Going to Champaign Chiropractic Clinic was such a positive experience for me! Dr. Kevin was the first doctor to take my neck/back troubles seriously, and his staff was friendly and attentive. The 6 weeks of physical therapy I underwent changed my life. The before/after x-ray examinations were astonishing. Bonus points, they were willing to arrange an affordable, realistic payment plan for me. I recommend Dr. Kevin and CCC strongly!

I came to the clinic with some serious sciatica pain about two weeks before I needed to move out of my apartment. Everybody there worked with me to feel good before I needed to be on my feet in a short amount of time. Within a week, I was feeling so much better. I was able to do my normal activities again. The diagnosis was accurate and the treatment worked well. Id highly recommend going here for sciatica pain.

Highly recommend if you suffer from stiff neck and back pain. Dr. Kevin explained to me all the mechanisms of the bones by looking at the x-rays, showed in great detail what has caused the pain. His treatment helped me heal and I certainly feel much better now. Emily and Alexis at the front desk are also very kind and helpful, they helped me a lot doing the exercises. Going to this place has become my favorite relaxing activity. :)

I feel much better than I did before I started treatment with Dr. Kevin. He was really helpful and knowledgeable on exactly what was wrong and how to correct it. Even provided info on a shoulder injury and how to get relief from that no questions asked even though I was there for my neck and back. The receptionist were amazing. When I first came to Champaign Chiropractic Clinic the end of June, 2021, I was in bad pain which was visible on my face. Dr. Kevin took an x-ray of the area where I was in so much pain and prescribed a number of treatments to alleviate the pain. I have been going there twice weekly for about a month and I feel so much better. He uses various methods to alleviate the pain, but I always leave feeling better. The staff are courteous, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this chiropractic clinic.

Doctor Kevin is awesome! He’s the first chiropractor I’ve ever been to and was very thorough in explaining things. I received a customized plan to help me with my pain. I’ve only seen him 4 times and I already feel improvement in my low back. I also appreciate how they keep hand sanitizer and disinfect around the exercise area and encourage everyone to sanitize there station when they’re done. Everyone wears a face mask as well. Dr Kevin is the 5th chiropractor Ive seen over the years. He isnt the first to do xrays but he was the first to go over the xrays, set up a treatment plan, explain where I was at, and where he could get my spine. He lets you know when doing xrays if he cant help he will try to find someone who can. I followed his treatment plan and have had major improvement! Im not 100% but Im definitely closer! The goal is to get you healed to where you dont have to rely on chiropractic treatments except maybe once a year!! Alexis and Emily at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming! Overall this is a practice that truly cares about each person they help! I will miss seeing them weekly but ecstatic I dont have to go back for 3 months!! Thank you!!!!

Dr. Kevin and his team are absolutely fantastic, attentive, friendly, and caring. I was explained the process every step of the way through my treatment and have actually felt general relief after going. He doesn’t send you home with exercises to do on your own, but has equipment in the office to do your stretches before every adjustment, helping you not forget and keep on track. The staff also show you how to use all of the equipment and are helpful every step of the way with extra things to do at home to help your progress. From coming in with severe pain, migraines, and pinched nerves to now being pain free and have almost no migraines I have seen my treatment astonishingly change my health for the better. They also do x-rays before and after to assess where to start and see your progress, so you actually see the results and know your body is healing and working on its own. I have also recommended coworkers to go here who complained about not seeing results with other doctors and they have seen amazing results just starting their treatment.I highly recommend anyone in Champaign and the surrounding area to try them if you are needing treatment. Professional and caring treatment by every staff member every step of the way!

Champaign chiropractic clinic is awesome. I met Dr Kevin at a health fair, and he was able to give me lots of answers on the spot and I easily scheduled an appointment right there. The doctor and assistants are very knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. Dr Kevin is the first chiropractor I’ve been to that actually updates me on my progress and answers my questions in a straightforward manner. Everyone in the office is so genuinely nice, I feel like I’m in good hands when I’m there!

