Went there about two weeks ago. As I was checking out one of the nurses or medical assistance or whatever she was made a comment about, all these people coming for covid testing, and they dont even have it. Well better safe than sorry and its keeping you employed! When I worked in health care we knew not to make such comments in front of patients. The male medical assistant and Dr were nice

My daughter hurt her ankle roller skating. I took her to Med Express where they took x-rays and said she had broken it. They then said they would set up a referral to an orthopedist. They failed to set the appointment, I had to call them myself. Once we got to the orthopedist, the disk they gave us with the x-ray photos on it was blank. New x-rays were taken and my daughters ankle was only sprained, not broken. For this I received a bill for $170 from Med Express. I called them to express my displeasure with their service only to get a recording telling me that their offices were closed, call back during business hours... at least they were friendly...

Told me they could give me a letter of good health on the phone. When I got there they told me they dont do that.

I chose the Med Express in Chambersburg, PA even though we have an urgent care closer to our home. The reason is that we have had better experiences in the past with ME. When I went yesterday, I was in and out in one hour. A test showed my diagnosis, a prescription was sent to the pharmacy and I was on my way. Very professional and efficient!

Went in for dot physical, paid before for physical. Was told stick test showed sugar I ask to see stick was told they already threw it out. In my 31 years of this I have never been given such a run around then they took a blood test wouldnt show me that result either but charged me 27 dollars for it took the money out of what I paid for physical sent me a bill to pay on physical .what a scam this place is .

Visit actually for Husband, Robert, MedExpress has been our go to Urgent Care over the past several years. Has always been a great experience from front desk to the Exam rooms, every one we have ever seen, several, are real people and we have receive the most professional care, Thank you for being here. Waited 3 hours for a dot physical and then was told they couldnt take anymore that day and to come tomorrow. So I call in today and the website says open but the voice mail said closed.

Have been in multiple times for GI issues and a hand contusion. All they wanted to do was talk about Covid. Doctors are glib and perfunctory. Asked for a refill of antiemetics, require me to schedule a new appt. to regurgitate the same information Ive given them numerous times.The administrative staff is very friendly and helpful. Seemingly the only department in the establishment that is so.Its really sad how broken the medical industrial complex is.

Even if you dont have symptoms of Covid they want to test you...must be getting $$$ for that. The dr was rude and argumentative when I said I didnt want one. So much so I just left.

I have been here a few times with my kids, we have always had super friendly staff and great service with knowledgable doctors, not too long of wait times.

I drove from Waynesboro yesterday evening to Ft. Loudon to take my daughter to get checked for flu and / or Covid. She called ahead and they said to be there by 6 pm. We were there by 5:45 pm. They then informed her that they ran out of tests ... really? You are a testing site!! You really should not run out of testing equipment...there was no where else she could go with out a doctor referral ( of course all physicians offices closed by that time).. Im not one to complain, but seriously , order extra testing kits so people can be tested and started on medicine if needed.... Our healthcare system is falling to sub- standard quality in every aspect! More and more people are testing positive and the medical facilities better get more prepared this!

Been here for 4-1/2 hours for a urine test had to be at my house within hour to meet carpet cleaners, was suppose to pick my daughter up from school at 3pm it’s 3:41 still outside waiting, I called 2 hrs after waiting said they were about to send out my paper work been one hour still here! Worst place ever

I had a wonderful experience tonight. Dr. Rhinehart(so sorry If I don’t spell it right), was absolutely wonderful. She was insightful, honest and respected my opinions. She listened to what I had to say, helped me make a big decision. She went above and beyond for me and reassured me that if anything changed, I could call back in, and she would get me on medication right away. Her staff that was there tonight was amazing. Both women helped me, and were so sweet, even though I had shown up 10 minutes before they closed.I have always had good experiences here, but this one shows how much they love their patients. I can’t thank these ladies enough, I appreciate y’all staying late, explaining my treatment plan with me, and making my anxiety decrease just by being kind. You guys rock! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I have been successfully using Med Express for the past three years. I appreciate the concept of no appointment medical visits as needed.My visit this morning again exceeded my expectations. I was in and out in less than an hour and the prescription I needed in hand. Great friendly understanding associates work here.

