The staff was very rude from the start, I didnt end up getting a haircut there. I tried two different locations; the first one didnt seem to approve that I didnt check in online. The second just outright refused me service.

In Great Clips i was at the barbershop to get a hair cut at July 31 around 5:20 and the lady who was cutting my had a short hairstyle and her hair was blonde and she had a sleeve tattoo and so she started out by combining it like i had glue on my head she was rough and every time i said ouch when she was combing my hair harder and she was cutting my hair and i told her i want a sides and back instead she did not finish my hair cause she said i was too rough to do it and she got into an altercation with a customer who owns a nail salon cause the lady in the barbershop said hi welcome to great clips and he did not hear her and he was getting taken care of by a another employee and she started mumbling back in her voice talking rude and he said excuse me and the lady said all of yall can leave cause i guess she had an excuse of her being rude but i felt very bad after everything bc i did not get my haircut how i wanted Ive been coming to great clips for 3/half years i hope next time i will be treated how someone else would wanna be treated.

Typically this is a decent place and most of the haircutters do a pretty good job. I’d probably give this experience a 2.5 stars if I could. I will say on this particular occasion I was pretty let down. Thankfully, I left with a decent cut but it wasn’t what I asked for at all and it’s really just not a style I wanted. I told the hairstylist that I wanted to keep a certain length and immediately she cut the hair much shorter than I asked for right out of the gate and obviously there’s no point in telling her to stop right after they’ve cut because the rest of the length you already have is going to look completely uneven. The haircut did feel very rushed because I wasn’t in the chair for very long at all. I’m happy that it’s not an awful haircut but I’m very disappointed knowing that I’m probably going to have to wait a couple months for the hair to grow back and that I paid to have a cut that I really didn’t want at all.

Ive been taking my kids here to get their hair cuts for a few years now. I love the girls here and their customer service. They take their time to interact with my boys.

Always friendly and if not 99% of the time ...because who cant agree that we all have our not so great days it happens but theyve always been so so nice everytime.....Ive been there

I had an awesome experience with the stylist Angela. She was quick, efficient, fun to talk to, and gave me the best haircut Ive had since moving here. Awesome value for the price of a hair cut. They also provided a mask for me when I forgot one at home, which I think is very awesome! I would highly recommend this establishment!

The person who provided me with a haircut was great. I am completely happy with the service. The atmosphere was atrocious, however. Loud television and radio, and the employees doing their best to chatter with each other over the din. Tidy, quick, and cheerful, but the level of noise and innane chatter was enough for me to seek out another business.

Update: Amanda really went above and beyond to rectify the situation. She is absolutely wonderful. Go here and see Amanda. You will not be disappointed.I am very displeased with my haircut here. I showed a picture and described exactly what I wanted. My hair is about two inches shorter than what I asked for and has extremely short, uneven layers. Its really unfortunate because the only way to fix it is to go even shorter, which I do not want to do. I asked for my hair to brush my shoulders and it is now at my chin. The person who cut my hair seemed incredibly inexperienced and did not listen to me at all. I am embarrassed to go in public with how my hair is cut.

Already made a review. I had ro pay another hairdresser to correct my cut.

Some stylists are overworked and underpaid and it shows. Other stylists are inexperienced and overwhelmed and it shows. It seems they are worried about getting people in and out and it shows. For a few bucks more you can go to a local Mom and Pop shop and get a way better haircut that worries about clients coming back and doing a good job.

I tell you, Ive been to lots of Great Clips locations. This one by far, is the best. The girls are very friendly and give the best customer service around. They make you feel welcome and take pride in cutting your hair. Amanda and her crew are my Go To location.

Every time I come here I feel very welcomed. It looks good and clean and usually smells good too. I feel that the workers there really care about the place. Remember to check-in online and see how many minutes of line it has. One of the best Great Clips Ive been at.

They are NOT doing beard trims but if you ask the manager Amanda Perez she will still do it for you.

I took my 4.5yr old in this afternoon and Fredi was amazing with him! She was so sweet and listened to what we wanted and helped make suggestions when I had questions. My son likes to know what stuff is and was quite wiggly today but Fredi was so patient with him. We would definitely go back to her! The other 2 ladies working at the time seemed very friendly as well.

I used to go to Great Clips at Andersen Springs until this salon opened recently. The stylists at this location are awesome! My oldest daughter (who is very picky about her hair) came home one day with a nice-looking hair cut. She told me that a stylist at the new Great Clips cut her hair... and she loved it! I liked her hair so much that I took one of my younger daughters for a hair cut the same day. Then, I scheduled a hair cut for myself the next day! My daughters and I love this Great Clips location and will come here often for hair cuts.

We usually go to Great Clips at The Park, Chandler. Most of the stylists are polite and extremely patient and nice. They listen and attend accordingly. Until today. I went to get my daughters hair cut. We had a lady by the name of Tamara Reaves. She was extremely uninterested in hearing what we wanted and seemed almost in a hurry to do the job. Most of all she did not know how to deal with a child, asking her how do you always part your hair. As if a 6 year old knows styling and the concept of parting. Even when I told her, she kept asking my daughter. Then to add to it, I wanted my daughters hair a little more shorter, to which she was not happy when told. Throughout the haircut she had a sullen expression almost like doing a job she was not enjoying doing. When it came to doing the bangs it was almost like trying to get it over as fast as she could. The hair at the back was uneven. She fixed it only when asked. At one point my little girl was getting impatient, so Tamara told her that because she is moving she cant get the hair straight and has to cut more than she needs too. When I asked her would she not clean her nape. Her response was I will do it if you want me to.It was a really bad experience with Tamara unlike with others. I would never go to her.I have never had this experience with any of the stylists in Great Clips. On the other hand they have wonderful people like Amanda who knows what the clients want..

All I can say is wow! Been on the road on business and needed a cut. I was a first time walk in and it felt like I had always been a client. Amanda was fantastic. Great cut and also got the beard trim she was wonderful.

Lady that cut my hair was very rude and had the angriest mannerism, like she was angry that i even came in. I have been going there for 4 years, my regular person isnt there anymore but i figured eh ill give it a shot... i think ill go find where my regular went. Ill Never go back here. Wish i would have gotten her name today but i wanted out of her chair so bad. There is some things that need touch up but ill wait and go elsewhere to get it fixed. All thats going on right now in the world and how slow it is, you would think service would be outstanding! Nope not the case obviously.. (red head when you walk in closest the the register) thanks for the bad vibes... geesh

Was here about a month ago and just wanted to get a haircut as quick as possible so I decided to give it a try while my lady got hers. The service was fast professional and most importantly we both walked out very satisfied I liked the fact that the lady who cut my hair had attention to detail and didnt just cut it the way she wanted.