I’ve gone to several other chiropractors in the past and I’ve had the best results at Champaign Chiropractic. I’ve always seen Dr. Kevin. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming! I’m very happy I found this place! I feel this has made a big difference in my life.

Pros: Dr. Kevin did a great job discussing the process in a way that was not condescending. He frequently stopped and asked if I had questions. He checked in throughout the adjustment to make sure I was okay.Cons: First, I found it odd and a bit concerning that he did not wear a mask at all during the visit. I was wearing a mask and so was his front desk employee. Masks are mandated in public places where social distancing is difficult or not possible, and I would think in a healthcare providers office this would be standard practice? The office reached out to me about a deal they had going on for first-time visit and had assured me social distancing and extra precautions were in place such as masks and disinfecting. The person who contacted me was very persistent about getting me to come in, texting me a second time after I hadnt responded to the initial offer. I asked if Dr. Kevin sees pregnant patients and this person said he did and that it would help with my pregnancy. When I came in Dr. Kevin seemed surprised I was coming in with no complaints of significant pain. I said that his office had reached out to me, was persistent, I was curious having never been adjusted and had heard it can be beneficial for pregnant people. He responded by saying that is usually later in the pregnancy. I noticed a few other posts mentioned the push for x-rays. He did mention multiple times that this is the way he often determines course of treatment, but obviously couldnt do them for me since Im pregnant.Overall, the adjustment was good and he did a good job educating me about the process and explaining what he was doing. I did feel awkward being questioned about why I was there when they were the ones who pursued me about coming in. I would literally ask a question about the practice and their response (multiple time) was, What day should I schedule you? I also did get the sense that there was a bit of frustration in not being able to get me to do x-rays, as he made it clear that is standard practice for him.I wont be returning, simply because I felt uncomfortable with my interactions with him and the lack of precautions during a global pandemic, such as face masks.

Champaign Chiropractic is a great place to go to reduce your back pain. Im sure they would rather you have an appointment, but I usually just show up and wait. No pressure to keep rescheduling appointments. The ladies at the front are very friendly and always remember me! Highly recommended.

I got a recommendation for Dr. Kevin at Champaign Chiropractic. I used to not be able to sit for more than 30 minutes without getting lower back pain. After a few months of treatment, my back feels better than it has in a long time!

I have been a patient of Champaign Chiro for approximately 7 years. I began going to Dr. Chun because he was amazing and extremely affordable. As he was leaving, he began transitioning my care to Dr. Kevin. Overall, the quality of care and service has remained the same. Unfortunately, I discovered today that their prices had increased by around 55.6% (from 45 to 70). As my income only increases about 2% each year, it is no longer affordable. If you are fortunate enough to have insurance that covers chiropractic, the increase probably wont affect you. This is not my situation, thus I will be leaving chiropractic care.

Dr. Kevin was professional and very effective. This was my first visit and I am very happy with the results. The office staff were kind and inviting. A friend recommended this place to me and I highly recommend this place to anyone who need chiropractic care.

Dr. Kevin did a great job. Before going had pain down my leg and lower back was hurting all the time, Dr Kevin explained the procedure to treat my issues and in about six weeks all my problems went away. Its about a year since I had anything else done and still feel great. The staff is fantastic to work with as well, friendly and helpful.

This place is so great — Dr. Kevin and his team have a program that has really worked for me. They may start you coming multiple times a week, but their goal is to get you to where you don’t even need to go to a chiropractor anymore. Dr. Chun is an excellent chiropractor and acupuncturist. He is very knowledgeable and talented. Ive been seeing him for several years now and feel much better after each treatment. I received treatment during my pregnancy and credit his services to a fairly easy labor and delivery. His treatments range from skeletal realignment to allergy testing/treatment to prenatal/postpartum care - more than his chiropractor title suggests. There are numerous issues that he can help with other than your back! The office staff are always friendly and helpful. The office space is clean and comfortable. Champaign Chiropractic Clinic identified my problem quickly--dislocated ribs--and they knew what to do to fix it. They also took care of a frozen shoulder beautifully in only 2 sessions. My shoulder had been painful and limited for about 2 years, and in a week and a half I essentially had my shoulder back.

