Helfrick missed writing one of my prescriptions at my appointment in December. Tried to refill, Walmart contacted them twice by fax and I contacted them personally and they refused to either call in or fax the prescription to Walmart. After insisting that I pick up the prescription in person, I tried to do so and they wanted to charge me a $10 fee just for writing the prescription. Ive been taking this medication for years and it doesnt even cost $10 for a 90day supply. Will be going elsewhere.

Ive been trying to call for over an hour now trying to get ahold of someone an I have gotten nothing. I literally call hang up call hang up call. How do you operate a business if you dont answer your phones????