I arrived at closing time. They treated my wound that took until 8:55. All staff didnt mind staying over to clean, stitch and dress my arm. Wonderful experience for me and credited to a dedicated staff.

Very quick service; treated well. Prompt and accurate diagnosis and able to get medicine on site. Have been there a number of times.

The staff was quick and very helpful. I felt some flu symptoms coming on rapidly. Within a few minutes they ran the test, verified it was the flu and got me the prescription I needed. And this all happened around 7:45pm when they were about to close. In less than 24 hours I’m feeling almost 100% again. Thank you!!

Great doctors

Super nice staff! The lady I talked to was incredibly patient with me even when I didn’t have all my necessary papers ready. She let me sit and fill out the info I needed and was very helpful.

I showed up on Sunday around 6p and noone else was in the waiting room. I was relieved that I wouldnt wait long. The receptionist did not say hello and didnt smile much so some training needs to happen there as that gives me the first impression the place. But then a nurse comes out with a wheelchair and helps me into it and wheels me into the next room and from then, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The doctor there that day and the nurse were very helpful in explaining what was going on, what they saw on the x-rays and didnt see, a prognosis and a path to recovery. I really enjoyed going there for the help I needed and if Im in the area and something happens again to me, I will go there!

If I am being honest I wish I could give this less stars. The staff I must admit is very pleasurable and they kept me informed as to what was going on with my treatment and care but their lack of treatment on all of my injuries is what is causing the lack of stars.I came here with the intention of having one of my elbows looked at because after a hard fall I thought it was broken. When the fall happened I also ended up with puncture wounds on my other elbow and knee. The most attention was given to the elbow I thought I broke, there ended up being a fracture and it was treated. The cuts however were very obviously deep and had gravel imbedded in the cuts. The nursing staff did take the time to clean out SOME of the gravel, but failed to get out some of the larger pieces and sent me on my way. The staff wanted me to see another doctor to check out the fracture because it was very minor. At the other doctor they also wanted to take a quick look at the cuts to make sure I could still have the mobility and make sure there werent any underlying issues that should be addressed and that was when it came up that both puncture wounds went down to my bone and could see some of the gravel that was not taken out. Since it was past the 12 hour mark to get stitches, I had to schedule surgery to have the cut properly cleaned at closed which all should have been taken care of at this facility.

Amazing staff and service. I loved that we were able to get my sons medicine right there and not have to worry about going elsewhere to get it filled. We were in and out in less than an hour. I am truly thankful for them.

Fantastic staff and efficiency! Everything worked like a clock. All that I hate in other places - sit and wait, then thry put you in the room to sit and wait, etc.,etc. Did not happen here. Very kind, competent staff - turned out I had pneumonia, and they were able in minutes to get my X-rays done, get results and get back to me.I am already feeling better. Thank you all at Med Express - wonderful experience, will tell my friends and will be coming back!

Don’t go here! They treat you like a 2nd rate citizen! I went in for a dot physical, I have diabetes under control no sugar in urine and they wouldn’t pass me without seeing A1c from my dr. They wanted me to come back and pay another $97 again! The doctor was very rude and when I said that my sugar is under control no insulin she offered me a 3 month card! I will never use these clowns again!

Total of 3 trips for my stitches, different doctors each time in a 12 day span. Each doctor was fantastic as well as each staff member along the way. Bonus- no charge after 10th day for me either. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent concern and care from walking in the door until leaving.

