I went to get a second opinion on a tooth implant. The doctor and staff were very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the steps were. I felt comfortable with my decision to use Dr. Chen.

Staff is superb and Dr. Beck is a fantastic dentist. My previous dentist saw a small concern that they thought keeping an eye on would suffice for, and I was all for not spending the extra money if I didn’t need to, but Dr. Beck thought it best to fix it now because there’s no point in keeping watched on active decay. Turns out under the enamel it had progressed more than you could conclude from the tiny blemish on the outside. The proactive measures! If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further.

Today was my first time visiting this dental office and I have been thoroughly impressed! The staff from the moment I walked in made me feel warm and welcome! (Usually not the idea you think of when you think about the dentist) But, they also were extremely informative and explained my status of dental health and informed me in a way that was easy to understand!! This place refuse to provide consultation advise without you spending hundreds of dollars on X-Rays, which I already got from another dentist. Force you to get root canals when it is not necessary. This place feels like a car dealership that cares more about how much profit they can get from you rather than your well being. Avoid if you have any serious teeth issues.

I’ve seen several dentists but this particular one is exceptional. I had insurance that she no longer took, and I decided to pay out of pocket to continue my service with her. I recommend any one to see her. She’s gentle and if you’ve afraid of needles, I promise you’ll barely feel it. Two different dentist told me that I needed a deep cleaning, went to the Dr. Cheng she looks an X-ray and pocket depth. She advised to do gingival scaling and monitor next 3-4 months. she did an exam and found that I had a rotten wisdom tooth. She’s awesome!

Best dentist! They are out network for UHC and Ameritas. But they are sooo pro, every one is nice! I am here for deep cleaning, filling and extraction. Dr Shin extracted my fully boned wisdom teeth in 5mins, may be less. And staff Jessica called me back and keep following with me. They are the best in Atlanta. Only con is, expensive😭btw, if U can only speak mandarin, this is the place U should go.Update:I have a very deep cavity, 0.9mm close to the nerve! Dr Cheng, she is soooooo patient and professional, she saved my teeth and prevented me from root canal! She spent 2 hours on one teeth! If you are first here for teeth cleaning without insurance, you will be charged extra $240 fee for X-rays inspections, which is non-negotiable. However, if you make more calls, you will find out this kind of inspection is not mandatory at other dental homes in Atlanta. Moreover, I felt shocked when I was told by friends that $80 is the average price for X-rays in Atlanta. Just make more calls and don’t be a fool like me for trusting this place and giving away your money! I will never recommend here to any of my friends.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cheng for several years now, and have come to think of them as a second family. From routine cleanings, through my 5 year period of having braces, to an implant Im currently having placed, the ladies have always been courteous and professional to the highest standards. Previously, I had a cleaning with the hygienist Thao and she was just as great. She was very thorough did not cut any corners. I had been going to another dentist for 10 plus years, and really realized the difference between the advance in technology and how a real cleaning should be with this office. Chau/ Victoria took x-rays of all my teeth and I could see everything on a monitor above me. It was a real eye opener to what I had been use to.I would highly recommend this place to people if you care to keep all your teeth healthy.Also the chairs had massage 😏 which was an extra plus! I dont like going to the dentist but my experience with this practice has changed my view point. (First appointment)I was very impressed with the care I received. Elizabeth taught me how to brush and floss my teeth the right way(Have been doing it wrong all my life🤦‍♀️).... She was amazing! The dentist explained everything I needed to know about teeth. He made me feel comfortable. He told me I needed to come back to get my wisdom tooth extracted(it was bothering me). Surgeon was not in that day.(Second appointment) I was a bit nervous but Dr william(surgeon) and his staff made me feel better. He explained the procedure. Asked if I was feeling any pain during the extraction(I didnt feel any pain). My molar was out in less than 10minutes!! I still have 3 more wisdom teeth extractions to go and I am not hesitant to come back!! Best dentists in Georgia!! Dont look any further!!! Ill be back for my cleanings as well!! I have already referred a few friends.

