My children go to siskin for ASD and were put in ABA therapy. It is a joke, we had a therapist get hateful with my 2year old and yell that she didn’t know what she was saying and then left and left the door open without telling anyone and had my daughter trying to follow her. We had another therapist come to my home sick and give the kids covid. Then because of them requiring us to be out for 7-14 days every time they were sick they then called and said they were pulling the kids from the program with no warning. I do not recommend them, there are better programs to be found I’m sure. And no one you talk to wants to take responsibility, they just talk in circles.

I had a great experience at Siskin with everyone I encountered but Dr. Lorena Ferreira. In my opinion she diagnosed my daughter incorrectly. She was very impersonal, and even in reading the final note from the last visit that she dictated a lot of the information she wrote in the note was incorrect. She also sent my daughter to several therapies (at other locations) which doesnt make sense to me at all because all of these therapies are done at Siskin. I wrote her a message questioning this which she has yet to respond even days later. She also wrote in her note that she will be performing a Fragile X and a genetic test both of which I never agreed with and do not want performed on my child. I do not recommend this provider, as she does everything as if she were a robot with absolutely no bed side manner or personality. She only does this for a paycheck clearly and doesnt care about misdiagnosing children. The only way that I would consider returning here is if I get switched to another provider that actually listens and cares about children with special needs.

My 7 year old son has been coming here, since he was 2 years old and I also work here... Its an awesome place

From our very first visit to now, has been nothing but excellence. I applaud the excellence to service and courtesy theyve shown to me and my daughter. I would recommend Siskin to anyone who has a child who has any disability of any kind.

I worked at Siskin it is a very nice place to work the management are live devils I have never ran into such evil peoples the head leader is Jodie, I am here to let you all know that God will fight your battles against evil people, God is on his way to destroy then Siskin will be back to a good place to work I called for help they answer me human resource was on it the hotline was on it I just thank the Lord that someone believed what was going on .

I visit every Friday with my daughter for her Therapy and the experience here is awesome and everyone is very friendly and my daughter is very happy and satisfied being treated here.
