She’s meticulous. She’s NOT going to make you look like “The Real House Wives of.... Looking Fake County”. I’ve only seen good natural looking work coming from her. They’re also easy to get an appointment with. I’m glad we found her before everyone else did. Other dermatologists in Chapel Hill seem to be either booked or not taking new patient/clients. Those tired doctors sadly have to work fast in order to keep up with their appointments (many times double booking)My advice is “Get an appointment with Dr. Adigun while you can! She’s awesome.” Don’t miss out.

I could not be happier with the results from the BBL Photofacial Laser. For years Ive been self-conscious of my facial hyperpigmentation / dark spots and this treatment has saved my skin and boosted my confidence. I highly recommend this practice and the BBL laser! :)

They are truly concerned about you and your skin and your needs. I found them through a co-worker. I live in Raleigh and have no hesitation of driving all the way over to Chapel Hill! The staff and services are the best in the triangle. they are courteous and prompt whenever i have an issue with scheduling or a follow up question. as an anxious teen, it can be hard to go to appointments by myself but the women at the dermatology center always make me feel comfortable when i am there without a parent.

I was scheduled to see Dr.Adigun, went there with lot of puzzle in mind. The nurse was so pleasing. When Dr.Adigun entered the room it was like how is she gonna treat me and what’s happening in me. She gave a very clear explanation and diagnosis and omg just was in happy tears when this god sent doctor examined me. she was so concerned and gave her ears for everything silly thing I said. She was like a god figure to me and like a family member. Never had seen such an awesome doctor(specialists) being so humble and treats patients so well. Awesome...if there were more stars I am really happy to give the maximum for this AWESOME doctor and team. Came out of the room with so much of confidence. Made my day.

I would love to share my experience here with DLCCH. I arrived to the clinic and was greeted promptly and warmly by front desk staff. Following completion of new patient paperwork, I waited approximately 5 minutes, then was brought back by RN Allyson. She was warm, informative, and very thorough in taking my history and presenting several options to treat adult acne related scarring on my face. I was especially grateful to meet Dr. Adigun. As a fellow professional in medicine, my bar is set high. To say the least, I was really impressed. Dr. Adigun has the winning combination of competence, skill, and compassion. Having been a patient through many healthcare systems, this has not always been my experience. Dr. Adigun took the time to hear my story, explain my options for treatment, and encouraged me in going forward with a solid care plan. I am proud to give this review, and plan on returning to this wonderful team at DLCCH.

I highly recommend Karlee Wagoner, NP, as she is absolutely exceptional in her work so meticulous in every visit and certainly a welcoming professional! I am quite happy to have been able to find her and to be her “new” client at the Dermatology & Laser Centre of Chapel Hill practice now! I have a family member that has also become Karlee’s “new” return client here. The practice offers a robust level of modern dermatological and laser treatments which is of paramount importance to me in a practice such as this. Very glad to have found it in Briar Chapel at the shops there.

Been to at least a dozen dermatologists over the years and Dr. Adigun is the best. Understanding and personable.

I would not recommend sending anyone to this place. I came in with 100% full trust hoping they could fix a scar on my nose, and instead, after paying over a thousand dollars for a treatment plan that they swore to be the only effective option, left me with a worse and more damaging scar. I refrained from leaving a review sooner hoping that over the next year the tissue would eventually repair or come back, but that was wishful thinking. It’s been two years now and I have permanent nerve ending and tissue damage, where the skin feels numb around the area indefinitely. Additionally, it completely reshaped the one side of my nose, as it created a divot, making me feel even more insecure about my nose —as the laser treatment did not even remove the original scar. When I pointed this out, they then brought up how I would actually need to pay for more treatments for it to be completely removed, contrary to what they had promised and swore to during my original consultation. In terms of the divot created, they tried saying that it was how my nose was shaped before the treatments were done, which was false and completely ignored the damage that they had done. It took a second opinion to find out that they not only used the wrong laser for my needs, but used way too intense of a level (she used the highest intensity during my last of three treatments), causing the permanent damage. Thus, based off of my experience, I do not recommend this place for any laser work.