This is the BEST dentist ever! I started going here I wanna say May of 2019 not sure but I started to go here due to another dentist making me break out in a rash inside of my mouth because they used a latex gloves on me and blaming it on the “mouth pressure washer thingy” to clean my teeth saying that I was allergic to salt and baking soda even though they knew I was highly allergic to latex. When I made an appointment for Dentist Dr. Cheng they told me they needed to do an exam and that X-rays and an exam would be free if my insurance didn’t cover it since I had a bad experience at the other dentist office. The staff is very polite... like VERY polite. When I went in for my appointment after filling out paperwork and all of that I got X-rays done. I asked if anything had latex on it and even if the gloves were latex free. The lady who did the X-rays took the boxes out and was reading all over the boxes making sure for me. Then I went back to the exam room and got the exam done. After that Doctor Cheng told me I had three cavities on my wisdom teeth and it shocked me because the dentist that I went to before told me I had one and it wasn’t even a tooth that had a cavity on it. Doctor Cheng told me she will referral to dr. Shin. In house oral surgeon to help remove all four of my wisdom teeth or fix the cavities. I ended up getting my wisdom teeth out and even while I was knocked out on the “drugs” they gave me they still treated me and my dad since he was driving me home really polite. I’m telling y’all this is the BEST and NICEST dentist y’all will ever go to.

This week called due to severe toothache. They were able to see me that day. Did have a bit of a wait. Dentist diagnosed an infection. Gave me antibiotics and managed my pain. Very affordable. Looking at possible implants. Will consider Dr. Cheng.

So initially going to the dentist can be frighten even if its something so simple like a cleaning, its just a natural reaction to be anxious or nervous, but this DENTIST office let me tell you, first when you enter there methods and safety protocol to COVID is topnotch, you sanitize and check temperatures and boom your in. Next they never make you feel self conscious or feel rushed or like you are an inconvenience to them because you may be scared. Also the biggest thing they never pressure you to actually get work done, now of course you are advised but the comfort level makes it a 100 times better. There prices are wonderful and the level of inaccuracy is almost slim to none. Im so happy I moved my entire family to this office it was the best thing I could have done. I am continuing to actually refer this office to other friends I have and theyre making the changes. Thank you guys for always being so courtesy and gentle and just nice.

They actually offer 3 different payment options and one of the three doesnt require credit! I had root canal done on my molar tooth in this office on Dec 9th . It was an emergency and it was the very first time I visited this office. I had nerve pain through the weekend. I called them at 10 am Monday morning and was scheduled at 2 pm that day. My dentist is dr. Cheng. She discussed two options on how to treat the tooth to stop the pain with me and answered my questions. The office manager helped to compare the cost of each plan. I decided to do root canal. I was very scared of the pain that the process will bring me. But she did a good job. The process was easy for me, though she told me later it was a hard situation for her. The pain stopped right away. I really appreciate people in this office who provided fast and steady treatment. I will complete the whole process with them even though they are 45 min away from my house.

Ive been to Dr. Cheng and Associates dental office for couple visit. In the last month for a fillings, a cleaning and wisdom teeth procedure. Each time I went everyone was very nice and did whatever they could to make sure all of my questions were answered. I have been going to Dr. Cheng for over 10 years. While there are many other dentists closer to my home and office, I have stayed with Dr. Cheng because of the highest level of competency and professionalism that she has shown at every visit that I have had. She is always attentive to patients and explains each step in a procedure in advance. She tries to make the patient feel at ease through her demeanor and techniques. The office is always clean, organized (even on the many occasions while I was there and they were busy), and the decor is soothing. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Cheng dental as she is worth the trip from wherever you are.

This was my fist time visiting Dr. Cheng’s office, and they’re awesome! I had an appointment for a toothache and I was seen and treated in a timely manner. The crew really took care of me, everyone was efficient. They’re though on Covid-19 advisory. They check the temperature before get to the room. They have special mouth rinse to rinse for 1 minutes to reduce Aerosol. Very nice and clean facility! Doctors and Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend them!!

Throughout the year, I have received excellent care and service at this office. Especially with the pandemic going on, they take disinfecting very seriously. It shows a lot that they care for their patient’s safety. Will be coming back soon to get my fillings done

Dr. Cheng is a competent and friendly dentist. She provides affordable yet exceptional dental care! Plus, her office is extremely comfortable and inviting. She is professional, honest, and down to Earth. Our family has been with Dr. Cheng since we move to Atlanta in 2001....plus, it is very refreshing to be greeted with Hi every time I call vs. the standard may I have your name and phone number please. By the way, the staff is Amazing!!!!!Dr. Cheng is truly the best dentist for someone who has oral sensitivity and is terrified of the sounds of dental instruments. Her skills are superb beyond measures. Her dental instruments are extremely hygienic, and the office is clean. She is patient, gentle, and very thorough from minor to major procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Cheng and associates to anyone!

