I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care that I received from Dr. Matt and his staff. They were so kind and accommodating. I appreciate the time that Dr. Matt took with me to explain the solution for my problem. He definitely demonstrated outstanding professional standards and knowledge which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Stump and her staff made my experience with getting Senior Invisalign retainers easy and affordable. Each step along the way was fully explained and done with great care. They carried out safety precautions for Covid-19 at every visit. Making payments kept my expenses manageable. I am extremely happy that I was their patient.

He has told me several times about how well he was treated from the initial front office throughout the entire dentist visit. He said they were very knowledgeable and explained everything that the dentist was doing. Roy has found a dentist that he is sure will help him retain his teeth for the rest of his life. The young lady who took the X-rays was wonderful. She was great at making me comfortable. Dr Ed was also great. He went over everything and I understood what he was saying. Of course I missed Dr Richard because Ive been with him since he first opened the office years and years ago. I wish him success with his treatments.

My appointment was rescheduled to September 1, due to Covid and Family Issues. I asked to be put on the Cancellation list, and to delight was called 7/5 for a 7/7 appointment!! It had been almost a year and Andrea was very patient and, as always, friendly with me. After my cleaning, Dr. Jackie had a tooth xrayed to keep an eye on. I was very impressed with this office, as all of the staff was very accommodating and polite... This was my first visit to their office, and I was treated by Dr. Matthew Stump, whom I must say was truly awesome... He seemed extremely intelligent in his field, along with being very thorough and very understanding, and willing to spend the time to make me feel comfortable, and feel confident that i will be getting the best in dental care... Thank You to this entire Dental Office... I wrote this earlier, and not sure as to why it didnt post, but I can now speak with more experience after having some work done on my teeth... I am a 62 year old Man that has a lot of issues with My teeth from years of neglect, and I truly feel I have found a Dentist, and Dental Office that really cares... I have been a patient of Howard and Howard for years. When I was in college, I had a root canal there in 1988. I was able to attend my classes and work my part-time job afterwards. They are very knowledgeable of the dentistry field. I highly recommend them for any dental procedure..I just had a tooth extraction yesterday and the bleeding stopped at 5 like Dr.Matt said. The swelling went down without ice. This morning there is some soreness but overall I feel fine.I highly recommend them for any oral procedure.

Got my name wrong constantly. HollY not Holli. Told me that my retainers would be ready before school started as I had expressed concern about that multiple times. They werent ready until about two weeks after school. Then expected me to drive back to Charleston, 3+hrs, and skip classes to go pick them up. When we discussed mailing them to me I was told I had to come in because the last time they saw me was February but the first time I ever went it was July. Basically super unorganized. But supporting staff is very nice.
