Staff was extremely welcoming! They actually took the time to get to know me. During and after my visit they made sure I was well informed and didn’t leave with any unanswered questions. Highly recommended!

The office was immaculately clean. I was very impressed. Beautiful office. The front staff & medical assistant were great. I saw Dr. Miller and although she had a couple bad reviews online, I found her very knowledgeable and professional. She does appear to be a more serious-minded individual but I like that. My only feedback is the office could consider getting a staff member whose sole job it is to answer phones, in order to free up the front desk staff to check patients in. The lady at the front desk handled it well (she was lovely!) but I felt bad for her to have to juggle both check-ins and the phone line and it increased the wait time for both me and the person who called and was put on hold. I dont mind waiting but I think it would be more efficient to separate the tasks, coming from someone who works in a medical office where we have a separate phone staff and it works out well - just a thought though :)

Dr. Amy Dixon is amazing!!! As a scared first timer, she took the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through each step with care and compassion. The staff is also lovely, kind and immediately made me feel at ease. Check them out!

Hi there.  I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how displeased I was with my last appointment.  I was scheduled to have an appointment Wednesday the 8th at 10:45am.  I arrived about 10 minutes ahead of time and filled out the paperwork.Then I SAT!  And SAT!  And SAT!Finally at 11:35 I asked if it was going to be much longer,  and the receptionist told me that you were running about an hour behind.  (mind you, I was the 3rd person that I saw while I was there who went up to the window to inquire about time and how much longer it was going to be)The receptionist then asked if I wanted to wait or reschedule.  To which I replied, neither and I took my paperwork and left.Now, dont get me wrong.  I am fully aware that offices such as yours will run behind.  I get it.  But you really should inform patients of this WHEN THEY CHECK IN and not after sitting there for 30, 45 or more minutes.  Give us the option to leave from the start, not after the fact.I also want you to realize that OUR time is also valuable.  We take time from our lives and schedules to come see you.  If the shoe was on the other foot, and I was running that late to my appointment, not only would you have cancelled my appointment, you probably would have charged me for it as well.So I wanted to let you know, I will be finding someone else to handle my health care needs in the future.  I hope this email at least gives you pause to think about how you handle crazy days when patients are sitting in your waiting room.

The staff at Chapel Hill OBGYN is very friendly and courteous. The decor of the newly renovated office is beautiful, and the environment is warm and calming. My physician, Dr. Anne Martinelli is a very kind, caring, and compassionate provider. She has a very friendly and warm personality, and she takes the time to listen to and address all of my concerns.

I had gone to Vivian Clark for many years (probably 25 or so), but when she retired, I had to switch providers. Melinda Everett was recommended to me by a friend -- and I couldnt be happier. Melinda makes what could be an onerous visit very pleasant -- and I highly recommend her.

My visit was during Sept 2021 during COVID19 pandemic.This location is convenient, clean, check in process was organized, staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Hardison has a down to Earth bedside manner. Explained my procedure to me in common terms which calmed me down. Christy the nurse was a joy to meet and very professional. I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Hardison and this practice. I am so appreciative for the care I have received as a patient for over 7 years and more recently for my first pregnancy. This is a really wonderful practice filled with knowledgeable and caring providers and a clinic that is run well with stellar communication and professionalism. Dr. Hardison is specifically the most attentive and caring provider I’ve ever had and wish everyone in my family could see him for all our medical needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable and confident, but also personable, respectful, and compassionate and communicates in a way that just makes you feel completely taken care of. I ended up having a complicated labor and delivery and he handled it with an ease and calmness that made me feel secure and trusting in him as a physician. I feel endless gratitude for the care we received here bringing our baby into the world and will continue to trust my medical care in this practice.

Wait time was very short, then my name was call. Very nice and quick interview with nurse for history. Very knowledgeable and great with questions. Short wait for Dr. Everette to come in. Sweet, kind, and was great with the examine, and told me what she was doing.

I never would have thought that a medical appointment could be described as pleasant, but every appointment I have with Melinda is just that! I recently relocated from out of state and needed to find a new GYN. After looking at reviews of local providers, I decided to try Chapel Hill OBGYN Southpoint, and Im glad I did. On the day of my appt, I received a warm welcome from the receptionist as soon as I walked in the door. Shortly after arriving, the MA came to greet me and escorted me back to a room. The MA was professional and personable as she asked me a series of questions. I met with Dr Williams. She was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I felt relaxed, not made to feel rushed and comfortable to ask any questions. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends!

Great practice and Dr. Williams is wonderful. Even the scheduler for making follow-up visits (surgeries, ultrasounds etc.) is amazing! I feel cared for which is exactly what I want from my doctor and their staff.

I just started going here and they are like the only place that will allow you to have your husband at all your appointments with you! It is a very clean and friendly environment. I definitely recommend this place. I’m so thankful that my husband is aloud to go to all of my appointments.

Waited an hour for an ultrasound because they intentionally overbook themselves. A few of the providers (doctors specifically) have rushed us every time we have an appointment. I would avoid this place despite the good reviews.

