The lovely lady who helped me... ordered the frames I requested that you didnt have in stock and i told her i would be out of town for a bit.... But it was 2 months before i got back and she stillll had the frames i cant wait to get my new glasses

I have been waiting 3 MONTHS for my glasses to come in. I understand the delays happening, but this is crazy. My friends that went to other companies only waited 2 weeks to receive their glasses. I tried calling for a month and left messages to request a refund so that I can go elsewhere to order my glasses and I have not received a call back. I do not recommend going here at all!

I had a great experience at Pearle Vision. I ordered a pair of sunglasses that were delayed at the factory. Jason, who helped me in the store, was very communicative which made the delay tolerable. When the glasses arrived with the wrong colored lenses, he and Logan, the manager took steps to pacify me. I was impressed with the resolution process that unfolded when the product was not right. Regardless of the drama in getting my glasses, the staff was awesome and made this tough customer very happy. I have since ordered another pair and I look forward to visiting the shop again. Thanks to Jason and Logan, the manager!
