Very welcoming and inviting environment. Since becoming a new patient, I’ve experienced great service, prompt communication, and overall “easy” visits. Dacia has such a warm and calming demeanor and ensures I haven’t left anything out. But everyone I’ve encountered in my 3 visits so far have been super helpful and understanding.

My first visit to their office was beyond amazing. The team was very helpful, I felt very comfortable, and overall I was very happy with my services. They all work together to get things done so that your not just sitting around like other dental offices. I’m so glad my insurance company referred me to this office!

I thought the dentist was incredibly nice and gentle, however, I had the WORST experience having my wisdom teeth pulled here and would never wish it upon my worst enemy. I’m not sure if the numbing didn’t work or if they just didn’t have any business pulling my teeth— but I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled in what I was reassured wouldn’t be “comfortable” but would be okay. It wasn’t. It was EXCRUCIATING. I was under extreme laughing gas but every time he pulled a tooth, I felt the most intense pain I’ve ever felt in my life and my vision would black out. When I returned to my car after the procedure I spent 30 minutes just sitting there crying after a totally horrifying and painful experience. I now have nightmares and terrible anxiety about going back to the dentist. It sounds dramatic, but my experience was real and it was traumatic to me. I’m not sure what happened and why it was so painful, but I seem to be an outlier in this type of situation upon asking other people. Anyway. If they recommend removal of your wisdom teeth— GO TO AN ORAL SURGEON. Also the X-ray beforehand was very painful as the plastic piece was too big for my mouth, which I’ve never had a problem with anywhere else.

I only visited this dentists office twice but I dont plan on going back. On the first visit, I didnt wait long at first but ended up being stuck with the X-ray technician for 45 minutes because she couldnt figure out what she was doing. She had to retake so many X-rays I was honestly getting worried about the amount of radiation going into my face. Then I waited for the dentist to do her exam for another 45 minutes. By the end of it, over two hours had gone by and I hadnt even seen a hygienist for a cleaning. I ended up having to reschedule the actual cleaning (the sole purpose of my visit) for the next week.The following appointment lasted 2.5 hours. I got a full scaling, so the length of the cleaning I get. But once again, I waited an hour before seeing anyone! This place is very minimally staffed and not concerned with their patients schedules. The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the hygienist was pleasant and did a good job on the actual cleaning.

Do not go to this office if you are pregnant! They say it is the LAW that in order to have a cleaning, I have to have x-rays. This is my third pregnancy and have had my teeth cleaned throughout both of my previous pregnancies and NEVER had an x-ray. They wanted me to agree to have an x-ray with a cover. This is absurd. They called 2 hours before my appointment to tell me this. It is December and now I am struggling to find an appointment before the new year. Do not give this practice your business.

Had periodontal care in December.They seemed very knowledgable, but like a lot of people in the reviews have said, they seem very focused on squeezing every penny out of you. The staff is nice, but not very personable. There was a lot of pressure to move forward with the VERY expensive treatment (periodontitis cleaning) and I felt like i had no other choice but accept it. I truly felt like nothing but a paycheck for them. They charged me $100 just for Oral Hygiene Instructions.UPDATE:I went to several other dentist and was told that I DO NOT have periodontitis. I was basically swindled out of $2,500. DO NOT GO HERE. They pray on your fears and pressure you to do procedures that you don’t need.

Very unprofessional. I wish I would’ve read some of the negative reviews on here before going in—They’re all right. Save your money and do some research before going here.

I enjoyed getting to know Dr. Huynh and the experience was wonderful. I usually hate the Dentist, but they told me everything they were going to do, why, and thoroughly explained the benefit portion before continuing. The whole staff was very friendly. My teeth feel great after the cleaning and it was nice getting to know the team!

I made the mistake of visiting Dentists of Chamblee in January 2019. I’ve been attending the same dentist for years, but decided to give Dentists of Chamblee a try due to its close proximity to my home. I booked an appointment for a cleaning. The hygienist, while very nice, did not seem knowledgeable about taking my X-rays. She had to redo many of them multiple times, and it seemed as though she was new to the job. I was exposed to unnecessary radiation as a result of her frequent mistakes. Once she was finally finished, I was moved to a different room, and the dentist, Dr. Patel, came in to tell me that I needed a scaling where they would go into my gums instead of having a regular cleaning because I had gingivitis. She also said I had three cavities that would need crowns. This was alarming to me because I get my teeth checked every six months, and I haven’t had a cavity in years, so how did I all of a sudden not only have three cavities, but cavities that needed crowns AND need a deep scaling treatment for gingivitis?? I’ve always gotten regular cleanings from my other dentist, and both the dentist and the hygienist have told me that my teeth were in great condition. The dentist then tried to rush me to get the procedures, even trying to do all of that that same day. It was all extremely suspicious. Needless to say, I immediately left & proceeded to schedule a cleaning with my regular dentist, who was able to get me in 5 days later. I was able to have a regular cleaning, and once again, I was told that my teeth were in great condition. Complete opposite from what I was told by Dentists of Chamblee! Additionally, they somehow coded my X-ray procedure claim incorrectly to my Delta Dental insurance, and I was billed over $400 for the X-rays! Of course they said it was a mistake, & that I actually didn’t owe them anything, but this is a mistake that my other dentist has never made, and it leads me to suspect them of insurance fraud considering all of the unnecessary treatments the dentist tried to have me get on my mouth. I can’t imagine if I would’ve gotten all of that unnecessary work done. Dentists of Chamblee should be ashamed. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Your teeth with thank you.

