My husband and I have been under the care of Dr. James Bryan for several years. Both of us have had cataract surgery and cant say enough about how well we were treated and how delighted we are with the outcomes. Rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated. Staff is very efficient. Dr. Bryan answered all of my questions before I agreed to the surgery. The nursing staff at Davis Center were also wonderful!

I went to this office because I needed an ophthalmologist to monitor my eyes due to an autoimmune disorder. I was able to get in within 2 days of calling for an appointment. The doctor was professional, very nice, and able to explain the best solution for best vision in the work place. The staff was incredibly friendly and the optical shop went above and beyond to help me choose glasses, even staying past closing hours to finish my purchase.

Deceptive practice. My niece was told her eye exam is covered 100% but was later charged. And when asked, was given a lie -- said the over charge is deductible. The office manager Shannon is very rude as well. Did not even listen to what I would like to say. So is one of the supposedly owner - Dr. Bryon. Dont go there. There are many other good eye doctors even in the same building. I was once a patient of theirs as well but changed after one visit. Guess my instinct was right.

Very competent staff, well treated, above and beyond service.Returned after six months when I sat on my glasses. The technician rearranged her lunch and schedule to repair my glasses so i could drive safely and wouldnt have to return - all for no charge.

This was my first visit. The staff were not friendly. I was not greeted. I was sent in several directions before I was at the right desk to check in. Everyone acted as if they were frustrated about something. My first visit will definitely be my last. I also did not have my insurance card with me at my visit. I was unaware that my health and vision were on different cards. I paid cash out of pocket for my visit and the next day, faxed my insurance information to the office and called to verify they had received it. It has been over a month and I have not been reimbursed. I called the office and they claim that they did not receive the fax and they could not back date a claim. I have never seen such poor customer service and disregard for patient. I too work in healthcare and I would never treat a patient the way I was treated. I would not recommend Carolina Op. to anyone.

Not well organized in regard to appointments and no consideration given to those who have to bring family members - no regard for their time. Several reschedules that were not our fault. Keep that in mind when you schedule with this group.