Very poor service. I went there because I pulled a muscle in my chest and they told me I was having a heart attack.I was very clear when I walked in that it was a pulled muscle and did not say “chest pains”The Doctor rudely insisted that I go to the hospital in an ambulance and when I refused he assured me he had 35 years experience and knew what he was doing.He left me know I wouldn’t be there to raise my kids and I was in cardiac arrest.I ask them to do another EKG because it was not touching my skin and apparently that is suppose to be their policy but it was ignored.After going to the hospital and getting a $2,600 bill I was told by the hospital Doctor that it was definitely not a heart attack and most likely muscle spasms from a pulled muscle and the extreme cold I was out in that particular day.

I waited 2 1/2 hours for a five min. piss test. The day before they sent me home. I almost lost my job because of them.

Great staff, but way too slow. They did not have a lot of patients, but my whole visit was 2 hours including 30 minutes to go thru intake.Triage was great, but was not complete. My blood pressure was high, but i was never informed of it.The doctor was not very friendly. I thanked her for her time, even though I was in a great deal of pain. She was very cold and u friendly.I work at an urgent care in a different part of the state. If myself, my coworkers, or our doctors performed how this urgent care did, wed be in trouble with management. Very disappointed, especially since there were so many good reviews.

The dr was really nice..BUT...the entire staff seemed annoyed with us being there too long showed up at 1900 and didnt leave until 2030 when they close at 2000. Not our fault. The front desk receptionist (Brianna) seemed extremely annoyed as she rolled her eyes when we asked if they were able to fill prescriptions there, which they do.. I get it..no one wants to stay late at work..but sometimes you just have to. I was not impressed with there lack of personality.

Great idea with no appointments and Saturday service, but what’s the brag if there’s no doctor in to do cdl physical, I’m disappointed, went back Monday morning, waited forever, finally get taken back and then wait forever again back in the room for a 10 min checkup, because theres only 1 doctor in, all total took an hour n a half for a fifteen minute physical just seems like extremely poor staffing

Wonderful doctors, incredible staff. Have been twice with our baby and theyve been incredible both times.Will go back again, if needed.Definitely refer others to go!

The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful. I tried to give her the paperwork with my workers comp and she refused to take it. She then cont to ask me over and over if I was allowed here. She kept making me get up and down seeing I had a knee brace and was never explaining anything she was doing. I will go to a run down hospital before I come back to this place ever

I spent $119.00 just for some doctor to tell me yea you might have a blood clot in your leg but unfortunately we don’t treat or test for that. I find that to be absolutely rediculous. REDICULOUS!!! I think the person at the front desk needs to be asking the patients what they need to be seen for so people aren’t wasting their God damn money. Go to the ER he said! Thanks for the very expensive advice, cause that’s all I got their was his crackerjack box educational advice.

We will never visit this med express again, had a horrible experience. Went in a couple weeks ago about 7:30pm close to closing time, with a relative missionary pastor to get a doctor prescription for his diabetes. I was there translating for him. The whole experience felt rushed because it was near closing time. The nurse rushed and took has blood pressure and check his sugar. Came back in took his blood pressure again because it was wrong the first time. The doctor said his blood pressure was over 500, there machine goes up to 500 and its over that. Gave us a prescription and wanted us to go the emergency said we had to sign a refusal form if we didnt. Did not sign, went to the emergency room, they rush him in. Turns out it wasnt over 500, they said they cant speak for Medexpress machine but its not that high, it was 300 which is high but not worth another out of pocket expense. Med express was rushing and provided incorrect information. We paid $119 that night just for a prescription which end up costing close to $1,500 as a result of this. Sent compliant for this and they tried to tell me there machines reads up to 400🤔. In they were following procedurces. Never again.

I went to see a Dr. for what I believe is pink eye...the Dr i saw was an African-American Dr named Dr. O....I was sitting in a chair...she came in and very quickly looked in my eye with a light and said eye infection...she didnt ask me to sit up on the bed for a thorough exam...she just looked in my eye while I wS sitting on the chair and it took her one second...I WILL NOT go back there!!!..
