Such a caring moral man! I can not say enough good things about this man. If you are interested in implants go to Dr. Burgess first. I would have loved to have had this advice prior to doing implants. God Bless.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Burgess & Dr. Maddi. I have been going them for my dental needs since I was in middle school! They are the most caring and compassionate doctors and staff EVER! They make you feel as your one of their own family members! If you want GREAT dental work done this is the dental office for you! My 3 year old even comes in for her check ups and cleanings. They do a fabulous job with her as well! They do great with all ages! If you have fear of white coat they are so caring to help you relax and you can even listen to your earbuds or whatever to make you feel at ease! This is the only dentist office that has ever made me feel at ease. When my family moves out of town in a few months, we are NOT changing doctors we will make the trips to come back in for our appointments!

I would like to spend my free time here. That is when you know you found something good. The dental work is secondary to my experience with Burgess Dental. Congratulations if you get an appointment.

I have nothing but rave reviews for Burgess Dental! Dr. Burgesss work is beautiful (replaced an old crown and placed a bridge) and Debbie is the best hygienist that has ever cleaned my teeth! All of this, in a very relaxing atmosphere.

I was interning in Charleston when I got a bad toothache. My own dentist was 500 miles away and I wasnt sure if any dentists would take patients they hadnt been working with within a day. Dr. Burgess could get me in the next morning and treated me like royalty. I worked with them the rest of the summer with a needed root canal and even had a cleaning done. Wonderful office!