Dr. Chun is a gifted healer. I suffered a traumatic injury and he has given me more relief and range of motion than I imaged was possible. Champaign Chiropractic offers a variety of modalities: if you cant find relief here, Im not sure where you can! The office staff is excellent; they are so efficient and they are always upbeat. Worst chiropractor ever. I am pretty sure the x rays were photoshopped as I took the same x Ray and it showed a different result. They took way too many x rays and exposed me to a lot of radiation. Would avoid this place at all costs. Came up with a very bad and wrong diagnosis that was completely wrong. I did see all of them and had a bad experience. When I have a bad experience, I try to go to someone else which is why I went to the other ones and kept on having a bad experience and thats why I left a negative review for them. I had some back problems that either did not improve or got worse after seeing all these people and in no way I am trying to harm the reputation of these businesses, but just being honest with the experience I had. I had been seeing a chiropractor for many years with no change in symptoms. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Chun. I am so glad I did! I found out I have scoliosis. Normal chiropractic adjustments will not fix my spine. I needed spinal adjustments (I lay on a device that actually helps push my spine back where it needs to be) and help with proper posture and exercises. Highly recommend this place!

I had a chronic back pain for several years. I received both adjustment and acupuncture treatments and felt much better after each treatment. I have multiple sclerosis and have diminished muscle and nerve function in my right foot. Dr. Chun has stimulated the appropriate nerves and has shown me particular exercises to strengthen the muscles which are involved in walking. I have seen tremendous results from what Dr. Chun has done for me!

I have always been hesitant to see a chiropractor simply because adjusting the back and neck incorrectly can cause worse problems than what you are currently experiencing. But my pain reached a point that I was finally willing to try it. Dr. Chun has been amazing! He recognized my concerns, quickly picked up on my knowledge level, and clearly explained at that same level everything that was wrong and how he would proceed to alleviate the issues and thus reduce my pain. He looked at me and told me what he felt were the issues, and then took x-rays which showed me 1) his evaluation was correct, and 2) exactly how he was going to make the adjustments that would help me. He has done exactly that. He is professional, he truly cares, and he has become a friend. The office staff is sensational - I have a crazy work schedule, and they are always able to adjust or reschedule and fit me in. I would recommend Dr. Chun and his crew to anyone.

I came to the clinic at the end of my 4th pregnancy for hip relief and Dr Chun was accommodating and listened to my concerns. I was very pleased with my adjustment. I returned a few weeks postpartum with a severe neck spasm where I was seen the same morning I called. The adjustment and tips I was given helped tremendously I recommend Dr. Chun.

After moving out of my house and into a new house within one day, I hurt my back and spine badly. I had constant numbness in both arms for over two weeks. I saw Dr. Chun, and after four adjustments, I have been numbness free for over three weeks. Polite staff, polite Doctor, they take time to know you personally.

I used to love going to see Dr Chun, not anymore, he remodel the office and there is NO PRIVACY everybody can hear your medical problems and see how they treat you. It’s like being in an auditorium and you are the subject to study.I was doing acupuncture with him and before they had a special room for this with a special table and a heater, now they put me in a 5x9 foot space behind a curtain which don’t close all the way so people can see you and a horrible table.My hand got nums just to on that horrible table with no hole for face; I called for the Dr to tell him about the pain I was experiencing and he got defensive and told me it was my fault because I was not coming more often.He told me those are my options that little table because he needs to treat more patients and he needs the space.Dr chun; since when treating more patients by dozen like going to an assembling line is more important than give you the personal care?

Called the previous day to ask if they accepted my insurance & they told me yes. Get scheduled & start filling out paper work the next day, while im filling it out they tell me they dont take my insurance.? Make sure they for sure accept your insurance before they waste your time.
