You have one cashier that is stocking. Self check out was horrible because the scale is on one side and the bags are on the other but it’s reversed.Having one person other than the pharmacist on a busy Saturday.

The pharmacy and staff are extremely polite and friendly.

Although the pharmacy had what I needed, but really didn’t like the fact that the cashier didn’t practice any discretion. The cashier that I checked out with literally held up my medication while there was a line and said “this works really well” and said my whole name as a exited. Very unprofessional.

I have had very pleasant experiences on every visit. Regardless of the hour, employees are friendly and happy to help. The staff of the pharmacy side has also always been informative and serves guests with smiles. Thank you to the wonderful team!

They do not allow walks up at the drive up window but there is no sign with that information until you get to the window. Wouldn’t provide a mask so we could go in the store and stand in line with sick peoples. Cancelled that Rx and transferring it.

The staff at this CVS goes above and beyond! I recently ordered some photo panels online. When I arrived to pick them up, the staff informed me that they didnt have enough panels to complete the project (these are really cool - they mount an 8x10 photo on a 1 inch wood box-like panel - - check them out on the CVS photo website). I guess I looked dismayed, and explained that the panels were to be an Easter gift for my son. They told me that they would try calling other CVS stores in the area to see if they could get another panel. I stopped in the next week, but they still didnt have a panel. The assistant manager took my phone number and promised to call me if they could get a panel before Easter. Imagine my surprise when my phone rang on Saturday, the day before Easter. It was the assistant manager calling to tell me that she had located a panel, and that she was going to drive to get it and would have it ready for me later in the afternoon. I was flabbergasted that she would go to such lengths for a $10 purchase. It is rare to find such conscientious and thoughtful customer service these days. My only regret is that I didnt write down her name to commend her to whomever might have the power to give her a raise! Thank you, CVS, for making such a great Easter gift for my son! I will forever be a loyal customer.

Unfortunately my insurance company wont pay for Walgreens.I had been happy with them and then with Rite Aid when I was forced to change The new CVS has been a nightmare for me; loosing prescriptions, calling and saying I had a prescription ready & then not having one when I got there, telling me to come back in two days and then telling me I didnt have a prescription...and RUDE beyond belief! I will find a way to make a switch in the new year!

Quick in and out, friendly and helpful staff, love shopping here, finding something new

This newish CVS is leagues better than the old location. It’s very bright and clean inside and the pharmacy staff is really nice and helpful. For a 24 hour CVS this new I wish they had a minute clinic though!

I enjoy coming here. Staff welcome you as soon you walk in. They offer you help right away. Quite, clean and very organized.

While traveling, I forgot some medication that was filled by the CVS at home. I called the pharmacy on a Sunday night and they were easily able to find my prescription and set me up with replacements within a half hour.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. In and out no problems. Clean and well stocked

I have to say this CVS has my favorite pharmacist:) I love the convenience of the pharmacy drive through being open 24 hours a day and I always tend to see the same gentleman working. His name is Zahid Latif, and he is the most knowledgeable, friendly and quickest pharmacist that Ive had. Thanks for the great service!

I LOVE the location of this CVS but the pharmacy lacks soooo much. I’ve only met two friendly people there otherwise everyone else has been SO SO rude.Even the person on the phone call was rude.Then you try to go to the drive up window and end up waiting 30min. Please just acknowledge that someone is there. I had an infant in the car screaming and took the short trip to pick up my prescription thinking it would be quick and easy it was unfortunately neither of these. Followed by the rudeness and grumpy workers. Maybe they need new staff or more help!Hope to switch my pharmacy soon!

I have gone to CVS forever and never had an issue. Now they’re out of my meds and they tell me to call back in two days. Three weeks later they still don’t have it AND DONT CARE. I walk in with my script today because I learn they have 9 pills, and am ignored by a staff member named Jeremy, who was in a conference call. Obviously his call was way more important than me, even though without my meds, which there was a shortage of, I would go through withdrawals. He was rude and told me he’d contact me when it was ready (he even confirmed my number). Fast forward three hours, I haven’t heard anything, so I call. He answers and said he filled it right when I left and I should have gotten a call. I didn’t. I told him there were so many errors I am NOT returning.

Like family, we love this place. The pharmacy is the best, well the whole store. Very friendly.

Some of the staff in the pharmacy mistreat my mom. They never have all of the medication she needs and shes a regular customer. The manager in the pharmacy has a very nasty attitude! Run!!! Use another pharmacy that VALUE AND RESPECT their customers! By the way, the MANAGER OF THE PHARMACY, ANNA...told my mom to go to another pharmacy...poor customer service! I strongly encouraged my mom to leave this pharmacy and I strongly encourage others whos experience bad customer service to find another pharmacy that cares about their customers! And I did call corporate to report this concern and the representative appeared to be very concerned about this poor customer service. However, I never received a follow up call back, like promised!

I had an argument with a lady named Nancy, I went couponing with my family because I’m trying to help them out by teaching them and as soon as she saw us all with our carts and our coupons she said “i didn’t know we had couponing classes today” she said that in a very rude way. Then she told me that she wouldn’t cancel another transaction and that it was the last time she would do it again. I told why not it’s not like we are stealing, we are paying for our stuff. Well she just kept on going and going. Very RUDE PERSON NANCY!! I can say she’s a racist lady because to all the other people she was nice but us. Will definitely NOT go back to this store again.

The worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. They never have my meds ready despite sending multiple text pick up reminders. I didnt realize slapping a label on an inhaler was so much work. Ive been there twice today try and get my meds. I wanted to get the flu shot at the same time. But Rx wasnt ready and I was told to come back later. I did. Still no Rx. Im never going here again. If they are this inept at labeling ready made medications, I wonder how often they mix up or miscount other medications.

Went in Saturday morning early like 5 am desperate for advice, drive almost an hour to speak to the pharmacist in person..Anna, was not only cold but acted like I was so ignorant because I had questions about prescriptions. I will be calling corporate. I don’t know why anybody rude old lady hurts my feelings but as a Health care professional I guess I just hoped she would care a more than rolling her eyes at me twice.

If you want to go to a store where the manager does not keep her word, then come to this CVS. Also, stay away from Nancy. She is very rude and extreamly condesending.

Massively disorganized. Do not give the pharmacy your cell phone, they will call you and text you OVER and OVER again, long after you have told them that youve already filled your prescription somewhere else. When you try to revoke the rights you gave them to use your phone number, theyll tell you that you have to go online to do it. That you cant do it in-person at the pharmacy.
