The staff in Town Hall are always helpful and polite. The building itself is well-kept and has normal Monday through Friday operating hours. There is an attached HOA pool which operates in the summer. There is generally a lot of available parking which is also well lit.

The HOA has stepped back from being the overbearing, intrusive, and inane group of self-important morons it was in its early years when I painted my door while following their rules. My in laws, who lived under both the Nazis and Communists in Eastern Europe couldnt believe how antagonistic this HOA was. Like I said, they have greatly improved since then but I refuse to give any HOA five stars just on principle. They keep the pools full, activities happening, and the trash cans empty so good on them for that. They also appear to have settled down from their earlier power trips and adopted a more rational, lucid approach to lording over the teeming masses of South Riding.

South Riding Proprietary is a neighborhood in South Riding VA with over 6500 homes in the HOA. The neighborhood’s HOA has four pools (one with a splash park) , tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, festivals , fairs, outdoor movie nights , music concerts on the lawn, jogging trails , 4th of July fireworks on the golf course etc. Wonderful place with resort amenities! Theres even a town hall...
