So appreciative to the fantastic people at Lincare. We were traveling from Tennessee on the first leg of a two week trip and had left a crucial piece of our CPAP equipment at home. Called this business and they were so nice and graciously helped us with our needs even though we are not their customers. I believe that anyone who would go above and beyond for someone in this situation has to be a great business. Thanks Lincare!

Was told O2 condenser for my mom (who will be staying with me for a month) would be delivered today. I changed plans to be home all day to accept the machine. After waiting all day we called around 5pm to find out that they were too busy today so they aren’t coming. There was literally no attempt from Lincare to inform us about this. Now they aren’t delivering until 6 days from now, the day my mom arrives. People need this equipment to breath, I expect better communication.

Worst people you will ever meet work at this place. Very rude and short with their customers. They consistently display a lack of respect for their customers with their terrible customer experience. Don’t show a want to work with their customers and have messed up several of my orders. I would highly recommend anybody interested immediately look elsewhere if you want to have an very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience especially with the main manager.

Good to know there are still good people in the world. I called Lincare after getting no where with my sleep dr. and insurance co. trying to get my cpap machine fixed. Mike got me an appointment within hours and when I got there took the time and got me all squared away. First good nights sleep in over a week!! Many thanks!!

I was having a slight issue getting replacement CPAP supplies via the Lincare Florida office that handles all of that. Apparently there was an Rx issue of some kind. I talked to a couple of people down there and they were going to check into it and call me back. I hadnt heard back, so in a few days I just called the local office here on Greenbrier. The local folks took care of it and got the supplies ordered while I was on the phone with that single phone call. Maybe the FL office fixed it during those couple of missing days, but i am going to give the credit to the local folks here in Charlottesville. They made me happy!

My experience with Lincare has been really poor. Their billing department is rude and the sales department says they cant see pricing even if youre paying out of pocket. They keep mailing me late notices even though my insurance says its been paid. I got a reminder call to reorder Cpap supplies that turned into a telemarketing call to get me to order a Cpap sanitizer that isnt covered by insurance. I only order from Lincare because they bought out American Home Patient in my area. Worst Medical Supply Company Ever.

This company is an absolute joke. I had a prescription and associated paperwork for CPAC supplies sent from my doctor over a month ago and Lincare still has a hold on my account and I cannot place an order. The reason for the hold changes every time I call Lincare and I have yet to be called back the three times I was promised a return call. I pity anyone who needs emergency supplies of any type. If at all possible stay away from this mess.

The experience I received was amazing, a breath of fresh air compared to the medical company across the street.They dont have a fancy show room and the office is a little cluttered, but dont let that deter you; they can still answer the phone and get orders taken care of.I worked with Michael Clark who was not only a wealth of knowledge, but an effective communicator as well. I thought it was going to be a quick in and out thing for supplies, however, he insisted that he address every single aspect of therapy to ensure I maintain compliance, despite that I had been on CPAP for some time.I woke up this morning feeling refreshed and headache free for the first time in a long time due to his tips and advice. I recommend them for supplies here in town.

Bad experience from the get go. The therapist started in with politics. Dude, I just want my machine fitted right. Now they wont ship supplies. On top of all that, they are rude. If youre in Charlottesville, call Roberts instead.

Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid this company like the plague. Took 4 weeks for Lincare to properly respond to my insurance companys approval of my CPAP supplies. This entire time, my insurance representatives kept me informed each time they reached out to Lincare, and let me know that they were not getting any response from them.After finally getting an appointment and deciding what mask I wanted, it was ordered by the National office and shipped to the Charlottesville office. The Lincare regional manager, michael, rejected the order and I was never contacted to be told this. Im now left in limbo.The experience of walking into the Lincare office is also depressing. The office is riddled with salespeople, stray equipment and sales charts/forecasts all over the place. The company is a mess.I previously had been with ABC Healthcare, and only changed due to my insurance company changing. It was a completely different experience. Not perfect, but they are a much better managed company, and they actually return phone calls.

I want to thank Lincare of Charlottesville, and especially Michael Clark for his help. I did not pack my power cable for my CPAP machine, and we were driving from Barefoot Bay, FL to Charlottesville, VA to visit our son when I discovered my problem during an overnight stay in SC. I called Lincare on Saturday, 6/27/15 to explain my problem. Mike Clark soon called me back and said that he would lend me the cord until my road trip was over and I was back in FL. I explained that my trip would last about 4 weeks. Mike just asked that I return the cord when I returned home. Our son met with Mike and the cord was waiting when I arrived at our sons home. We just returned to FL; and tomorrow I will send the cord back to Mike.Mike, thank you for going beyond the call of duty. Unresponsive, unhelpful, full of attitude, a real disappointment. Ive dealt with them for about 8 months, and each interaction is like pulling teeth. Would go elsewhere, but unfortunately there arent any good alternatives locally.
