The whole staff is willing to go out of their way to make your experiences delightful: from finding discounts on batteries to free routine cleaning and EVERYTHING else that goes along with wearing hearing aids! I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Audibel. Four months ago I talked my 91-year-old mother into considering hearing aids, and the staff at Audibel changed both of our lives. Not only can I now speak to my mother in a normal tone of voice, she no longer misses out on conversations or confuses what people are saying. The Audibel Champaign staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and experts at what they do. Their technology is cutting-edge, and my only regret is that we didnt visit them several years ago.

The staff are very friendly. I had to have the tubes replaced in my hearing aids, the were not there aids they sell, they did not charge me. I know I need new ones but it will have to wait 2 to 4 months because theyre expensive. You will definitely like this place if you need hearing aids, highly recommend them.
