I highly recommend Dr. Serlo and his entire staff! I was referred to his office for a wisdom tooth extraction. This was my very first experience at an oral surgeons office and everyone was extremely warm and welcoming! Dr. Serlo explained the entire procedure, what to expect afterwards, and made me feel completely comfortable with everything. I cant thank Dr. Serlo enough for his kindness and sincere generosity! Also, thank you to his entire staff for an overall great experience!

Had a great experience with Dr. Serlo and his team removing wisdom teeth. I was very anxious about the whole process, but really determined to stay out of the hospital and away from general surgery. We talked through all the options and I was impressed with Dr. Serlos expertise. Surgery day went great, it is never a fun process but they made me feel comfortable. I had a little bit of a complex tooth in the bottom and we talk through all the options with it and he did a great job navigating it during surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Serlo and his team!

I have been to Dr. Serlo twice for wisdom tooth extractions and have received fantastic care both times. Going through oral surgery can definitely be a scary experience but he does an excellent job at making the procedure pleasant. He takes a detailed medical history and sees the patient as more than just a number. My recovery time was also significantly less than anyone Ive talked to who has had extractions elsewhere - something that I think attests to his abilities. Additionally, the office staff were all polite and seemed to really care about the patient experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Serlo to anyone who needed wisdom tooth extractions.

My 97 year-old mother needed to have four of her last six teeth extracted to prevent further decay and infection. I was very concerned about how she would fare both during and after the extraction procedure...until I met Dr. Serlo. He exuded compassion, competence, and had a comforting and relaxed demeanor. In the waiting room, I barely had time to delve into the work I brought with me before I was called back because the extraction was completed. She was fine, comfortable, everything went extremely well and her recovery was without issue whatsoever. Dr. Serlo called that night to make sure she was doing well, and I really cant say enough about what a terrific experience my mother had in his reliable and kind hands. I dont usually write reviews but his professionalism is outstanding, and I recommend him with the greatest enthusiasm to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr. Serlo took care of my daughter for an impacted tooth. He was kind, approachable, competent and overall provided an excellent experience. He answered all of our questions and took the time to personally follow-up after the procedure to make sure her recovery was going well. I would recommend him without any reservation. He is an excellent physician with a kind bedside manner. We have found our OMFS specialist.

Dr. Serlo has put in two implants for me, one in 2012 and another in 2014. In my opinion, he is a master craftsman. I found the whole process from billing to follow-up visits to be—considering these are dental procedures—unexpectedly pleasant. It is nice to watch someone who enjoys their work and takes pride in it. The billing for the procedure was given upfront and never exceeded. Indeed, I have had follow-up visits that I have not been charged for. Dr. Serlo is strongly invested in the seeing that his implants succeed. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job.I have learned that implants are pretty tough, but they do require a little different care than ordinary teeth. The gums do not attach as firmly as to real teeth, so I stopped digging into the gums between teeth with dental floss. The implant is also shaped differently than a real tooth. It has an overhang just above the gum line between it and the neighboring tooth. Food can get trapped underneath this overhang. Each day, I carefully insert the floss and then move the floss gently sideways under the overhang to pull out any trapped gunk. My dental hygienist recommended that I use Listerine Gentle Gum Care dental floss, available at Target Stores. It has a rougher texture than the usual waxed floss and seems to grab the gunk and pull it out.I am thrilled with the implants. They are so much better than the root canals that I had in the past, which failed after a few years. Indeed, they resulted in the tooth loss that preceded the implants. I wish I had gone straight to Dr. Serlos implants!

I had an absessed tooth that was causing pain and not improving. After discussing options with Dr. Serlo I had IV sedation and had the tooth extracted. This was a pain free process even afterwards when I no longer was medicated, I did not need anything other than the ibuprofen which I only took as a precaution. The office staff was professional and they did not keep me waiting. I received excellent care. I appreciated Dr. Serlos professionalism and you can definitely tell he cares about your well being and finding the right solution for you. I will be having an implant in the near future as well to complete the procedure once the site is healed and ready. I would highly recommend Dr. Serlo and OMSA.
