First day, called to make a appointment for my son who have has congestion and a runny nose. Rude nurse says to Test him for covid and practically hangs up in our faceSecond day, different nurse picks up (Not rude, actually helped) and makes an appointment for the 6th of October.3rd day, day of the appointment. We call to see if we can get my son checked a lil earlier. His cough got so bad to the point where he is puking.Nurse from the first day picks up and automatically assumes that he has the Delta Variant of covid and cancels our appointment.Apparently on their website, nurses are suppose to redirect you to the Ooltewah clinic for the sick patients. No one ever did and i had 3 days of constant worry over my child. I decided to take him to Childrens hospital where we did a rapid test for covid. He did not have covid but he had RSV.For 3 days I had to sit and consistently worry over my childs health thinking hed be seen on the date of the appointment just to waste time and let symptoms get worse. I am screen shotting the post since you wanna delete bad reviews. And if this turns into an infection someone will be held accountable.As a father, I have been emotionally distressed from this entire satiation.Watching my son get sicker. When on the first day I couldve been redirected to the Ooltewah Clinic from this same location.

Dr Tom is amazing!!! My kids have seen him since birth and my oldest is 19 now. The new office ladies are a little unprofessional at times but nothing not worth my childs health. He is spot on with his diagnosis everytime the other docs in the office are pretty good too. Highly recommend 👌

The staff are amazing and the office has a great family atmosphere. Everyone is polite and professional. We have a 10 year old and a 3 year old both have been with Dr.Collins since birth.

Wont tell anything about doctor. It is really usual, regular without any individual approach to my children. Just a routine. Stuff is unprofessional and rude. Dont risk your nerves.

There people who cheat.

Wonderful office. Dr Collins is amazing. Very attentive and always answers all my questions. Yes, the wait can be a bit long but that is pretty much expected in any office you visit for medical reasons. I have been taking my daughter here since she was born and do not plan on ever going elsewhere.

The doctors there are fantastic and compassionate. But unfortunately the wait time is unacceptable. I have been there for over a year and my wait time has typically been over an hour sometimes two. I am leaving because it seems to be something they don’t care to change. If I have an appointment at 10:30, I expect to be seen within 30 minutes of that time, and today it was an hour and 20 minutes.

Love the Pediatricians but the wait is ridiculous. I will be moving my children elsewhere

I have been going here for years with my children and love the whole staff all the Doctors and Nurses are caring and take their time with my children. Could not imagine going anywhere else. yes it is tight parking and a longer wait some days but they are worth an all day wait because they spend time with each patient and do not rush you out of your room

Bldg is old, dirty, and smells. Dr. Tom was nice but staff are unprofessional. They can’t even book appointments correctly so why trust them with administering care to your children. I would advise taking your child/children elsewhere, choose wisely!

We love Dr. Tom and the nursing staff. They are willing to go above and beyond to get your little ones on track physically and emotionally. Respect and kindness go a long way.

I have 6 kids and been going to Dr .Tom for almost 13 years now. I have never met a better staff of nurses and Dr. Tom is a great Dr along with all the Drs in this practice that my kids have seen.

The doctors are great. Dr Tom and dr Christina but the front office sucks. I requested my sons shot record on April 4th never heard back from anyone called again on April 15th they said they would call again when it’s ready. I called them today and they said it’s ready. No on calls you back. They also have failed to submit prescriptions in. It’s happened to me twice.

So this practice decided to lower my daughters adhd medicine without consulting with us , when we called back to get the prescription fixed they said she has to come back for a evaluation, i feel like this practice needs a reality check cause we wont be back since they think its okay to cut the dose and possibly cause my daughter to have more issues , i would not recommend this practice even with newborns as well they seem to know what your child needs more than you the parent does.

We see wendy and she is amazing! The office staff is always friendly and we never have to wait very long.

They are always nice and patient. The wait sucks but they are great nurses and doctors!

Dr. Tom and his nurses, Kim and Gina especially, are amazing. The wait time can be long but they are helping sick children so I understand.

Showed up for our 11am appt. 20 mins. early. Ended up sitting in waiting room for over 50 mins. Past 11am to even be called back. Then an additional 20 mins for the doctor to come in. The office is located inside of like an apt. Complex. The front parking lot is always full and crowded. On this particular day there was a screaming fist fight happening in front of the building. Sometimes the staff are nice and polite but other times they misprononunce my childs name and are very short and rushed. The office could be kept more clean and sanitized. Just not pleased with the over all expirience using this dr. Office.
