We’ve always received great service whenever my husband and I go in to see Andy. He is very helpful and efficient. There is hardly ever a wait, close parking, and excellent service. We highly recommend Illini Hearing!!!

I ordered my hearing aids from Illini Hearing and they are awesome! I can monitor them on my iPhone and at the office Andy ‘tweaks’ them for any adjustments. The first year my follow ups were included with the fee. Now my visits are every three months and pay a reasonable fee. Great service and friendly environment equals five stars!

Andy was very through and listened to my concerns and disappointments. I immediately notice a difference in performance with the WIDEX aids he thoughi. I wish I came here 4 years ago.I am very happy with the follow-up care I received here. I have my original aids that I use as a backup sometimes while recharging my new hearing aids. A piece broke off the back ups and even though I bought them elsewhere, Illini Hearing ordered the part and repaired them in 5 days. I never received such fast service at the other place. After so many years of not being able to hear, we are in touch with Dr. Bierbaum at Illini Hearing in Champaign. Very professional and caring doctor. He has given my husband the gift of hearing again after going to other doctors who had given us no real solutions except to come back in 1 year, over a 10 year period. I am having a great experience with my Widex -Beyond hearing aids from Illini Hearing. My previous hearing aids met the end of their expected life two years ago. When I needed new aids I tried to work with my provider but I was not being heard. After a great deal of research I came to Illini Hearing.I have had great service and feel I am being heard at Illini hearing. Andy and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

The Best Choice To MakeI did a lot of research trying to determine the best place to get my first set of hearing aids. Most places had little to no information about the people that were going to provide the service I was looking for. Illini hearing wasnt that way. They had the information I needed to make an informed choice of where to go, including the years of experience and training that Andy and Keri obtained. To me it appeared to be the right choice to make. After I met with them they proved to me my choice was the right one.There were a lot of options out there for hearing aids that made it difficult to know what was right for me. Andy took the time to determine what I hoped to get out of the hearing aids and which devices were best for my type of hearing loss. With his experience he was able to guide me to the best option for my expectations and life style.I understood hearings aids will need adjustment in the settings to get them to perform to the optimal level. In many reviews I read about other places the staff did not have the skill to adjust hearing aids to what was needed. That was not the experience I had at Illini Hearing. At my follow up appointed Keri had the right training to make the adjustments needed to optimize my hearing aids. Also my hearing aids were not fitting quite right so Keri spent the time finding the right size dome to fit my ear.So all in all my experience at Illini Hearing met all my expectation.

Words cannot truly express our feelings of gratitude towards Andy, he took the time to understand exactly what my fathers issues were .... his approach is so appealing, very knowledgeable yet kind and compassionate. .. Andy didnt go the hard sell route, didnt try to over sell us, he took everything into consideration from our financial situation to our fathers needs/wants when he made product recommendations and or suggestions. In short Andy gave a quality of life back to our father, and in turn gave a father & grandfather back to his family!

Illini Hearing of Champaign, Illinois is great. I purchased Widex hearing aids a year and a half ago. Both hearing aids have been flawless. The service I receive from the staff is fantastic. They are friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell and what the customer need to enrich their lives by being able to hear better.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, Janet Cord. Her experience with Illini Hearing was very positive. She was treated with respect and Andy and Teri were very friendly and have worked with her to get her the best hearing possible. She had been told in the past that she would be wasting her money on hearing aids, but since going to Illini Hearing, she has found that to be very wrong! She can now enjoy hearing sounds that she hasnt heard in a very long time. We would recommend Illini Hearing to anyone with hearing loss.

Andy listens to you and makes sure you get the correct hearing aid for your needs. You dont feel rushed through the appointment. He explains everything to you about hearing aids. He wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your hearing aids.

I previously had hearing aids that were more nuisance than help - ill-fitting, loud feedback, especially in a restaurant setting, and short battery life. Andy was able to assess my hearing needs and recommended Widex Unique aids. Andy set my hearing aids to meet my hearing profile and it is amazing how much better I hear. Sounds that I had been unable to hear now come through without the distortion previously experienced. While Illini Hearing offers several brands of aids, Widex is the right fit for me. Overall, a very positive experience.

I am feeling very unhappy that I am unable to get my appliances serviced on Saturday morning. One has died totally. Swapping out the thr bayybatte or changing the earpiece doesnt help.

Mr. Bierbaum is simply one of the best in the industry.
