HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND! i been signed the application with this clinic 2 weeks ago including all my information in the email. Never got a call back. Also the lady who answers the phone is quite rude! Then when i call, they take forever to answer the phone & when they finally did after waiting for almost 10 mins, all i get is “you have to wait a month until we call to schedule an appointment.” i’m most definitely not from here & i know for a fact it should not ever take that long to schedule an appointment. this is really sad! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. please don’t even waste y’all time like i did👎🏽 unless you want to be frustrated like me. please go to another clinic that have people who actually wants to help you & have great customer service & quick as possible.

They are AMAZING here and have been SO attentive to my needs. I have been going there for 3 years now. I have had problems with insurance and this place has been a literal lifesaver

Wouldnt even accept my application. Kept telling me the WRONG thing and then denied my application because I did what they said and not what I actually needed to do. And they blamed ME for doing the wrong thing.

Absolutely fantastic facility, with friendly staff who make you feel comfortable for whatever you are inquiring about. FREE STD screenings the second and last Wednesday of the month. The Goodwill Center is astoundingly well run, with access to many different community resources. Thank you so much to the people who run this clinic and work to bring access to everyone.

Ive never been treated so rude in my life. The woman i spoke to on the phone was incredibly short and refused to answer my questions. They claim not to be taking ANY new patients. So dont waste your time calling.

That Sup Sumary Maldonaldo should Not be serving the public..poor customer service no compassion & bad attitude. I used fax# to send pay stubs but they said did not recv.I went to bring info in person..she was sooo rude. Staff is incompetent make you jump thru hoops for health care. My fees went frm $15 copay to $55? Seemingly after I had 2 ER visits during Jan-Mar flu season. Go figure!

This place has great Drs at a reasonable price! Very pleased!

The so called supervisor Sammary, Sumory (something like that) is horrible as her customer service! could bearly make out what was being said.

This clinic has been such a big help to me. The staff are very friendly and our Dr. is quite knowledgeable.

Check out lady named Gale had a condescending attitude towards Latin patients.

Very bad attention, those who attend are very rude and uneducated women, a little more and they receive you with a club, they speak Spanish with a gringos complex, Spanish is all badly spoken, they are spoken in Spanish and they respond in Spanish, all crossed With English, they do not know what cordiality is, in the middle of the 21st century and they cannot grab a dictionary and see its meaning, lousy attention, a shame as people, get to study education and cordiality, change that complex within you !!!
