I have been a patient for about 18 years. I can’t recommend Dr Mark and everyone in this practice enough! I love that my kids, husband and I all go to the same place! They have always taken excellent care of our family! My kids get excited to go! They always have such a clean office and new technology. This is in my opinion the best dental office in the area!!!

Dr. Mark and crew are awesome. I went for my first visit today, and my situation isn’t the most comfortable to talk about in the world, however I felt super comfortable with them. Dr. Mark provided better alternatives to treatment plans I had received in other places, he was very thorough in explaining the process.

I really hate going to the dentist and everyone here made me feel so comfortable and non-judgemental. highly suggest to anyone. also they have a little puppy who is so cute!

Mark and the staff are awesome. I started the process for full upper and lower implants which involved ten extractions and placing the anchors. I was expecting a lot of pain and other discomfort but was very pleasantly supprised. Considering all the work, pain has been at a minimum and so far its the best dental experience Ive had. Would definitely recommend them and wish I hadnt put it off so long.

I had dental work completed today, and I had the best experience. The procedure was fast, painless, and everyone was friendly. One thing I do not like is when you ask for prices up front. You are told your insurance will cover the procedure. I understand that. However, I want to know what is being charged to my insurance. Dr. Mark did an excellent job!

Once again, my dental visit to McOmie was excellent in all respects. I was in the chair on time, and dealt with in a highly professional manner. I had three crowns replaced, and one area with decay repaired. It was accomplished using state of the art equipment and in a timely fashion. Dr. McOmie was skilled and confident. The staff members are unbelievable nice. Ive been here 3 times already in 1 year. They know what to do and when to due it. They have a very complex routine and accept most insurances. I love doctors Mark and Ellen and McOmie, and all of their wonderful staff. Their office is run beautifully, everyone is unbelievably professional and expert, and it always brightens my day to see them. Terrific place to go. The secretary promptly brought paperwork to my car following CDC guidelines. Soon after the hygienist came to get me. My cleaning was fast yet thorough. When ready to check out my next cleaning card was ready for me. So glad I found this place!

After a mess up up between insurance and the office, I am genuinely pleased with Dr. McOmie. After calling today to try and understand what happened with my insurance not covering their portion on the bill he explained everything and went above and beyond to help me out. I loved coming to this place and was absolutely frustrated about what happened. I’ve always went on and on about how amazing this place is and I am glad they always make things right. I am still in shock with how he handled everything and after just losing my grandfather, he gave me a sense of relief and hope. Thank you guys.

I updated my review to a 5 star. I took the dentist up on his offer (in review below) and he did exactly what he said he would do. When I read reviews with a provider comment, Im always curious if they mean what they say or if its just for the benefit of potential customers reading the review, and, in this case, the dentist did just what he said. The results of what he did are more than I could have hoped; I was almost in tears because I was so happy with the way things turned out. Ill be returning for future work.Original review:Every single staff member is really friendly and nice, and I cant complain about the dentists work. The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star review is the mistake they made on my treatment plan. I went in for a consult and was disappointed I couldnt afford what I really wanted, but chose the next best option that better fit my budget. When I went to make my last payment, I was asked to pay $1600 more than what was on my treatment plan. Apparently, they left off the cost for the locators I needed with my implants, even though locators were discussed during my consult, and the reason I felt comfortable making that choice of treatment. After complaining, the dentist did agree to refund $600 of the $1600, but Im still disappointed because had I known my actual cost, I would have made a different decision regarding my treatment. My advice for anyone would be to have the dentist look at the treatment plan after it is printed off, to make sure they included everything that was discussed. As someone with no experience in the dentistry field, I had no idea locators would be a separately charged item, I think if the dentist had looked at the treatment plan I was given, he may have caught the mistake, and I would have made a different decision about my treatment.

Wonderful experience at McOmie Family Dentistry. Sydney had her first cleaning & Ashley was awesome. Sydney is autistic, so this makes dental appointments challenging. The visit was a breeze thanks to the patience & understanding of Sydney’s situation.

What an experience I was feeling for the past few days before my immediate appointment with the A-Team..Dr. Mark McOmie. They help this 5yr old over the top patient who is me. Meaning 55yo who never ever like going to the doctor but to see the dentist. Going to the dentist for me is my worst nightmare. But at the end of the visit Dr. Mark was awesome. I broke a crown Tuesday night. Dr. McOmie had me come in the first thing the next morning to fix it. I’ve had a few dental emergencies that were taken care of promptly the next day. I highly recommend their dental services. The staff ROCKS also.

I had a wisdom tooth suddenly start hurting and McOmie was the only place I could find that would get me in the next day. I was in extreme pain and would have had to wait for up to 2 weeks. The appointment went so easy, my extraction was done in less than an hour from the time I arrived in the office. It helped to be able to print the forms ahead of time so I could have them filled out. I have extreme dental anxiety and the staff was terrific, theyre so kind and put me right at ease. I couldnt have asked for an easier experience at the dentist.
