Dr. Khani & Dr. Taylors office was a great change from our previous dentist at Sunrise Dental! My hygienist was amazing and they were professional but did not encourage extra treatments that were not necessary! Dr. Taylors office is the way a dental office should be. I am so glad I switched!

I had a toothache, and was very skeptical of where to go, as my previous experiences with dentists were so bad that I developed fears from going to the dentist, even only for a cleaning!Dr Keiths office was able to accept me the same day I called. I was very nervous as my phobia caused me not to go to a dentist for 6 years..When I arrived, the staff was so friendly and had so much patience with listening to my past experiences. I could tell they made an extra effort to provide a good experience. The doctor was very sensitive and accommodating, and the treatment was as good as a dentist visit could be. Highly recommended!

The Taylor group is fantastic. You will be seen right on time and will never wait. Don provides the best, most complete cleaning you will ever get and in a way that will never hurt sensitive teeth. I won’t trust anyone but him to clean my teeth and care for my sensitivities. Dr. Taylor has done numerous crowns for me and each one was painless and came out perfect. I’m 62 and have been going to Dr. Taylor fir 25 years.

Dr. Taylor and his team are first rate. I have had my teeth cleaned both by Gail and Donald. They do a fantastic job. During Covid-19, the whole team is going the second mile to keep patients safe. Over the years, Dr. Taylor has provided a range of dental services to me including fillings, repairing a chipped front tooth, helping me through the belated removal of my wisdom teeth, and some cosmetic procedures including teeth whitening. His work has always been done to the highest standards and his charges have always been reasonable. He has even talked me out of having some cosmetic dental work that he thought would not achieve the results I was seeking. He is a consummate caring, gifted, ethical professional whom I highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Taylors for over 25 years and even though it takes almost an hour to drive to his office I will not go anywhere else and here is why. The staff is always professional, my appointment is on time at least 95% of the time, the office is always clean and Dr. Taylor has never tried to talk me into unnecessary procedures.Please do not ever retire Dr. Taylor!

Great Dentist! Frustrated with my previous dentist, a friend encouraged me to go to Dr. Taylor. So, glad I did. He was able to replace a poorly fitted crown that was giving me issues. The new crown is perfect! I dont even know its there. A huge change from the previous one that routinely caused discomfort. Ive now been with Dr. Taylor for the last few years and highly recommend him and his capable staff. Superb care, always available, reasonably priced.

What an amazing place! I’ve hated going to the dentist for years. So much so that had a huge cavity in the middle of my two front teeth.. not to mention all the other teeth with cavities. I gave Dr. Taylor a chance after riding by and seeing their dentistry. First visit I felt welcomed and not like I was being judged. Dr. Taylor is always straight to the point and let’s you know what the plan is. The staff members are also super amazing! They worked with my insurance and got me approved for a partial! Also they put up with my toddler! Such a great place! I will definitely recommend for anyone who needs work done but is too embarrassed to get work done!! 100 stars in my book!!!

Ive gone to this dentist for 25 years. I am a wimpy patient and they have always been able to adapt and reassure. In Covid times, they have a clear safe procedure in place and I felt able to continue with my regular appointment (and Im being extra cautious)

I have been to Keith Taylor, DDS several times now, and recently got my brother to become a patient as well.This practice is the very best I have encountered. The music is relaxing. The staff is courteous; they often smile to put you at ease. They tell you what you need to know, and give you a choice regarding amalgam fillings. They do X-rays when necessary. They respond promptly to all inquiries through email. Dr. Taylor even clarified some scientific findings when asked. Dr. Cooper does great work. I was so comfortable when Donald the hygienist spoke to me as he cleaned my teeth. He gave me really good advice for care after I explained about my current habits. I am actually extra grateful for getting to know these people.If that is not enough, the very best part of the experience was also the most striking. The team was joined by a medium-sized glowing dog! When I saw that clean, beautiful pup wandering around freely at our feet, I knew I was in the right place! Heroic dentistry!If you want highest quality care, and prefer to smile genuinely at your visit, you will need to contact these friends right away!

This is the first visit for dental clean. Mr. Donald, Dental Hygienist, did dental clean for me. He reviewed my x-ray and dental history before start to clean teeth. His has not only very good skills, but is also very responsible and careful.Dr. Taylor checked my teeth carefully. He is very nice and very responsible too. I would recommend the clinic to my husband and my friends.

Imagine a perfect Saturday. You bite down on a treat and...SURPRISE!...you feel a piece of your tooth come away with the first chew. I immediately called Dr. Taylor’s office and left a message about my tooth emergency, requesting an appointment at the earliest date possible. Monday morning at 8:30 am I got a call asking if I could come in at 3:00 that afternoon. After an exam and X-ray, Dr. Taylor explained that my tooth required a crown. The entire process was totally pain-free and took less than 90 minutes. Dr. Taylor and his associates are very caring, courteous, professional individuals dedicated to the comfort and well-being of each of their patients. That’s why this office has been my dental “home” since 1985. Also, no worries...all the necessary Covid precautions are in place to keep everyone safe.

Been coming to this office for years now. very professional, very clean, hygienists and dentists and receptionists all kind and highly competent. In and out in 40 minutes with cleaning and consult.

Have been a friend and patient of Dr. Taylor for a number of years. Always received top notch dental care and advice. The office staff was always helpful and accommodating. Would still happily be a patient if hadnt moved out of the area. Would highly recommend. Would be happy to have him treating any of my family or friends.

Ive been going to Dr Taylor for almost 30 years. Excellent dentist. Never had any problems. Can get in pretty much immediately for any urgent issues (cracked tooth) and appointments are easy to schedule. Prices appear about average for Chapel Hill. Just wish he did endodontics (root canals) and implants.

Update: I had a tooth that I was told by a previous dentist would need to be extracted due to extensive decay under an old filling. Keith was able to rebuild the tooth and top it off with a handsome crown—I am relieved, grateful and chewing. Thank you Keith!

I have seen Dr. Taylor for two years now as my dentist and he is wonderful. Donald is the hygienist who usually takes care of my cleanups and they are both always friendly and helpful to answer any questions I have; every interaction with the staff is always courteous. Ive been seeing Dr. Taylor for over twenty years and Ive not had a single complaint in all that time. Thats extraordinary. Most recently I sent a friend to Dr. Taylor for a second opinion. My friends dentist had told her that she needed over $6000 worth of work. It turned out to be a wildly exaggerated estimate and Dr. Taylor caught it right away. Hes a good guy and his staff are great - warm and friendly and competent.

Just as enjoyable as a trip to the dentist can be especially, since I saved a lot of money and pain! I was told by another dentist that I should have my molars removed because there was cavities in them. Im 46 and have never had a problem with my molars up to this point. I was told by yet another dentist years ago that it would be difficult to remove them since they have very deep roots - so I wanted a second opinion. It turns out I only have one cavity and its not in a molar. I have a long jaw and my molars are fine other than some staining. Thank goodness I got a second opinion! I highly recommend Taylor, not just a great dentist but a pillar in our community!