I had a wonderful experience at this practice and the provider I saw, Dr. Chappell. Not only was the front desk staff incredibly nice, they thoroughly answered all the questions I had about scheduling future appointments and insurance. Dr. Chappell was probably the best OBGYN I have ever seen. She made me feel comfortable by meeting with me prior to having me undress and put on a gown. She went over all of my concerns about fertility and made a lot of helpful lifestyle recommendations based on my health history. I did not feel embarrassed or uncomfortable at all during my appointment. I will absolutely return to this practice and see Dr. Chappell for as long as I can!

Just had my first appointment with Melinda Everett and am asking myself why I waited so long to make the change. She was recommended by another patient and it only took seconds to understand why. Melinda took time to understand my medical history and problems, she explained every step in the exam and I love that she looked at me holistically, not only at my reproductive organs. I have been a patient for a few years. I first saw Dr Clark for a biopsy and she was very good. I have since been seeing Melinda Everett, and I am more than satisfied. She is smart and very easy to talk to. She is also gentle. Important for us menopausal old broads.

I transferred to this practice when I was pregnant with my first child so I could take the “Centering” classes. My husband and I learned so much from this form of prenatal care and made lifelong friends. The midwives truly prepared me for labor, delivery, and postpartum care. I’ve since had a second child and couldn’t be happier with each and every practitioner I’ve interacted with and always felt safe entering the offices in both Chapel Hill and Durham during COVID. The level of care and attention I receive when I’m in the office goes above and beyond my expectations for healthcare. Bonus points for this practice doubling as my primary care provider!

First pregnancy and we unfortunately didn’t conceive during the time when we had insurance so we were highly grateful these wonderful people accepted Medicaid! They have been so so wonderful, the lady who has done our two ultrasounds is phenomenal. She thoroughly explained everything we were looking at and she took extra time to see if she could get a side profile picture of our baby girl (who wasn’t cooperating at all lol). They all seem like they are willing to take their time with you and actually listen to any concerns or questions you might have, which is extremely important when you are nervous about pregnancy or anything else. I definitely appreciate all the kindness and professionalism they have shown and I am once again very grateful for them and their help on this new journey! Thank you guys once again!Edit**Baby girl is here and they were amazing throughout the whole process, they were concerned about mine and baby’s safety and were willing to let me make the decision of what was best. One of the nurses that helped deliver our girl was so patient, soft spoken, and wonderful!

Very best experience with this office. I commuted over 3 hours one way to be able to have my OB appointments with Dr. Hardison, who delivered my son. I would give 10 stars if it was an option.

This practice was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a doctors office. The office and exam rooms are beautiful, looks brand new. The staff were all lovely from front desk, intake nurse and Dr Chappell. The nurse provided me with a referral to a specialist as we were sitting together discussing my history. Dr. Chappell blew me away, she is top notch. She sat and spoke to me for 20mins getting my medical history, my hobbies, lifestyle before examining. She is warm and very personable - I’m so glad I started my care there!

It was really easy to make an appointment and the staff was very welcoming when I arrived. They followed all of Covid-19 safety protocols and made me feel safe during my visit! Will definitely be going here in the future

I see Melinda Everett there. Shes great, friendly, makes me comfortable, and is really knowledgeable. Also all my appointments have little to no waiting time. However I am upset about the new after hour phone line. There is no way to leave a message if you call after hours. I am often busy during the day/ someplace I cant talk about my health over the phone. I hope you guys change this.

I absolutely love love Dr. Sonya Williams and Dr. Joshua Hardison. I have been there for years and and love how they take care of you personally and when you are expecting! I highly recommend. And their other doctors are awesome too.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new OBGYN provider. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Melinda Everett and had a very good experience. Dr Everett was very professional, and at the same time very warm and down to earth. She was an excellent listener, very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome at the practice. I also was very impressed with Amanda who took ownership of scheduling a consultation with a specialist which proved to be somewhat difficult. She made repeated calls to the specialist and did not give up until the appointment was successfully scheduled. She went above and beyond of what was required, and she also kept me informed the whole time.

Dr. Hardison and his staff are wonderful to work with....their instructions are clear and concise and the care is excellent.

Nasty , sloppy , unprofessional and lying billing practices. I could have given them negative stars if I could. I was emailed a link to pay a bill for the services which occured a year and a half ago, never received an actual invoice , then a week or two later I have received a letter from the collection agency for this charge. And then a brief invoice from the practice arrived after the collection agency notice. Really? You dont send a bill on time and instead report me to the collection agency?Their billing person has reached out to me and said that insurance just processed the claim - total and complete lie. I have confirmed that the insurance processed the claim a year and a half ago. The claim fell through the cracks at CHOBGyn side and they punished me for their sloppiness. Shame on you.P.S. responding to the owner commenting on my review: did you miss the point that your office sent me a bill AND reported me to the collection agency simultaneously a year and a half after the service? What chance did you give me to pay the bill before reporting me to the collection agency???
