Secretary keeps asking same questions and wont let me set up an appointment. Will delete this when doctor returns my call

Dr. Tesser was excellent. She listens well to what you are asking her. Her responses are helpful. She was very thorough in checking my eyes for some special concerns I had. She is very knowledgeable and professional. This was my first appointment with her but I will continue to come to her for my eye care. The rest of her staff was also very good. They make you feel comfortable. 5 star rating in all areas.

Very rushed appointment and when I called the next day with a question I had forgotten to ask, I was told that the doctor does not return phone calls and that Id need to make another appointment if I wanted to talk to the doctor. This after $350+ the day before. As someone who worked in the medical field for 25+ years, I found this just unbelievable and unacceptable.. I sent an email and mailed a letter to the doctor, to be sure she was aware of this and to give her an opportunity to respond but never heard back from her. I would never go back.

Dr. Tesser interacts with both children and adults seamlessly. At our last visit she was very accommodating when our youngest child was apprehensive about her first eye exam. We drive forty-five minutes past many other eye doctors to see Dr. Tesser.