Went here for oral surgery with Dr.Shin. I received permanent nerve damage from what I was told was a low-risk tooth extraction. I also saw several roaches around the facility which made me think that this facility was dirty. I would not recommend this place at all. If you need oral surgery, go to Dr.Boloux at Emory or Dr.Glenn Maron.

Dr. Cheng dental office is one stop to get all dental treatment done. From general treatment to specialist treatment. They have in office oral surgeon and Endodontic’s doctors. I got start on my phase 2 braces in January and everything seem goes really well. The staff are well versed on the process involved. They are very friendly and humble. Their very prompt with the dental services. I am very happy so far. Hopefully, my teeth will be stunningly beautiful at the end of the process. Thanks to all the staff at Dr. Cheng dental office.

I just had my first teeth cleaning at this dental clinic and I couldnt be more impressed. They were very friendly and welcoming. They were also patient, knowledgeable, and they took great care in explaining everything about my teeth. Im super sensitive but they made me feel very comfortable. They educated me on what to do to stop my gum from receding and how to better care for my teeth. I would definitely recommend this place.

Best dental experience ever! I can’t praise Dr. Cheng and her staff enough. I was dreading this appointment, but I was in so much pain it was unavoidable. The whole procedure took exactly 20 minutes from start to finish, and I never felt any pain. Dr. Cheng and her technician were kept me at ease and calmed my nerves. If I ever need another root canal, I will definitely be back!

I am a huge fan of their work. Every time I visit them for a dental service, they go above and beyond for me. They are a bunch of well-informed dentists who are highly driven, caring, and professional in their work. Not only their customer service is excellent but their professionalism and working techniques are not to be found anywhere in Chamblee. They are absolutely worth visiting for a smooth, friendly, and helpful experience.

I have been a patient with Dr.Cheng for many years and have had many procedures performed in her office. Dr. Cheng has always been extremely compassionate and caring before, during and after every procedure. Her office staff is professional and they ALL go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough, after all the years I have been seeing them I have never had a bad experience. I found the front office personnel to be very friendly and welcoming. Everything with regard to cost and post op care was explained thoroughly. In addition to hearing the info, you also receive printed copies for reflection at home. The young ladies who assist Dr. Cheng are very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. This was my first visit to a general dentist and I felt Dr. Cheng was very welcoming and kind. She explained the extraction procedure, and also the bone graft and implant and used visuals in the explanation. I felt relieved after her explanation! An abscessed tooth extraction, bone graft and implant are not pleasant, but Dr. Cheng and Dr. Shin and their staff did all that they could to keep you informed and relaxed. Dr. Cheng called that night to check on me; I thought that was very kind and caring.

I love them so much that I keep come back every three months for my teeth cleaning! Dr. Cheng is wonderful. She is very gentle with the needles. It didnt even hurt! When I got to work, my coworker said, Ive never seen anyone smiling after a root canal! Shell be coming to see you. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me. I will be referring everyone I know looking for a root canal. Ive had several over the years, and as strange as this sounds, this was the best root canal EVER! The staff is awesome as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cheng dental office for over 5 years. They have always been very professional & treats everyone w/personal care and attention to your needs and concerns. I have had 2 individual implants in the past and am in the process of getting 2 more. I have been very happy w/the results of all my treatments. Dr. Cheng performed my surgery & is wonderful.I highly recommend this office & staff for all your implant needs. Chau does an excellent job managing the office & concerns of the patients.For years I had trouble with my teeth decaying & having to have them pulled out. I made the decision to get a full set of implants from Dr. Cheng dental office over 5 years ago and was so glad I did.

I have been going to Dr Cheng for years. I appreciate that the parking is very easy and I rarely have to wait. I went during the pandemic and the system they had in place made me feel very safe. I have seen three different dentists there and feel I have gotten excellent care. The receptionist always answers the phone and they are very thoughtful about remembering my preferences for appointment times and other details. I highly recommend this office. I appreciate that any little question or discomfort they take very seriously and offer referrals and recommendations, or sometimes have a very simple explanation.

