I am having the best experience with Mindpath. Alison is awesome! She is easy to talk to and very understanding and helpful. She has helped me come a long way in a short period of time!

Ive had a great experience with my provider but the customer service is horrible! Im in the process of finding another clinic that is client focused and not so corporate. The problem is whoever is the middle man that are supposed to execute for the staff in the office and they do not execute. I can count on both of my hands the amount of times I was told Id get a call back but never did, prescriptions got overlooked so I had to call numerous times..the list goes on and on. I would never refer anyone to this clinic. Do not go there. You are just a number to the overall company. Again this review is not for my provider but for the business.

Practitioners aside, they raised their prices without telling their clients as confirmed by someone within the billing department thereby fraudulently charging clients much, much more for the same service blaming it on a CPT code. It’s misleading and contributing to the racket that is mental healthcare.

Just love my Doctor. She listens to me and helps me choose what is best for me. She is very easy to talk to which I love. Great Doctor so happy iI found her.

This location dropped care for my son, for not rescheduling within their allotted timeframe, without us being notified - received the general response of well it was mailed. My son did have an appointment with another provider, but once the paperwork was processed, it was dropped without us being notified. My son was left with no prescriptions, which is not a good thing when dealing with mental health. I was out of town and spent so much time trying to get a call back - and as of today, nothing. I can tell you that I would not recommend Dr. Mandy at all. She obviously is in the wrong profession. They should be glad that my son is fine but I hope for others sake, this doesnt happen to them.

I have been going to MindPath Care Centers for med management. This has been the most frustrating experience on every possible level. I never felt that my provider listened to my concerns or my experience with the meds. She failed to answer specific questions that I had about the medication. She was clearly not interested in explaining anything about what was going on with the meds and my body, she just wanted to tell me what to do and have me comply. I also felt pressured to allow a student to run one of my appointments, and that made me extremely uncomfortable. I would have appreciated some previous warning or opportunity *before* the appointment to consider if this is something I would be comfortable with. Instead I was asked when the appointment started, with the student already in the room. I had no idea this would even be a possibility, and it really caught me off guard. Finally, billing has been - and continues to be - a NIGHTMARE. They have my card on file in the patient portal, yet they send me paper bills. The paper bill tells me I can pay through the patient portal. The portal tells me You cannot make a payment at this time. even though I can see that I have a payment method on file. I have called their customer service line many, many times over the months for various reasons, and I have never spoken to a human. It goes straight to voicemail every time, regardless of what option you choose.

I was having such trouble trying to find a qualified therapist to help my daughter. I was told over and over again about the pandemic and problems it has caused until I called the MindPath center. I was connected to their intake dept and the lady helping me went above and beyond to find a therapist willing to add us to her already full schedule. She specializes in the age group and problems my daughter is experiencing. I am so thankful to have found such kind, caring people!

The series of emails I received prior to the appointment date were very confusing. Some of them were about a telehealth appointment, and some were information about a face to face appointment in the office. Once the mend software was up and running the process worked flawlessly.

My practitioner, Ginger Kenney, is great! Telehealth doctor appointments are always a gamble, but I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of service Mindpath provides. She listens and is genuinely interested in alleviating my mental suffering. I’ve had two 30 minute (they always run over cause I always have a million questions that she happily answers) appointments so far and couldn’t ask for a more pleasant and rewarding virtual visit. Strongly recommend!

Took unauthorized money out of my bank account. $300 for two visits and I have insurance. Spent an hour on hold trying to contact someone to cancel my next appointment. Will not be returning because this has just added stress that I do not need.

I recommend MindPath to anyone who needs mental health help. My care has been centered on what I feel comfortable with at all times. Alison & Daja are wonderful! You can’t find more caring clinicians!

Michelle is God sent. She takes things at your own pace and is so compassionate. Truly a blessing!

