I honestly feel that giving this company one star is giving them too much credit. They are extremely unprofessional and very unorganized. Not only did Megan and Tamyra Tillman both lie about trying to contact me but they were not helpful at all on trying to resolve any issues with me getting managed care for my loved one when we needed them the most. They gravely lack empathy and dropped the ball when it came to helping me get the help for my loved one. Tamyra didnt reply to emails, respond to Voice-mails or return calls. In fact, she placed me on hold for 90 minutes at the end of her workday then completely ignored my emails when I tried to follow up with her. I feel as though they took our personal information for nothing and I would never refer their services to anyone. This has been a horrible experience.

My experience with Addus is less than 1 star but I cant provide a negative rating.If you have a choice on who to use as a care provider or employer, look elsewhere because they just do not have the competence to provide basic, common sense related customer service to their employees or clients.

My mother has been a client through Addus for 3 weeks now. So far the service from her homemaker has been exceptional. Kimberly has been great at communicating with my mom. She comes in every other day and goes through the list we have for her and always calls me if she has a question. The supervisor Roxanne has been very kind to us and made sure our homemaker was the right fit. I would recommend this company to others.

They like to under serve people. They say they have someone for you when they dont. You call and they say they will call you back they dont. Piss poor job manageing it..There is only one decent persin there. Thank you for all you do Meagan

I have been a client with Addus for a couple months now and so far the service is excellent. My homemaker comes in and does a great job and the office staff are all excellent and polite. I would recommend this to family and friends who are in need of help!

Receptionist was extremely rude and seem to be put out by my asking to speak with healthcare and for their number.She Said a number that I didn’t pick it up the first time Due to the fact she said it rather quickly.I asked her to please repeat it,After a rather long loud sigh she repeated the number.I apologize that she had to repeat it she said is there anything else you want. Followed by another sigh.I informed her I was a nurse, when people call they’re needing assistance and for her to be a little bit kinder. People are going through a tough time.I was asked a second time is there anything else you want in a rather stern voice. I just said please be kinder to people which was followed by a dial tone.. 🙏

I started working here 4 months ago and i have had nothing but good service. The supervisors over Champaign are nice to me and always had fill ins when i needed them. I love my clients so far some of my clients smokes but i can deal with it for now. Roxanna gave me a big schedule and havnt had issues with my pay. She tells me what days to turn them in and i do. I even had my friend apply and she is going through class already.

This is the worst place to work. They dont pay you on time. Very unprofessional and lets not forget that its ran by under qualified staff. Every client Ive had has or is leaving to find a new agency. I could go on and on...but for my future lawsuit I better not.
