True to its name, my haircut was truly great. Easy to use check in app with little wait time once arriving when site told me to. Great staff who are easy to talk to. They do well with giving you what you ask for as well as making recommendations for what will look good on you.

Checked in on line and was notified 45 minutes earlier then expected. Felt sorry for the person cutting my hair. I was just getting into a shiwer when they told me i had 15 minutes to check in. She took everything in stride and was great.

My husband finally got an appt. after not being able to for 2 plus months-you know why and he came home with worst hair cut I’ve ever seen on him, he normally goes here and it’s usually fine but it didn’t even look like they cut any off the top and the back was not blended well at all, super uneven and choppy looking. It was such a disappointment and I told him to go back and have it fixed but he ended up going somewhere else 2 days later and his hair looks great again-won’t be going back!

She did not listen to a word I had to say I was Growing out my mullet I told her not to touch the back and she cut it all the way down. I finally got it pretty good and all I wanted was to grow it out and she didn’t even listen in one ear out the other.

Always great. The only complaint is that the waitress can get long. That said, go and theyll squeeze you in. I dont think that Ive ever waited more than 30-40 minutes when the app says 2 hours. Love them!

I got my haircut here 2 weeks ago and it was a great experience! They took 13 inches off, but because it was color treated they couldnt take it for their hair donation service. However, a few stylists did a little research and found that it could be donated through different programs, so they sent it home with me as we all agreed that we couldnt bear to see so much hair thrown away. Definitely an above and beyond experience!

Got in faster than estimated. My (admittedly simple) haircut was done quickly and well. Overheard one of the other staff discussing various style options for their clients haircut and taking their time to get it just how the customer wanted. Very good service.

The quality of the service is worth 5 stars. However, for several months now the waits have been so long that Ive had to go elsewhere. The good news is there are good reasons the place is so popular. The quality of the service for the price you pay is unmatched. The people there are great. There just arent enough of them!Anyway, definitely go here for a haircut - but check in online first so you dont end up waiting for two hours.

Ive been going to Heart Clips in Chaska for over 11 years. Hairdressers are cordial and knowledgeable. The price is great, especially for guys with short hair like me. Why pay so much more for a 5 minute haircut? Book your appointment on line or else expect lo g waiting periods.

I have been going to one stylist for 15 yrs and she is the best!!! I dont mind waiting for her even when her wait time can sometimes be 2 hours. I love that I can show her a picture of what Im thinking of doing and she advises me on if she thinks it will work with my face shape or if I need to go with something a little different. Thank you for keeping her!!!!!

Fine place for a haircut, but dont bother dropping by if you havent checked in online. Itd be nice if they had one or two stylists just covering drop-ins.

Take my children here. Staff is generally nice and havent completely screwed anything up.I cant give a higher rating though because they never ask me to check out my kids hair before they get down and Ive found problems after Ive gotten home this way. Its frustrating enough for me to want to look elsewhere.

Every time I try to get my haircut here I call first, Im told there is no wait to come on in. I get there in 10 minutes and magically theres a 30-45 minute wait when I show up. Every. Time. The haircut quality us what youd expect - effective, not awesome. But just tell me the truth when I call, my time is valuable. And as a result I wont go back, I dont appreciate the dishonestly and theres a million other places to get the job done instead.

Use online check in! This location is good, but almost always busy. Wait times can be long, if you use the online check in, its much, much better.

Will not be coming back. I asked for nothing off the top, just cleaned up. And what I got was 1 inch off the top. You have simple jobs, just do what the customer asked you to do. If I could give this place zero I would.

Probably the last time Ill ever use great clips staff and stylist were okay but Everytime go here everyone is in a rush and they dont take the time listen to what I want.... Like today I wanted to have my hair thinned out a bit and layered the stylist said pretty much no and it seemed like the only reason why she said no was because it was busy... She didnt take the time to consult and it is not the greatest hair cut

I got my hair cut about 2 mths ago. I have very thick hair and the usual 15 minute cut will not do, while getting my hair cut, without a wash, Haley tired helping the young girl with some tips on cutting thick hair, and then asked if she could cut my hair after she finished her clients hair, which was great because she washed my hair, and spent like 40 minutes on it. She dis not however flat iron it, but I was tired by the time she was done.The cut was better than it would have been if the 1st stylist would have continued. So my cut was not fabulous but looked good, better than any other time I have had it done it at Great Clips. I really appreciate Haleys initiative and willingness to work on my hair because she knew my hair was a difficult cut and it is so thick. She did not do the basic snip, which is what most stylists try to do to get people in and out. I will go back again but try to get Haley as my hairstylist if she is working.

I requested a trim with some layering here a while ago and the lady insisted she use a razor. I was skeptical, but she assured me nothing would go wrong. Midway through she paused for a while then said You know the back is much shorter than the front. Would you like me to make them even?. I had not noticed any difference, so I figured there would not be much taken off. She proceeded to cut no less than FOUR inches off of my hair!!! I was beyond stunned. I felt horrible for many months about this ugly very short hair disaster. Recently, I hurt my shoulder, making blow drying difficult. So I returned to this Great Clips to have them just blow my hair dry. I insisted that the woman should not style it whatsoever. Just drying it was all I requested. I communicated that consistently and clearly, and thats what she did. She hadnt used a brush and dryer combo technique. Just blew the dryer at my hair from the side and loosened my hair with her other hand as she went. It was still pretty messy looking when she finished, which was fine with me. However, she charged me $48 for a long hair style!, saying that was the lowest amount she could charge for a basic blow dry. She even asked her manager what to charge if she didnt style it and only blew it dry, looking at the computer mildly confused. The manager told her to charge me the $48. As I paid this crazy price, I asked her how much other services were. It turns out if she had washed it herself and blown it dry it would have been less than half that price. THIS MAKES NO SENSE!!! I told her so. Again, I was gobsmacked by the abject disregard for ethical and moral correctness in their service. The lady who accidentally lobbed off four extra inches STILL works there. Unbelievable.
