The staff and the technician are super friendly. Kudos to them! However, before I had the test done, I ask them how much it would cost over the phone, I was told it would be around 1k. I called other facilities, roughly the same price. So I had my test done. When I received the bill, boy.... I was charged a whopping $3000. It was way over my budget, I dont know how can I pay them and they wouldnt budge a penny. Had I know such a high price tag, I will definitely go to Raleigh Radiology.

My experience here was very pleasant, from the woman at the front desk (Gina I think) to the tech (Bobbi) and the radiologist (Dr. Poyet). Everyone made me feel very comfortable (not an easy feat during covid) and well taken care of. I would come here again.

Legitimately one of the best medical experiences Ive ever had. Everyone was so nice, helpful, thorough, kind. (Sidenote: I went during Covid times, and their protocol was top-notch.) Its really rare to feel actually taken care of, but I did with Dr. Poyet and all of the incredible nurses and staff. Cant recommend this place highly enough.

Love and highly recommend this office. Technician Farrah is very professional and efficient and she explained everything clearly and patiently before each test. Love her and her smile. Also, receptionist Gayle is caring and friendly and I appreciate her great help.

Love! In and out in 15 minutes for a screening mammogram!! Tech Michelle very professional and efficient, as was front desk.As this was a screening test, Im not anxious about the results. I know they would call me in a day or two if they had a concern. Techs cannot interpret results; for a full read they would need a radiologist (MD) available.

I visited Wake Radiology Chapel Hill on10/8/2015 for a mammogram. These are not always pleasant for women, but yesterday was terrific. From the admission desk to the procedure all the staff was pleasant, professional, and kind. I dont think from entering the building to leaving it took longer than 15 minutes. 15 minutes to possibly save your life. What a deal.

I recently had my mammogram done here. Most women I know are very anxious about having a mammogram and especially the results. After the test was performed I was informed I would receive the results by mail in approximately 2 weeks!!! If there was something that needed further review, I would receive a call in 4 to 6 days. SO, for the next 6 days I prayed that the phone didn’t ring, and anxiously waited for the letter that arrived 8 days later. I have never had a mammogram where I didn’t know the results that day. I will not go back to this facility. All Duke mammogram facilities will let you know the results while you are there.
