Went in today looking for a replacement seat cover for a 92-year-old ladies wheelchair..They told me that they didnt sell that particular brand but could probably order one. She said let me check in the back because I think I may have one in spare parts that looks like it would fit the description of your chair. She gave it to me free and said just bring it back if it doesnt fit. It did! Thanks Tom

Employee was wearing her mask like a necklace this morning. After trying to encourage her to put it on, she simply did not. She said I made my point. Don’t think I’m going back there again. And this I’d a medical supply store?

After purchasing a non-hygiene-related item with no information given to me, I tried to return it, unused and unopened, two days later, in the original packaging. There were other people at the counter and they refused to accept the return, even though that policy had not been made clear and this was *unused and unopened*. They were also not polite about it. If that’s your policy you need to say so, and not be condescending or nasty about it after. Their customer service absolutely sucks. I will not purchase anything from here again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

1st -Im a deaf lip reader, my experience here was beyond exceptional. Both ladies greeted me as soon as I walked in, even though they were helping others. Stephanie helped me get the item I needed, and helped me get a hard to find item for my mom in another state. They can ship items directly which saved me a trip to post office and $. I really appreciated how staff accommodated my disability while following Covid guidelines. Thank you.

Went in with little to no knowledge about incontinence supplies, and staff took the time to work with me and make sure I not only left with what I needed, but with the knowledge to make an informed decision. Cant recommend them enough if you or someone you love needs just a bit more help to get through the day

The retail sales person, was very nice and helpful, Stephanie. What I was not informed of was the delivery people were just delivery people. No explanations for how the equipment should be installed or set-up.

Good quality, clean items. Kind and helpful staff. I do wish they could pro-rate cost to rent certain items if you dont need them for the whole time but all in all no complaints. Very satisfied.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received while renting a knee scooter. The salesperson I worked with was very professional, product knowledgable and a I experienced an old fashioned family ownership in the caring and kindness this woman showed me.... thats hard to find in retail! My parents were four hours away, in their 90s, & still living at home with 24 hrs/day caregivers. Ive been to this store on multiple occasions for supplies. They always seem to have what I need and the customer service is very good. Glad weve got this shop in Charlottesville as when it comes to home health supplies, I like to see what I am buying rather than order it online.
