First time using this office I was on a deadline with my insurance ending and called to see if they could help. Their schedule was pretty booked but they fit me in the next day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr Sarah was very nice and very thorough with the exam. Kayla was very efficient in the checkout process. Employees seemed to help each other. Very clean and nice place I was definitely impressed. I would recommend and plan to use their services in the future.

All the staff were amazing and the doc was extremely helpful. Got all of my questions answered and even got assistance picking out new frames. Very happy with my switch to this office for sure.

Feel the difference, very nice and detail works, love the people there 👍very professional.

Exam itself is good. But the deception in costs is enough to switch to a more ethical place next time. Its only $10, but the advertising of covering costs of copay was enough to entice me in. I missed the small print and feel a little duped.

Dr. Sarah is the best. My whole family has been seeing her for years with terrific help. And Stacy does a wonderful job helping us get the best deal with our insurance and helps us find the perfect frame for our face structure with what we are looking for in style. Well be continuing with seeing both Dr. Sarah and Stacy at Pearle Vision in Chaska, MN!

I was really satisfied with the time the optometrist took with my husband and I. She was extremely thorough and she was very informative. We will definitely be going back yearly as long as she is there. My kids will be the next appointment

This visit was fine - though there was not a sense of urgency for the contact fitting once Dr. was done with exam. My issue is with the appointment this past summer - we decided not to get contacts at that time as I wanted to see how my daughter did with glasses first. I was not told that in order to get contacts, she would need to take a class, which meant coming back (we live 15 miles away) and that hours are limited (my daughter has after school activities). Had I been told that at the appointment this summer - I likely would have moved forward with contact fitting at that time knowing it would be difficult to schedule a time to make it back in. As it was, my daughter was late to Faith Formation last night.

Lots of friendly staff and Stacey was a big help in picking out frames and dealing with my insurance !!

Perfect! Was nervous about picking out glasses without someone with me to help pick ones that look great on me, but all worries went away right away! The women there are so wonderful and so helpful! I described what I was looking for and Lisa knew exactly what I wanted! She helped me pick out my perfect pair right away! The deal I got on awesome prescription sunglasses was so amazing too! Lisa and everyone were so knowledgeable with any questions I had and recommendations that fit my lifestyle and needs! Best experience at an eye clinic Ive ever had!

I had a great experience at Pearle Vision Chaska! Dr. Sarah was very personable and knowledgeable. She spent time explaining what my eyes scans told her, other illnesses that could be diagnosed from an in-depth look at eye health, and specifically what my choices were for my vision--it was very informative. I had a completely thorough and enjoyable eye exam. Dr. Sarah uses all of the latest technology, so she was able to cover many things in an efficient way and she still had time to talk with me personally. I could not be more pleased. It felt like an eye exam the way they are supposed to be, but better than anything Ive experienced before. All of the staff at Pearle Vision Chaska were friendly and professional too. They had a great selection of glasses frames and they spent time helping me choose the right thing. I highly recommend Pearle Vision Chaska! I will look forward to my next eye appointment here.
