Im not sure as to why the reviews are so bad, Ive yet to have a bad experience.Even when incredibly busy the Drs, Nurses, and staff were excellent and super helpful. Christie Clinic is a very understanding place, and they are willing to work with you.Everyone has a bad day now and then, especially when at the Frontline of a pandemic.10/10 would recommend their care

I enjoyed visiting the clinic. Admin is good. Doctors and nurses are good. To be honest I dont know why they have so bad reviews here.I would recommend Dr. Kresca for internal medicine. He is a bit new but very nice.

I needed a doctor’s letter for disability accommodations at school. After showing my school’s letter requirements, the doctor told me “that’s too much, I’m not reading all of that,” proceeded to write a three sentence letter, and then told me to submit this letter. Needless to say, the disabilities department didn’t approve the letter. Over a week later and I’m still waiting for my letter. I also felt unwelcomed and apathy from the staff. Horrible experience.

My review is not for my doctor, but for the department of Radiology on Windsor. I have never had a positive experience with the staff there. Unlike the Radiologists on University Avenue, who have always been kind and patient. I had a spinal x-ray done at the Radiology department at the clinic on Windsor and would have appreciated more explanation of what would be done. It just felt rushed and I just felt miserable when I left.

I have never had a problem with Greeters , Checkin , appointments , planning a appointment , Getting right in to see my Specialists ( yes I have more than one there ) , Ive used Urgent Care / Walk-in Care at all of theirs a time or two with no problems , and all the Staff has been very Positive , Bright , and willing to go that extra mile !I have been to all Christie Clinics for one reason or another and have received the Best of Care from all ! As if now my Main Doctor is in Rantoul.With me moving back to Champaign / Urbana I know that Ill need to switch to one here . Im am sure I will find one I like and who is knowledgeable about my condition.Christie Clinic is my Choice of Health Care Team !( I cant believe some of these reviews! I received calls and texts to remind me arrive 15 min before my appointment time, but I waited in the room for almost an hour to see my doctor. They certainly care about their time but never respect the patient’s. My doctor was used to work in another Christie in town, and I never had this issue there. Very disappointing!

During non-business hours Christie Clinic operates an answering service which has proven to be ultimately worthless. I recently had an appointment and called early in the morning to cancel & after an agent noted all the details the information that information was never given to the clinic. Upon my first visit to Christie at the Fields location on Windsor I was lost & called for information and the same service told me they could not be of assistance in directing me to find the clinic. The single time I did attend an appointment it was a full hour past my appointment time before I saw the physician.

Dont know why they bother giving a time for an appointment. Everything is late, usually by a 30-50 mins. Definitely changing doctors to a different institute for the future.

Fantastic facility, and it saves me from having to deal with Carle (which is the worst). Ive had two primary care physicians at Christie Clinic, and theyve both been great.

The convient care staff were super nice to me and I’m new to the area. The doctor I saw I forgot her name but she was so kind and didn’t talk to me like a baby. Which is nice because most doctors talk down toMe. I’m only 22 so. Overall, nice. I do admit their phone number doesn’t seem to work, but other than that good stuff.

Dr. Khan Jones was the shining star of my experience! I am a new patient to this facility, and was somewhat concerned prior to my visit based off the call I had to schedule the appointment and after reading the reviews. When I entered into the building I was stopped by security abruptly and spoken to poorly, and I thought, here we go, this appointment is going to be terrible.My wait time was two minutes from getting off the elevator - things were starting to look up. Then, Dr. Khan entered the room, and she was a breath of fresh air. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and listened! Wow, a doctor that listens to the patient, whaaaat? Pardon my sarcasm. Seriously, Dr. Khan was aware of my patient history and gave me sound advice about next steps and medication.I truly appreciated her bedside manner, and how she was able to put me at ease and empathize with my current situation. Had it not been for Dr. Khan, this review would have gone in a very different direction! Please let her know we are glad that she is a there and continue the great work!

I was giving 0 (zero) stars if I could. This morning I went there for my annual checkup. Receptionist was unable to pull up my insurance information. After 10 mins of discussion they forced me to call my insurance company to check what is going on or pay the full cost upfront. The problem ended up being in their own system. My appointment was passed by the time the issue was resolved (after me talking to their receptionists, a rude account supervisor,...). I asked for a new appointment, and they said they cannot give it to me in person, and I have to call back. So me physically being there could not get an appointment, and I had to do it by calling them back! Anyways, they seem to not care about me or my health, or anybodys health. They only care about their pocket. With this procedure, they will eventually lose all their patients. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Been going there since I was a teenager (40 years) and i have never had any issues. Staff, nurses and doctors all have been very nice. Remember they have to deal with a lot of different people and situations.

