I have been a patient of Ellis Family Dentistry for over 9 years. I went there as a recommendation of a dentist I worked with at a local hospital. It is a woman owned practice which for me is extremely important. Plus, I have been going to the same hygienist since day one. It is comforting to know the staff have longevity at the practice. Plus it doesnt hurt that my hygienist has the same interests as I do so we chat probably more than we should. totally would recommend Ellis Family Dentistry to anyone in the area.

Always very kind, caring, and personable. I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past and I feel like I can really trust this team. They answer all questions and are very transparent about their processes.

This Dentist office came together as a team to give my Mom who is 89 and has Dementia a dental checkup! I asked about a visit for my Mom with Dr. Ellis and Katie and they were very supportive. Then when we arrived - Dr. Valeri and Juli had been briefed from them and they were all wonderful with her and it was a great experience -- very grateful for their care and kindness!

Imagine this: Youre 600 miles away from home and you have a dental emergency, what would you do? I put down the biscuit and googled dentists near me. Long story short, I called 5 minutes before their office closed and Tiana, Julie and Dr. Ellis stayed late and took good care of me. They are my angels, thank you again so much!

Dr. Ellis is the best. When I had a horrible toothache during the midst of COVID-19 closures, she gave me her cell phone number and told me to call or text her anytime. She prescribed antibiotics and got me in to see an Endodontist. Then, when her office reopened, she called me to check in. She really cares about her patients. I also have not had a bad experience with any of the dental hygienists here. They’re all nice. Even the front desk staff is kind and friendly, and remembered me after months away. I have huge dental anxiety but coming to them has actually helped with that. They are great.

Initially stated would refund my husband for doing an extra flouride treatment. Instead created a bill with extra charges and made it appear a reflection of the refund was made. Then, to top that added another charge!! Bill has been carefully reviewed and charge is questionable! Our insurance completely covers cleanings! In no way should we have to pay ANY money out of pocket! I advise everyone to watch their bill carefully.

The dental hygienist at this practice is fantastic! Her meticulous care and attention to detail is very evident. My teeth feel sparkling clean! Highly recommend.

I have always been a nervous dental patient, but this is the first office Ive ever been to (having been to several over the years) that really puts me at ease. Theyre very informative. Its subtle, but whenever theyre discussing whats going on with my mouth and theres obviously words a non-dentist wouldnt know, they explain what theyre discussing without me even having to ask. That helps my anxiety a lot. Ive been to other practices that nearly scared me into periodontal surgery, but I found out here that that wasnt necessary at all. They always warn if procedures may not be completely covered by insurance prior to performing the procedure. Theyre not in network for me, but I find it really difficult to go anywhere else just because I feel so taken care of here.

After chipping my front tooth one recent morning, I was able to see Dr. Ellis within hours, and she repaired the chip beautifully, with no inconvenience to me whatsoever. Cheerful dental tech, Frankie, was superb, as well. Once again, Im so pleased to be a patient at Ellis Family Dentistry!

Cant praise Dr Ellis and her staff enough. Our family has been seeing Dr Ellis for longer than I can remember....close to 20 years (hard to believe). Her compassion and caring way combined with her thoughtful and knowledgeable approach has always put me at ease in her care. Leading by this example she has been able to consistently instill this approach to staff, as well as finding great people with the same philosophy.I had a bit of an emergency with a broken tooth today. This was all just reinforced again!

After going through a couple of bad experiences with other dental practices (over inflating problems) it was very refreshing to find a practice that is professional, up to date, friendly, short wait time for appointment and who did not try to inflate any problems. I started going to Ellis Family Dentistry after having a bad experience with another dentist office. I have been so happy with this wonderful dentist office. Everyone is so nice and there is no need to dread going to the dentist. Megan Stanford was my dental hygienist and she is wonderful. I also saw Dr. Ellis who was very pleasant. If you are new to the area or unhappy with your current dentist office, then give Ellis Family Dentistry a try.

The ladies at Ellis Family Dentistry are absolutely fabulous! I have had wonderful experiences with general dental care at this facility, but my experience yesterday tops all doctor visits Ive ever had. I didnt have an appointment but was squeezed in because of terrible facial pain. They got me back to a chair very quickly and upon realizing how upset I was Dr. Ellis came immediately to talk with and help me. She took the time to research one medical possibility of what could be causing the trouble, read through the entire description and suggestions with me and administered a few tests. Once she determined there was a tooth that was likely the cause of the pain she called four different Endodology places until she found one she felt good about that had an opening for me later the same day. I even heard her tell the receptionist that it really couldnt wait until tomorrow and she had to find something for me that day. When it was time to leave I remembered I needed to pay for a prior visit and they told me they would send a bill and that I should concentrate on feeling better and not worry about payment at that time. I left feeling like the ladies at Ellis Family Dentistry, particularly Dr. Ellis herself, truly cared about me as a human being, not just a patient or a set of teeth. And, her diagnosis was spot on. Treatment to the tooth she identified alleviated the excruciating facial pain. Her diagnosis and treatment were far superior to the neurological disorder diagnosis I had received from a medical doctor the day before.To top it all off, my children (ages 4 and 7) like the employees and care they receive at Ellis Family Dentistry so much that they actually look forward to dentist appointments. Literally, I tell them they have an appointment and the response is Yay!Thanks so much to all the ladies at Ellis Family Dentistry. Everyone you meet there - from the receptionists you see as you walk in the door to the dental assistants and dentists who work on your teeth - are kind, caring, knowledgeable, highly skilled and wonderful people.

They are not professional. I have been to other dentists where it is the dentist who perform all the procedures whereas at Ellis family dentistry it is the assistants who are not well trained. All the review about this dentistry are scam. They dont provide all the information but are good at billing you latter.
