Hello all,I have to take the time to acknowledge how inconsiderate the lead staff is at this business establishment. Employees are not valued by management; the discipline system for employees is not consistent with the discipline system for managerial staff. Management is unprofessional with employee scheduling, and coverage for the different clients. Oftentimes, clients are assigned a home health aid only minutes before the scheduled visit; this leaves the aid flustered, and under pressure. The managerial staff blames their employees for scheduling mishaps, and doesn’t consider their own neglect when attempting to discipline. I have personally witnessed scheduling conflicts that resulted in confusion and ultimately effected the paying client. This work environment is unprofessional. Please do not work here, or give this establishment any business because neglect apparent.