They dont respond quickly on the portal. They want you to go to Convenient Care rather than working with your Primary Care Dr so they can make more money. Office staff do not care about patients and are rude and jaded. Almost impossible to reach someone there and when you do, theyre rude and unhelpful.

I saw Dr. Francis Lee for the first time yesterday. He is very thorough and friendly. Everyone I had contact with yesterday was very nice. Christie is new to me and I was very impressed.

I love my Physican. I do not like being told to be at the facility a half hour early only to have to sit there for hour after my scheduled appointment. My time is valuable too

Can barely ever get someone to answer the phone and have to wait 45 minutes to talk to a nurse to refill a prescription. I refuse to put my information through to the answering service because they have incorrectly submitted my refill to the pharmacy the past 4 times and my insurance does not cover the written as dispensed version. I don’t understand how this is an efficient process for either party involved.

They never answer the phone. Had to show up in person to schedule an appointment with a new provider. Blood tests were taken, I didnt know what they were for and there is no follow-up call when the results come in. Later, I try to set up a MyChristie account, thinking maybe that would be a better way to communicate with them. I call the number provided, and I get a voice mail, I leave two numbers to call me back, and I was never called back. Looks like I will have to show up in person to do that as well.

Love when they bill the wrong insurance company when they have the correct one on file. Now I have to wait and spend an hour talking to their test lab company they use because they messed up. Also doesnt call you when they get test results back and there is something really wrong with you and you shouldnt be exposed to others. Carle has to be better than here.

I wish I could leave a better review because Dr. Tegan McCormick is flipping AWESOME. She is the best DR Ive ever had by a LONG SHOT. But unfortunately she works in a very inept environment. Office staff is rude and unorganized. Really hard to get somebody to call you back.

I have been with Christie Clinic for many years. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Dr. Charlotte Schuchart is my physician. She has always been very caring and I have always felt I had her attention 💯%! I have never felt rushed during an appointment. The employees in the lab and x-ray at Windsor are very attentive, and kind.

Dr. Habib has been great for me and Ive used the lab a few times that went fine as long as I got there early. But you will wait for a longggggg time on the phone just to make your appointment.

The wait is over 30 mins every time i go here. They put in a new computer system in October 2019 it is now the middle of February 2020 and the staff still dont know how to use it at all. everything is wrong in my file and the staff are very rude about it. Ill take my chances with WebMD next time

Extremely disappointed with the doorman on Saturday, cold weather . I arrived at 7:00 am and he basically refused to open the door for’me While he had two patients inside waiting . I knocked at the door , he told me that I have to wait until he finishes issuing his computer . The patient nicely came and opened the door for me . The doorman is not human enough to know that it was freezing outside for me to wait for him. What a shame .

Doesnt know how to reply to any myportal request, then calls you a week later (SUPER RUDE) saying they have already sent your prescription but didnt let you know at all as if your just going to go to your pharmacy every day to ask if it has been sent in yet, When you call and ask for help or who to talk to the first lady is Super rude, EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED! Going to say this not with the doctors with the staff!

Check in was smooth and fast. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Fraud! DO NOT GO HERE! They told me a wrist brace was $40, then they charged me $218. Ive called their billing department 3 times, each time Im told they will check it and they have never contacted me back. They have notes about me calling but never follow up and are just waiting for it to go to collections.

Worst experience Ive ever had at an Urgent Care. Doctor was NOT comforting at all, told me I needed hand surgery, and assured me TWICE he himself would call over to the orthopedics department and schedule me a follow up. After a day more of excruciating pain waiting for a phone call, I called orthopedics only to be informed that it is not protocol for doctors to make follow-ups and patients always need to make their own appointments. Ended up I did not need surgery- just a soft cast & I had to wait an hour before someone could X-Ray my hand. WILL NOT be going back to any of their departments after this injury heals.

My wife went to her primary physician here and the woman gave her a referral. A week went by then two, and we couldnt figure out why the specialist never received it. Both of us tried calling multiple times and it wasnt until the last time that the secretary realized that she kept faxing it to the wrong number, so she just let it sit. Meanwhile, my wife went untreated for a full month after seeing her primary and has to wait another several week to see the specialist. Thats a problem.

Friendly staff, good walk in doctors, but the family doctors arent that good/responsible though.

I like this clinic. The quality service is conducted reasonably quickly and efficiently.

Made an appointment online at around noon (where they ask you if you’re a new patient) and got in the next morning to find that they had cancelled my appointment because the doctor I had booked was not accepting new patients.In the entire day, they made one attempt to contact me and did not leave a message. The only communication I had was an email saying my appointment was requested and another saying that it was confirmed.

My appointment 11h30. But I waited right now 12h. I dont know when to my turn. No good.

Takes at least half an hour to speak to anyone on the phone. They put you on hold forever.
