Had great experiences here in the past, receptionists are very nice and I enjoyed going here in the beginning, up until being transferred to another therapist and psychiatrist (which were through Telehealth). Both were awful experiences that made me seek help elsewhere, my therapist was very unprofessional, she just stopped answering my emails out of nowhere and refused to continue seeing me when I didn’t agree with her advice, despite her knowing that I was in my worst state of mental health I had ever been in (luckily I found a MUCH better therapist at a different place). Not to mention the AWFUL psychiatrist who talked over me, ignored everything I was telling him, and rushed me out of the appointment like I didn’t matter. You can tell he is only in this career for the money and does not at all care about his patients or their mental health. It saddens me to write this review, as I had been going to this place for years and always had great care so i’m not too sure what happened.

They dont care about their patients theyll discharge you for any and all reasons they can find this office is all about money.

Besides the place looks industrial on the outside the inside is nice and the staff was very polite and the doctor herself was so nice and caring I would recommend this place to everyone

This place is nothing but a joke and the “psychiatrist “ they have you skype with definitely just needs to retire already. Got told to just go somewhere else because the medication he had me on wasn’t working for me and he just didn’t wanna take the time to help me find something that does. For someone who is a psychiatrist he has HORRIBLE people skills

The staff at the chbrg location are just plain out RUDE! Doesnt really matter which one of them it is, just rude and nasty with their rudeness I couldnt believe a Dr office would or could act that way and trust and believe it wasnt just once or twice, it was everytime I had to change from seeing !y awesome therapist Danielle to having to switch locations all BC of their rudeness it was very disgusting to me same with the Dr himself which I know all locations have the same Dr but I see him for 5mn ncan tolerate that as far as the others go... That was just crazy!!!!

Psychiatrist was extremely unprofessional and did not listen to a word I told him. You talk to him over Skype though so idk what I was expecting. It was a complete waste of time and I did not appreciate being completely ignored and talked over during the whole appointment, which lasted about 5 minutes as he rushed me out. The receptionists were always nice though which is the only reason I increased my rating, but I will not be returning and I am now seeing care elsewhere.
