PHI openly (not her fault) because shes sitting 3-feet from us. We hear names, numbers, insurance info, birthdates, charges/account information, you name it...REALLY dumb decision by Dental Partners management to place their employees AND US (patients) in this situation. Trying to solve one problem (lack of space) by creating another EVEN BIGGER problem with HIPAA/PHI implications, which also directly impacts the patients, demonstrates poor leadership and improper oversight.

Update: AFTER NUMEROUS phone calls,, and promises of a check being in the mail,, I finally got my refund Monday September 13th. So,, I prepaid for services April 9 2021, I requested a refund for services not done the end of July 2021, and 7 weeks later,, I finally received the refund, They held my money for over 5 months. Tip of the day is....dont prepay for services unless you want to be treated like they only want your money,, because services wont get done and youll basically have to beg and plead to get your money back. DO NOT use this dental office! Initially in April I went for a cleaning and set up a plan to get extensive work done and dentures. I prepaid for the work that was to be done, almost $700, and between filing errors, lack of communication, and total disregard for me as a patient, in August when they still hadnt scheduled for me to get started, I asked for my money back. Since asking for a reimbursement, 3 weeks ago, I am still getting the run around. The office manager, Michelle, doesnt seem to be in the office very often, and no one will return my multiple requests for a call back. I purposely waited until covid restrictions were listed to get all of this work done , I continually called my insurance to make sure everything was submitted and pre-approved. All work was pre-approved by june, because they forgot to submit some of the paperwork, or it would have been earlier, once pre-approved, I couldnt seem to get them to do anything. I hate my smile and was wanting to get it fixed, this office promised they would fix it and get it done right away so that I could love my smile again but they seem completely unconcerned about me at all once I prepaid for the services. Im currently working with another dentist but need my reimbursement to finish the setup. This office doesnt seem to care, 3 weeks since asking for my money back and still havent received a call back about it, Ive reached out to them several times, only to be ignored. Dont go here, its not worth your time or money.

Was very pleased with Kim, the hygenist! Took more care and explained more things than Ive had done in awhile! Front desk personnel also very helpful with insurance info; Dr. Lu was excellent too! Highly recommend.

Everyone here was amazing. I had a bad experience with a different dentist a few days earlier, and the people at Dental Partners were amazingly helpful. First, the told me how to get my x-rays from the other office to them. Then, they were wonderful in working to figure out what was wrong in a less than obvious situation. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond in a big way when she called around to find the earliest appointment I could get for a tricky root canal.They seemed to really care that I was hurting and worked to find a root cause. The other office just sent me away with pain meds and an appointment a couple of weeks later to see if anything changed. I have found our family dentist. As soon as Covid is over, we are all getting appointments.

Did a horrible job on my son in law, he went in to get his permanent crowns and they lost them! Putting him through so much pain! Just so unprofessional!!!

I had a crown done on January, 2019. The crown (including the post) fell off in April, 2020. I went back to them to get it fixed. I was confident they will not charge me to get it fixed. The dentist simply said I must have chewed on something hard and Im confident thats not the case. In the end they charged me to get it fixed. The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because of their friendly front desk.Reply to your response - your office had the opportunity to offer the best experience when I was there, not when I gave you a bad review.

This was my first visit and it was great! I have not been to the dentist in quite a while and felt a little nervous but the staff and the doctor were all wonderful, kind, and ready to answer questions.

Staff was super nice and clean. But please be aware that for there $59 special you have to have a healthy mouth already. If you do not then they will not do a cleaning as advertised; they will request more money. Wish someone would have told me about this small print when they signed me up for the special.

I hate to write this because wevehad a great run. Ive been a patient at Dental Partners for about 7/8 years. Happy with service up until now. The entire time they have been in network, but to my surprise after I get a sizeable bill in the mail, they are not in network. Long and new patients, beware! It took me 3 weeks to get a response, after I called. Suzanne, the rude one that messes up everything, was very rude and unprofessional. She has been rude to other patrons because of her scheduling mishaps. Time for a new dentist!

From booking the appointment until the time I paid and left .... Everyone gave exceptional customer service. The prices were upfront and less than I expected. Will go back

Staff was very courteous very nice the doctor was sweet took time to explain however the prices are ridiculous they are very extremely high for one set of lower dentures and to have a few teeth removed this over $1,800. And stated to me that half of it would need to be paid the day that I come in to get the x-rays and the molds and then the other half needed to be paid when I come in to actually have the procedure where does $2,000 come from does not hanging to any trees that I know of anyway thats my review and my rating

Amazing good quality service, got us in so short notice (24hrs)...The front desk staff was so polite & courteous..everyone greeted us w/smiles. The Dentist my mom saw was amazingly awesome. She was very gentle and caring w/my mom especially since my mom was dealing with/alot of mouth pain to begin with...I will most definitely be recommending this place to all my family & friends who dont have dental insurance and on a fixed income. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and professional. Called on a Monday got an appointment that Wednesday. Office was easy to find and very clean. If you dont have dental insurance the first visit is free and they use Care Credit and Wells Fargo for financing if you need it.

Always friendly, my hygienist (I forget her name and I hope she isnt mad at me for this because she never forgets anything about me) is thorough and awesome, Dr. Crisman is cool, and Lisa at the front desk is super cool too. My cousin recently had a tooth pulled bc it was abcessed swollen and painful they pulled it with no antibiotics or pain medicene to go home with . Shes still swollen and hurting. Staff was nice but I am not sure with the techniques they use. Ive never had a dental procedure that involved that with no medication for pain and infection.

Five stars for Dr. Chrisman! I have been seeing Dr.Chrisman for thirty or so years. I hope that speaks of my level of satisfaction.One Star here:I do have a problem with these estimates. The figures of these estimates appear to be pulled out of the air. Operating on an estimate in the past showed no relationship to actual cost. I was told the the tooth extraction would be $50.00. The documents that I was given plainly states an estimate. This estimate by that document is meaningless. Cost is between patient and the insurance company. Shame face!This situation makes the patient angry. Been there and done that.Grade F-