I had a wart on my hand that had been bothering me for years. I made an appointment at Dermatology & Laser Center of Chapel Hill and was blown away by how nice, clean, and luxurious the facility is.I saw Dr. Adigun and 2 weeks later the wart is gone. My only regret is that I didnt make this appointment a few years earlier.

After a consultation with Dr. Adigun, I started a course of oral acne medication and went in for my first microneedling treatment. The results were like night and day for me! The microneedling greatly diminished nascent wrinkles and faded my hyperpigmentation to almost nothing, and the oral meds have dramatically reduced the frequency of my breakouts. For the first time in almost eight years, I feel like my adult acne is under control.

Spending $700.00 for a filler for the lines on my top lip and around my mouth, I see no differance. Ive left 2 separate messages and no return calls to me. Very disappointed.I spoke with someone after this post. Told my concerns, ask for information to be mailed or emailed to me a week later nothing.. ...My sister cancelled her appt. after seeing no change on my face

This group showed me their individual medical knowledge and how excellent they work together as a team. I was in for a routine cosmetic procedure, and I began to feel light headed and woozy (which they recognized as anxiety and low blood sugar before I did). Within seconds, the procedure had stopped, and both the nurse and the PA worked together to position my body to be lying down, holding my legs up, talking to me, and getting me food and water. They knew what they were doing as medical professionals as well as cosmetic professionals, and they did it calmly and with genuine concern. Even Dr. Adigun came in to finish the procedure, just because. They treated me so nicely and made me feel at ease even though I was in a little shock about what had happened. I love my Botox and will be going back to this team of medical professionals (the anxiety is a very common reaction they said to a new procedure and likely wont happen again)!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. When I called for an appointment, they were experiencing phone problems which their website noted in real time. As suggested I emailed them and they responded immediately and were able to give me an appointment a few days later.The actual appointment—The aesthetic of the facility was modern and clean. When I walked in the receptionist was away from her desk. Their set up allows for a 2nd person to greet you and get your paperwork started.I liked the fact that they considered my concerns and offered both an aggressive and conservative path toward my dermatology goals.Although my appointment was with LeAnn, Dr. Adigun popped in to review my case and I appreciated the thorough, team approach.I also appreciated that they offered product suggestions that they do not sell. It is nice when a professional can weigh in on over the counter options vs only endorsing products they offer.When I had questions about the process of a certain procedure, they quickly accessed an iPad to show their actual patients before, during and after the procedure. This was very helpful and instilled a deeper level of trust in them as a healthcare provider.I’m looking forward to seeing the results of their suggested treatment.

From acne as a teen to rosacea as an adult I have been to quite a few dermatologists over the years. I can honestly say that the Dermatology and Laser Center of Chapel Hill is the best run medical office in the area. The entire staff is fantastic and they are always very welcoming and professional. Dr. Adigun is amazing and knowledgeable and I always feel like I get all of my questions answered. My three teenagers have also been seen by Dr. Adigun and they are always treated with kindness and respect. Thank you Dr. Adigun for all that you do!!

There are no words to adequately express my gratitude to Dr. Adigun, Hannah, and the entire staff at DLC of Chapel Hill. The care I am receiving is -- by far -- the best I have ever encountered.I had a melanoma biopsy (and subsequently margin) done in Greensboro, NC and the site was not healing properly. I went to South America for three weeks, and after numerous hospital visits, was diagnosed with pioderma gangrenoso. Upon return, I was given Dr. Adiguns name by my primary care doctor and immediately set up an appointment.Not only did the staff get me in within a day of my call, but Dr. Adigun and Hannah (P.A.) -- who are both bilingual in Spanish/English -- read all of my records from Chile, assessed my condition, and re-directed me in my post-biopsy care. It is now healing properly (after 3 months of presenting as an open wound on my stomach) and I am scheduled for yet another visit to examine its progress in 2 weeks.Dr. Adigun herself called me three times to update me on various aspects of my care: she reassured me, eased my anxiety, and informed me of the latest developments as she learned more information along the way. She personally called the pathologist who wrote my original report to discuss his perspective on the wound care instructions I was originally given.The amount of time, energy, and care this entire practice has given me is so deeply appreciated.
