We are out of state at the moment & my husband has a prescription with refills for the next year. He forgot his prescription & they refuse to send it to a pharmacy in Ohio. They claim they can only send prescriptions to pharmacies in South Carolina. Speaking to other doctors, this is not a true statement. We live in the United States. Every other doctor in this country has no problem forwarding a prescription to a pharmacy out of state in the USA. I really have been trying to understand the statement from them that they cannot forward a prescription to another state. I am contacting the medical board to try to resolve this.

Dr. Buncher’s Suboxone program saved my life. I had previously been receiving care from Center for Behavioral Health clinic and before that the Charleston Center. The big difference is the level of care you receive. You’re just a number at the clinic, but from the very first minute you walk in to Dr. Buncher’s office, you feel welcomed by Michelle who assists in checking you in, to Sarah the nurse, directly followed by a staff of compassionate, empathetic, hard working doctors, Dr. Buncher, Dr. Garzone, and Cadena Wood (FNP) who listen to you and genuinely care for your well being. While I will miss their former receptionist who checks you out, Crystal is extremely nice and polite. Any minor issues that may arise, whether it be a billing issue or just general commentary about the office the staff, especially Beth, work quickly and efficiently to get to the bottom of it. The program and its staff has been so good to me over the years, I’ve made them my primary physician.

Do not have any routine blood work/ physical done here that is normally covered by insurance. They will push some paperwork in front of you to sign and before long you will start receiving bills for test that insurance will not cover and you assumed where routine. Always had this done yearly elsewhere and never received any bills until coming here. BEWARE.

Everyone that I have met in this office is extremely nice and judgement free. I have only met Dr Buncher one time so far and he was laid back and down to earth. Just what I would want from a doctor. His physicians assistant is extremely nice and caring too. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of their services. Thank you, guys!

It has its ups and downs. They are pretty quick to get you in and out but other than that Dr. Buncher is great and the staff up from love them they are so kind!

The doctor and the nurses have all been exceptionally helpful and caring during all of my husbands visits. They always take their time and ensure that everything is fine with his back, shoulders and foot and that he is comfortable. We have been going there for four years and have had no issues with their care and would gladly recommend anyone having medical issues to seek them out as soon as possible.

There really should be a zero stars on here butThis doctor is not a compassionate person. Hes all about the money basically hes a hook them and heal them doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Jeff for over 3 years. He fixed my back pain with a brace to where I dont even need Tylenol. The man is one smart MD. He is just an all around good doctor and they are VERY hard to find. I have a feeling the people that dont like him are people that just want drugs. Im sure he can see through 18 feet of BS.Kate and Ashley and the rest of the staff are just as nice as they can be. Theyve been putting up with me for a long time. Just dont retire Doc we need you.

I just want to say that Dr.buncher and his staff are awesome! He’s been my main Dr for about 3 years now and I have not had an issue. I’m always in and out, I have never waited more than 10 minutes and that’s if I’m early but they always get me in and out. His wife is also awesome, when I was pregnant and going over my delivery and what not she took the time to sit down with me and talk to me about all different delivery options. There staff is incredible, all of the office staff and nurses are seriously THE BEST! I can’t understand why so many people have an issue with him or think he’s rude in my opinion He’s very upfront and doesn’t fall for people’s BS. Your there because your hurt, don’t feel well or whatever the reason may be he’s a DR, who I’d veru thorough genuine and i would recommend him to anyone!

I really LOVE DR.BUNCHER!!! most of yall hate him bc yall didnt get pain pills..yes he is a good honest doctor and strict. But what do u expect??? He actually cares. People dont need pain pills for every little pain. They also have other programs and its awesome 😄

Staff has always been accommodating. They all know when it comes to me and time, my schedule is similar to a revolving door in that it never stops, yet where it opens I usually find out the minute it closes behind..... “my time gets tricky and I thank them for their patience.”-Suzanne

Buncher is VERY rude and condescending! Like he cant be bothered with my questions. Every time I go for one of my visits, new staff is there. That is usually a bad sign. If I had a choice, I would not go back to him. My lawyer sent me there for a wreck. Very unprofessional office with a fast turnover rate for workers. Maybe its time for him to retire?

Dr. Buncher is kind, caring, patient, an excellent listener, and analytical--all translating into being a good diagnostician. He is also thorough, conscientious, and appears to maintain state-of-the art education/professional standards--qualities one wants in a primary care physician.

I cant speak for dr bucher but i see the pa who is wonderful. She will take the time to talk abut any questions you may have . they are very into what there patients do as far as treatment . you are not just brushed under the rug they keep utd with your treatment. They dont just hand out medication to every jo smo off the street . they have POLICYS THEY FULLY FOLLOW.. Weather your new or not new .. The girls at the desk are WONDERFUL AND so is the nurse ..very polite and sweet .. They always take the time for you .. Espically if you as for it ..

Horrible, Doctor Buncher and his PA are rude and are the most elitist people i ever met. I detoxed myself which was horrible and never looked back! After almost 5 years 3 car accidents I went in and asked for further inspection of my neck and left leg. Since then after he got me addicted to 5 pain pills a day his prissy Pa desided no more, so now I have kidney cancer broken back, he gives me Suboxone which broke me out in hives. This my friends is why people go to the streets. Its not doctors killing people its street drugs. Money grab from medicare thats all his office is!!!!

Not satisfied with Dr. Buncher or his staff. I dont think the people are mad because they cant get drugs ... I think theyre upset to waste time with a doctor who is rude and should retire

This place is awful! My friend was being treated here after a car wreck. The doctor is just plain rude and fights with his staff and what I think is his wife in front of everyone. The staff is nice enough, but Dr. Buncher is a jerk. His wife is scary too. If youre lawyer sends you there, ask to go somewhere else.

Dr. Buncher has a terrible, disrespectful attitude. His office staff has an extremely high turnover rate, which means that each time you go, you will see new people. As soon as one group gets to know you, insurance policies, ect..then it will start all over again with a new group. I went to him for 2 years because he was the only one I could find that got my pain under control. I finally had to leave because he was so rude, to patients and staff, that Id rather be in pain than see him. He is terribly rude to his staff right in front of patients as well. Everyone Ive talked to that has seen Dr. Buncher feels the same way. Dont go unless you absolutely have to.
