My appointment got canceled last minute because I drove 3 hours into our neighboring state to spend time with my husband the previous weekend. Driving 3 hours to a neighboring state is no different then driving 3 hours up north in your same state. It makes absolutely no sense. They say they are following CDC guidelines, but these guidelines make absolutely no sense. I will not be going back to this office ever again.

Eye exam was great. New doc since last time I was in; she was great! After a couple of days of wearing my trial contact lens, I went back in to order them and new lenses for my frames. The process was VERY cumbersome. Seemed like there were multiple software platforms that the service rep had to navigate; some communication issues about what trial lenses I was wearing and what I wanted to order (I caught this based on price I was previously quoted vs what was told on ordering day). Also received quotes on year long supplies even though I said a couple of times: I want 12 of each lens.

The exam was the best exam I have had. She was very thorough and polite and I would go back to her again.The customer service at this location, however, is sub par, and the employees spend most of their time complaining to each other instead of learning how to improve their job performance. There were many things regarding insurance that I had to take care of myself.

My eye doctor was great. Very helpful and go the extra mile. Cant pay over the phone, and trials mistakenly never got ordered, but I think this was an issue caused by distraction with payment.

I had great experience Getting my new glasses and sunglasses. I got the best deal with my insurance and discounts. The optical person was very knowledgeable and helpful with my options.

The exam and doctor experience was great, but everything else wasnt. Ive tried 5 different pairs of contacts now that all have done the exact same thing being that theyre so uncomfortable and dont feel right and Im pretty sure its because they messed up the sizing and fit for my eyes, but they arent offering to recheck or to look further into why this is happening. Ill take my business elsewhere and get a second opinion.

I came in with frames, and old glasses to but reader glasses in frames. And for glasses to buy new frames, they told that would not work to do that.so I went to Walmart and bought readers and put the lenses in my new frames worked great, target lied to me will never go back there just wanted to sell me 700.00 glasses joke!

This review is for the Optical office in Target Chaska. My exam was very thorough. Dr. Ulrick is knowledgeable and patient. I had a unique need for contacts and she was thoughtful and happy to help find a solution for me. Everyone in the office was kind and efficient.

I have had issues with resolving an insurance issue for just under a month. I have requested follow up four separate times (initial exam, two calls, and submitting a webform to target optical) and have not received any follow up. I ended up having to go in and request my prescription and an itemized receipt for services rendered so I could work with my insurance myself and go to a new optometrist as the service has been so bad. They gave me the information requested, however they screwed up the itemized receipt in such a way that I will not be able to use it for my insurance and will have to go in again. This has been an incredibly inconvenient and poor experience.

Unhelpful and non professional stuff that trying to push and upscale. There are better and fair places around .

Dr. Ulrick and Dr. T worked very hard to get my difficult Rx correct!

Great customer service and caring staff. They always get me what I need right away.