This provider did testing but never contacted me with my lab results. they lost my records. entered my name incorrectly in files. and then passed me where around to 6 people all claiming they didnt know what was happening. They do not allow you to talk with the office only the call centers

I would like to understand your policy for cancelling scheduled appointments. A loved one with insurance coverage recently had not one, but TWO appointments randomly cancelled by your office with no explanation whatsoever.Do you even realize how stressful it is to reach out for help only to be cancelled upon? Not once, but TWICE?

Let me start by saying I love my therapist and she has been incredibly helpful throughout the last year plus.The BILLING department however is a NIGHTMARE. I have been back and forth between them and BCBS for over 2 months to resolve my balance. My insurance CLEARLY STATES mental health coverage as 3 covered visits then a specialist copay. MPCC submits and BCBS covers only $30. RED FLAG HELLO!? Every single time I call the billing dept its the same This is what your insurance came back with, we cant change that. And EVERY TIME I say but you take my Blue Home plan do you not? Yes. Well this is exactly what my insurance says so how does this make sense to you?? Most recently, someone at BCBS discovered MPCC is not contracted under Blue Home Novant, only Blue Home UNC. So the last several weeks I have been trying to convey this to MPCC only to keep hearing back We take Blue Home. If their billing dept is not aware of the difference, OR knows and doesnt care, either way NO ONE COMMUNICATED THIS TO ME. Not a single billing person has acknowledged the information Im trying to give them in order to best fix this issue and any time I call to check on the status its the same we looked over your claims and everything was filed correctly. I know for a damn fact my insurance covers mental health, you cannot possibly look at my claims and think this makes sense. CLEARLY NO ONE CARES. Which is just adding MORE stress to the patient needing therapy, cmon people!! Work with me already and FIX THIS DAMNIT!

Pleasant experience with office staff, in person and on the phone. Dr Herman is caring and a great listener and challenges me so I am setting boundaries for myself.

Our counselor, Joelle Shipp, is phenomenal! She is experienced, insightful, caring, challenging, realistic, etc. We are so grateful that she has come alongside our family to help us through some really challenging and difficult times.

I connected with my provider and feel understood and not just another mentally challenged person who needs to be popped full of pills.

When they loose your appointment and they will you can expect it to takes weeks to reschedule, no follow through from the office manager Christine Kurtz and will likely have to change providers. That is if they even get your information correctly after a year. I was listed under someone else’s name who had ever been been a patient. I was forced to changed providers more then once because their telehealth system not sending the information to call in. After making call after call trying to get the help this place should be providing only to be frustrated by the empty and hollow promises made on the phone by people like Christina.They are great at sounding like they care, but like Ms. Deloach’s family member I have had multiple appointments canceled without notice or reason.I’m sure it works well for some but understand if you need help and are relying on them your making a mistake.

Wonderful place great place very helpful understanding everyone is so friendly and helpful I feel so at peace when I come in . Deja and Megan are the only two Ive met other than the front desk help and they are wonderful people I cant say it enough how great they are.

The doctor I see shes really amazing shes the most caring understanding doctor Ive ever had she listens she dont talk down to you a lot of doctors a lot of doctors think because you have mental issues that youre totally stupid not her she just knows that theres some things that are bothering you and she takes the time to listen

My health provider, Joshua Cobb, PA-C is by far the best healthcare professional Ive ever encountered! He takes his time to gather a thorough history, listen to your medical concerns and explains the different alternatives available for treating your specific condition. He is empathetic, shows genuine care for the patient and doesnt discredit any of your concerns, no matter how stupid they may seem. I would recommend him over any other professional in this area of medicine.

Absolutely love this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone suffering from mental health illnesses. The staff was super helpful and nice and I really liked my doctor Megan. It was my first time and she made me feel very comfortable. She seemed to genuinely care about my issues and getting me on the right medications to tackle my severe anxiety and depression. This was comforting as I felt like a “guinea pig” at my previous psychiatrist, constantly changing my medications and adding new ones almost every visit. I was a bundle of nerves when I arrived and after leaving I felt like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. I am confident that she will get me “back on track” and feeling normal again.Anyone struggling with mental health issues should definitely check this practice out! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Megan and the friendly staff!