Worst experience at a dentist in my entire life. They appear to only be concerned about charging customers for treatment plans and making money. With so many options around Atlanta, I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Not sure how these people are still in business. Sales pitch after sales pitch. They refuse to do a routine cleaning without forcing expensive work on you. Very rude and not customer friendly.

Horrible practice with constant turnover of staff from dentist down to receptionist. Booked an appointment, confirmed said appointment, left work early for said appointment, only to find the office closed early that day. Never received a call in advance asking me to reschedule. Do not recommend at all.

Great job all around. Clean new facility, competent staff, friendly, and explained fees and insurance coverage for additional services provided. On time and easy to schedule.

This dental office is fantastic. Their equipment is on top of innovation, new, well maintained, and they know how to use it. The quality of their equipment increases diagnostic accuracy and decreases pain during x-rays. During the process they explained what the numbers they were recording meant, and they showed me the images of my teeth. That helped me be very aware and informed about what was happening rather than the confusion and lack of explaination that often occurs. Also, they told me if I had questions during the exam just to raise my hand and they would take the impliments out to listen to me rather than the typical talking at you with stuff in your mouth. mouth office is stylish and roomy. The waiting room is nice with excellent coffee and tea options. The front desk staff and insurance specialist were friendly and helpful. This was my first visit so I cant speak to the general wait times, but I didnt wait for more than 5 minutes prior to being seen. The dentist himself is capable, personable, wants to know your problems, wants to help you, and as a perk is very attractive. Prior to the exam, I discussed my dental history with the dentist, if I had problems, and what I was looking for.

Dr. Hillary Wheeless and Taneisha made my teeth look better than ever. My crowns are beautiful and my self confidence soared. Such sweet ladies and very patient. Timothy helped me completely with a breakdown of procedures. Very kind office and great work.

Decided to make an appointment because I thought it was a local independent dentist. I call to make an appointment and get forward to some call center and wait on hold about 15 minutes. Im frustrated but continue with the appointment even though the person on the phone pronounces Chamblee wrong during the whole call. Three days later someone from the local office calls and leaves a VM very important I call them back ASAP about my appointment with no other info. Leaves the same number and I wait on hold 16 minutes and by the time someone answers from the call center I just tell them to cancel my appointment. I cannot deal with this place and I do some research and this is a national Chain Pacific Dental with a fake Chamblee name trying to look like theyre a local dentist.

Excellent customer service and overall experience! I felt like I was with friends the entire time. I have been less than eager to attend the dentist since I was very young. Not much has changed from that perspective, but Tinishae and the staff here create an environment that is warm, welcoming, and engaging. Also, Dr. Wheeless is extraordinarily competent, capable, and professional. You guys are the best!

Dr. Huynh went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He interviewed me to gather my concerns and really worked with me to find a solution to my cleaning and my teeth. Dr. Huynh provides a very personalized service that ensures any patient receives the care that they deserve. I am certainly recommending him to my friends.

Miss Patel is questionable .....My former dentist told me I needed a filling and wisdom teeth removed Miss (dr) Patel informed me that I needed a very expensive root canal as well as a lot of other expensive procedures (over $3000 worth).I then checked out the reviews to see if they were any other similar experiences and there were many. Shame! I worked in sales for quite some time be and the entire experience felt like a sell pitch at a high level. What better to sell than funeral home arrangements and dental hygiene!?! Shame on you young lady. Just found out she owns that dental office FYI.

Not bad, Not Great . Personally, looking for a place that’s a little warmer and more friendly.

I had a very pleasant experience with my first visit and saw Dr. Huynh and the staff at Dentists of Chamblee. I am the kind of person that is reluctant to go to the Dentist, and hadnt made an appointment to be seen by my regular dentist in over a year, since I moved across town. The front office staff really put me at ease and let me know they were just glad to have me as a patient, regardless of my less than stellar dental record.I ended up opting for an extra fluoride treatment, cleaning, exam and xrays and the total bill was just a touch over $20. As of early January, 2018 they have a $59 new patient deal, and I think that was totally covered by my (very basic) dental insurance.I returned for my 6 month cleaning and was surprised to see different staff. I met Dr. Wheeless who was incredibly down to earth and friendly with me. She did my cleaning as well! Again I was impressed with the front office staff and their professionalism and quick service. I still recommend this Dentists office, even though it looks like the Dentist I first saw no longer practices here.

WOW! Let’s just say if your sitting home searching for an amazing FAST efficient dentist office. Dentist if Chamblee is it. Let me explain my amazing experience. 1st amazing coffee on a cold day. Very clean. Less than a 2min wait to get X-rays (check) now all the friendly faces :-) then let’s just say I’m private pay and the amazing pmt plans is just outstanding Josh knows exactly how to make your day and save your pockets. Dr. Huynh DMD (dr.winn) so fast and not to mention a perfectionist gotta love a perfectionist. So I’m an extremely happy customer now please call them today :)Truly a happy customer