Quality treatment. Staff is very understand and compassionate in treating their patients. Did excellent in educating me on my condition and referring me to the correct specialists for my issues. Fillings were painless and quick. Great COVID-19 safety initiative and enforces social distance rules perfectly. Amazing service!

My visit at dr. Cheng dental office was a great experiment. My family and I are very pleased with out come. The explanation for implant procedure was straight forward. I am so pleased and Im excited and Im happy that I made the right choice to go to Dr. Cheng dental office for my implant procedure. The staff are extremely sweet and kind. Went to Dr Barr for the first time on a recommendation back in 2012. Upon my emergency root canal visit, the staff were courteous, professional and made me feel very comfortable. I am not of fan of dentist visits so this was a huge PLUS! Dr Barr is incredibly skilled. His touch is so precise and delicate, it was as if his instruments werent even in my mouth (I am extra sensitive and very critical). I read posts all the time but no one does followups, So I decided to wait 3years later for an all-in-1. I still have my temporary root canal filling (without incident and of very HIGH quality). I will be going to Dr Barrs referral to complete my cosmetic bridge in the next couple of weeks. I will post again with those results as well. Hope this helps...Happy Hunting!

Good afternoon,I recently switched dentist and I have been so impressed with this office. From the first time of me scheduling an appointment to now having treatment done.First off they are open Saturdays and I got an appointment within no time, than the service and professionalism is what I love, to now getting treatment 4 fillings and cleaning. I experienced no pain, very great execution on how they did my filling and cleaning. Not rushing it to make some money but actual care! I’m so happy I found this office and I know I’m in way better care now! So I want to say thank you because I care a lot about my teeth!And a dentist that cares as well is a win situation!Happy New Year

They are always great with my 7 year old daughter and she actually enjoys going to the dentist now, so much better than those who claim they are a children’s dentistry. I went in for my wisdom tooth removal and it was amazing. I came in and I was very nervous because I had heard all the horror stories about wisdom tooth removal. However, the doctor was so gentle and experienced that I didnt feel any pain whatsoever. The quality of service is great. Im very happy here and I 100% recommend this dental office.

Dr.Cheng is so dedicated and professional. Definitely a dentist I can trust with my oral care. I’ve been going to this practice for a long time, and every time I visit it’s like time has never passed. Everyone knows me on a personal level and it feels like you’re visiting your second home. Which is not the norm! But that’s how comfortable the staff makes me feel every time I returned. The front office staff is so nice and they are always willing to work with me on a payment plan that works for me and my budget. Just ask the office manager she’s so sweet. They truly just want me to be healthy and happy with a great big smile!!!

Best cleaning procedure I’ve ever had! All the hygienists are awesome! It’s an amazing care, very professional, and top quality. I enjoy coming to this office every three months for my annual check up. They’re so good I almost didn’t leave a review so they stay my little secret. This is the best dentist experience I have ever had. I started coming here several years ago when I moved back to Georgia.The office been renovated and keep up with the modern looks. I had found my forever dentist! The office is always clean, and the dentist and staffs treat each others with respect. Also this office has message chair while waiting for dental services. However, recently message chair broken and had been removed. Regardless, the atmosphere is great. Great team!

I came in as a new patient and I loved it! I am usually very nervous at a dental office, but Dr. Do was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. This definitely calmed my nerves. The office was very clean and the staff was very helpful, kind, and gentle. My hygienist did an amazing job as well! I already have my 6 month appointment booked. Solid 5 stars! I recently switched over to Dr Cheng primarily due to the convenient location of the office. During my search for a new dentist, I was very impressed yet a little skeptical with the number of Google reviews and the 5 star ratings Dr Cheng’s office has received. I have seen a number of dentist and periodontist over the years in various states including GA. I would say most of my previous dentist/periodontist were good or better than good so I was thinking “how much better can she be?”.First, I scheduled my cleaning and an annual exam. The experience was nothing short of GREAT - hygienist was so gentle yet thorough and knowledgeable; then, Dr Cheng took more time to go over the x-rays with additional information on the conditions of my dental health. Then I felt comfortable to have my fillings scheduled and had it done by Dr Cheng yesterday. Although I’ve had only two visits thus far, my experience with Dr Cheng and her staff confirms/validates all the raving reviews on Google, and I am so glad to have found Dr Cheng during my extensive search of a new dentist.
