It is a terrible place to go. Rude noises up in there raciest they should be ashamed

I had Colon Cancer and this Hospital was SUPERB!! The ONE THING they MUST do is repair the Chargdtech GFREE Charging Station in the Radiology Department-in the Basement. Id have given 5 starts if not for that.

Lousy scheduling. If you are ready to wait all day (no exaggeration) without any food come here, otherwise find a different Hospital to do your scans. If there was a lower rating than one star I would have used it!

Why does this place not have fully trained doctors to do my procedure? why do i have to talk to a resident all the time? do they not care about me? probably not given that its a public institution. i guess these residents are free labors that will work for anything. sad. sometimes theres some random guy thats creeping from behind a glass window. maybe thats the doctor. who knows! avoid this place like the plague. also i overheard some techs talking about how old the equipment is...not even from this century or millennium! mid to late 90s!

My experience at UNC department of Nuclear Medicine was nothing but exceptional. The nuclear Medicine techs were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was informed throughout the procedure as to of what they were doing, why, and what to expect. I’ve had nothing but quality care and excellent experiences at UNC.

Does not deserve even 1 star. They charge you so much for a horrific service with bad equipment and rude people.

I was here may 26 2018,they treated me with lots of respect. I had to have a ct scan I weigh 492,did matter the staff went beyond the call of duty. They made all the difference got a ct scan table made just for my weight, iam from Sanford and Sanford would have never done this for me,God bless the staff Ill never forget it.

Waited over an hour for an MRI. Doctors here are slow slow slow.

What can I say. Rude staff. My port placement for chemotherapy was a horrendous experience. I was told Ill be well numbed up and wasnt. I also had a port complication from an infection. They probably do things unsterile and worse unsupervised. The actual doctors dont seem to come in the room until the pa needs help. So bad. Im sure its all about money. Ughh .

Charge people who can pay through the roof because of their mainly indigent population that they serve apparently. The equipment is extremely old. Doesnt deserve to have its accreditation. Reports are inconsistent. Wonder if my doctor has even looked at my scans or does he even care. Im going elsewhere in the state besides unc.

Bad for patients. Too many students and residents doing things without supervision. Charge you way too much after your procedure even with complications.

I was just charged $1,285 for 4 leg X-Rays

Not worth even 1 star. Overcharge and shoddy service from techs to doctors .
