Dr. Cheng has been good to me and my family for many years. He takes personal time out to see his patients on Saturdays. He is very fair and reasonable when it comes to payment. All of my family and friends that have ever been seen by him agree he is the best! All of these negative comments are inaccurate and hateful.

I am confused about their service ! To make an appointment over the phone you don’t know how long it’s takes time ! If you call 1000 time they may pick ones luckily. They never pick up the phone ! Even you fax anything they will say that they never received. I had an appointment at 12 and I was running late that’s why trying to call them but no one was answering the phone, then I reached at the doctors office then i found the door is locked and there is a note on the door mentioned that we have to call a specific number, I called 8/10 times, knocked the door several times. How is that ???????????? Is that call service ???????????? Really???????? They really don’t respect the customers!!! This is not suppose to be. I have no idea this under department of health or with department! It’s my request to make their service more convenient!!!!!! I have no words for that ! I really don’t like this type of service!!

Dr.Chang was the only doctor who helped me with my case after my stroke, he helped me find a very good surgeon who did a delicate surgery and the staff helps me communicate with Dr.Chang whenever I go. The staff also helped me apply for patient assistance programs.

Dr. Chang has helped me through many serious issues for years, and has always actually listened to what I have to say and will help you as best he can with referrals to great specialists.

This doctor has no medical ethics. I waited for about an hour. Just because I asked him if he needed to pay for the second visit, he left me with a very bad attitude and there were assistants there. Will not go again, disgusting

I have been a patient of Dr. Chang for over 20 years. His expertise and years of experience in internal medicine has contributed to the health and wellness of me and my daughter, and I trust Dr. Chang and his medical staff above all others.

The secretaries are impolite. Even with my appt, the wait time was over 55 mins. The doctor doesn’t fully explain your lab results or findings. I felt very rushed while being seen. I wouldn’t recommend this physician or facility to anyone.

Worse service! Waited over 1hr and the doctor told me other patients wait 2-3hrs!
